Legendary Types confirmed' date=' apparently.

 

Reshiram = Dragon/Fire[b']don't see the fire but i'll go with it because we need a Dragon/Fire anyways[/b]

Zekrom = Dragon/Electricthis guy is mine :D

 

They really seem to be trying out new type combos this gen.they always do but this time they are doing some of the combos we want :D

 

just looking at appearance at the new pokes i like the croc(i am getting him no matter what and he also has my favorite type dark as well)

I like the eletric zebra, fire baboon.

 

that when i look at the abilities

 

chiramii: Cute charm(can be useful at times) techician(not bad this would be the ability i would use if i used this poke)

Munna: Forewarn(meh) synchronize(helpful against pokemon that like to inflict status)

Gear: Plus n Minus they must be changing this or else this would be piontless -.-

Mamepato:Super luck(helpful) Pigeon heart(does something about negating attacks that lower defense maybe helpful or may not)

Fire baboon: would like to know what his ability does

shimana: Lightning rod(who cares) motor drive(awesomesauce)

Meguroko: intimidate(useful as always) Earthquake spiral(from what i'm reading has something to do with uping ATK when it KOs an opponent if so this is awesomesauce to)

Reshiram:Turboblaze wanna know what this does most likely similar to eletric motor or something fire or speed maybe

Zekrom:Terra Voltage something to do with eletric atks i am guessing but would like to know what it does

I could have sworn that Reshiram was Ice/Dragon and Zekrom was Dark/Dragon. But whatever. The typings just make me feel a lot less worse about getting Black as opposed to White, since a Fire/Dragon that looks awesome is much better than an Electric/Dragon that looks awesome. Oh, and did I mention I'm racist like the color black (games, not legends).

 

I'm not forming any opinions on the Pokemon yet, except two.

 

Gear is fucking awesome.

 

As much as I hate to admit it, Chiramii is "cute".

I like all the pokemon for the most part. Really the only one I don't care for that much are Munna (it has flowers on it, WTF).

 

I'm so using Meguroko on my team. Ground + Dark + being a Croc = win. It also looks cute.

 

Also fire dragon = win. It's a type I've wanted for the longest time and I've finally gotten it. The problem is I'm now torn between Black (super badass pokemon is super badass) and White (Fire/Dragon type =win).

 

i love how people's feelings on Gear is mixed. I like him.

Will I be able to trade from B/W to D/P/Pt? That would be aweshum. Sadly, the Isshu Region pokemon won't be in the old D/P/Pt Pokedex, so will that prevent me from getting Isshu pokemon in my Pearl version?

I'm starting to consider not buying these games. Chiramii and Meguroko are the only basic pokemon I care for so far' date=' minus the starters.

We have 14 pokemon, you can't base things on such a small number.

 

Odds are they will do what they did back in the 2nd gen. You can trade between the two but you can't send new pokemon or pokemon that have new 5th gen stuff (moves, abilities, so on).

 

And how do you not like Shimama?

Zekrom is pure epic win.

 

I have to say though, Gear is epic phail. Someone was apparently very uncreative with it.

 

Hopefully the evolutions of those Pokemon won't be stupid. Last thing we need are evolutions that make the Pokemon look stupider than they should.

 

Did I mention that Zekrom is pure epic win?

Fire and Dragon STAB?? You dont see the offensive benifit in having STAB on both those types??

 

I'm not exactly familiar with that term. Explain please.

Having STAB Dragon will always be awesome thanks to the type coverage it gets. It doesn't hit much for SE damage but it only Steel for NVE. Reshiram also having Fire STAB means perfect nuetral coverage with both being at 1.5* the power.

 

But regardless, Fire/Dragon is sexy.

Thank you for explaining that. I'm probably going to buy Black then. I wonder if the croc is an early-game pokemon...

the croc will probably be after 2nd or so gym :/ they always do that with the awesome pokemon that make them where you have to get some badges before you can get them

Finals took up my time. Mai bad.

 

Anyways, I just don't know. For some odd reason I feel that Ninty will screw over and ruin Zekrom. Meh, I'll just see how it turns out when the game gets released.

 

The speculation was correct. I thought that Zek's tail looked like a Generator too. I believe I was one of the few people that agreed with Eury's theory in TR, though.

i also stated the generator tail when the rumor about it being an eletric/dragon came in XD.

 

from what we got i think for the 2 begining pokemon you will see lot are most likely

 

Mamepato(they always have a small bird pokemon at the beginning so yea)

chiramii(its normal type which the 2nd poke you see alot of is but this may change when we get more pokemon)

 

and looks like we may have a desert location as well seeing as the croc is a desert croc but i maybe wrong, and there most likely a powerplant like place to or something where you can get the some of the new eletric pokemon and possibly Gear
