Tentacruel
I hope they make the Regional Dex bigger, so we can have a bigger range of Pokemon in our in-game team. I hated how there were almost no Fire Pokemon in Diamond and Pearl.

Dark
The new pictures are smex. The next time someone complains about Nintendo graphics, I'll buy an extra copy of Pokemon Black/White and shove it up their ass.

Same' date=' but it'll take a while to get used to.[/quote'] Yeah, because out of all the changes, that is the strangest one. I actually think it makes the most sense, as the sprites in general have always been getting more detailed. With the available battle area now given the amount of space of one DS screen, why not show the entire Pokemon? My main beef with the Pokemon graphics is still mostly about the animations. When they pop onscreen and do their little thing, I don't expect a big budget production from them, but why is Nintendo being so lazy? The whole, mostly static body of the Pokemon shaking around onscreen/zooming in and out is just an illusion of movement. It looks way better for the Pokemon to simply flap its arms and open its mouth a couple times, maybe with some blinking too. More preferable than looking like it's having a seizure, that's for sure. Gen II sprites were not like that. So those were better...
GraveHorizon
Here are some Gen.II Pokemon sprites compared to the recent ones:Qwilfish is a rare example where zooming in and out is a natural expression of his movements. Most other ones they do that with don't work. Crystal Hitmontop looks faster than his counterpart, though the other one also looks good. Most of the old sprites have more subtle movements, instead of outright shaking around like someone's using telekinesis on them. Some of the newer ones might look better if they just toned down the movement. New Ledian is just right; a flying bug would probably move just like that. Another complaint about the Pokemon visuals: gender differences. I most likely wouldn't have noticed at all if they hadn't announced they were there. I was expecting... I don't really know, but a difference of a few pixels on an already tiny image doesn't cut it. Wobuffett with lipstick? Fantastic. Different color scheme for Hippopotas/Hippowdon? Cool. A small black speck on the back of a Torchic? Where? Make the differences more obvious or don't even bother. They already have no effect on the gameplay. Merci
It would take more money to remove it from wherever your c*** comes from than to simply buy it. You're wasting more money to remove it, that is, unless, your parents know how to do this thing.

Aximil
Actually, Brushfire, the maker of Pokémon said that Ash and Pikachu would remain their mascots and they won't replace so long as Pokémon is going. EDIT: But I could see that happening.
Brushfire
I was talking about the games, but yeah you're right about the anime. They won't change it because all the little kids are like "YEAH! ASH! PIKACHU!". D:
