I love them all, although I admittedly didn't like Wotter at first, now I heart the little guy.

I always start with the fire one, but I will dislike the "Pumbaa learned ODOR SLEUTH" after around 5 or 10 level ups, instead of something better like Headbutt or Fire Blast...

Smugleaf->Snobbush->Conseeded

The only animal I see was a small pig and that is the fire type so I will chose that first

The grass one will obviously be the speedy one. Fire will have high Defense and Special Defense and Water will have high Attack and Special Attack.
