you never know' date=' it could be a leaf tail. Usually when they show Pokemon starters, they show Grass/Fire/Water in that order.

I say Grass/Fire/Water. The tail on the first one looks like leaves. Too flat to be flames, unless you froze them and pressed it between glass. The one on the right strikes me as Water because it resembles the outline of a beaver, or some kind of water mammal (again, the tail). That leaves Fire for the middle one. Fire rabbit perhaps?

Someone should pull up the starter silhouettes of previous generations for comparison.

I'll probably get both and pick the "fire rabbit" and the Water-Type.

IMO' date=' the one on the left looks best. The middle is meh, and I can't even tell what the hell the one on the right is supposed to be. It looks like a brick with limbs. :/

And that is the problem with trying to judge them. They are just blobs. Yea you can see some things, but not much.

The Flames one all pokemon with Fire tails look flat.

Also, fun fact, of all the starters grass has had the least two legs legged pokemon, with 1. All the others have been four legged. As for the other two water has one on four legs and fire has one or none based on what you call Cynda. Based on that middle is most likely grass.

The middle one is a grass pig. Or maybe electric.

A pig with an ascot?

I still maintain that the one on the right looks like a beaver. And that is so a leaf tail.

Why would a tail have a leaf on it. Not only that but when have we ever seen a pokemon with a leaf? No. Have we seen pokemon with Fire tails? Yes, several. In fact half of the fire starters have had one.

And yea, we have had pokemon with leaf tails (Leafeon, Grovile), but we've never had a tail with a leaf on the end. That would be odd. And I'm not saying it can't be a leaf, I'm saying based on how past pokemon have been done, odds are that is the fire type with a fire tail.

I think that the fact that we haven't seen a Pokémon with a leaf tail before makes it more likely to be one rather than less. What kind of fire is in the exact shape of a leaf anyway?

But it doesn't really look much like a leaf. I've never really seen on like that. TBQH the same hold true for Fire in that shape, but still, I just think a leaf tail would look stupid.

Meh, this really is a pointless thing to talk about since all we can do is take shots in the dark.
