Everyone must remember that new ways to evolve are introduced with each gen. Such as' date=' oval, dusk, dawn, and the special rocks you have to go to for glaceon and leafeon.

Therefore, you can conclude that dunsparce could go through the same changes.

[/quote']

Nobody ever denied that. But it will not evolve into an already existing Pokémon. Did those new ways of evolution have Pokémon evolve into pre-existing Pokémon? No. Your argument is still invalid.

Tunerwizard150: You never know! Nintendo always has last resort ideas. For example, pachirisu-Will it evolve??? You will have to buy the next game and thats what they want to do to us!

But will it evolve into an already existing Pokémon? No. Because if it does, it would have already been able to.

Tunerwizard150:Im trying to say that a new method of evololution may be used on dunsparce that wasn't available in none of the older regions just like in other regions.....EX.why cant evee evolve into glaceon in the kanto region(new method of evolution),Ex.why cant you breed a happiny in gold/silver/krystal but you can in the sinnoh. Evolutions leave us hanging with these ideas!

Because there isn't that special rock in Kanto. And again, it didn't evolve into an already existing Pokémon. And as for Chansey and Blissey breeding Happinys, Happiny's didn't exist. An already existing Pokémon will not evolve or breed an already existing Pokémon.

Fire-Bug is an over-exaggerated way of saying that a water-fire pokemon would make sense!

And a Flying/Rock made sense?

In poke terms: Flying nor rock are supereffective to each other!

Rock is supereffective to Flying.

EDIT: There is also Flying/Electric. And guess what. Electric is also supereffective against Flying.

Tunerwizard150: oops i wasnt thinking! lol but rock being supereffective to flying doesnt make much sense fire to water makes much sense and those are all in poke terms fire and water dont go together think about it(same with elec/flying out of poke terms-what decides that birds are weak to elec. They fly in the sky and dont ever get struck by lightning now do they???

Since when does the effectiveness of competing types directly affect type combination possibilities?

Ice > Grass

Dark > Ghost

Bug > Grass

Psychic > Fighting

Rock > Fire

Ice > Ground

Ground > Poison

Ground > Steel

Water > Ground

And name 1 real animal, just one, that is part Steel, Psychic, "Fighting", Dark, Ghost, or Fire.

Tunerwizard150: Happiny did to exist! Just wasnt known of by that region/or wasnt spoken of/not in that region. EX. If dunsparce was compatiple with a new evo stone... lets say a ground stone. It could possibly evolve into gligar.

No.

Even if Nintendo wanted Dunsparce to evolve into Gligar, it's already too late. They are not going to make one existing pokémon evolve into another existing pokémon, because that makes absolutely no sense. If they wanted Dunsparce to evolve into Gligar (which given the arguments of everyone else is very unlikely) they would have had it that way from the beginning. If they're going to introduce new methods of evolution then they're going to use the method for new pokémon, not to link two sort-of-similar-looking pokémon that happen to be next to each other in the pokédex.

Moving on, without paying much attention to what anyone else has said, I'll throw in my suggestions for new type combinations:

Electric/Anything. Seriously. Poor electric almost always ends up alone.

Fighting/Flying. Even without that Farfech'd evo, I could imagine winged humanoid person of some sort as this.

A good pure steel would be nice.

Bug/Electric. Either a Firefly or Glow-worm.

Bug/Fire. Bombardier beetle, anyone?

Water/Fire. Something steam-based, probably. Burning water attack as signature move.

I'd also like non-legendary pokémon with the combinations that only legendaries have.

Poison does need to be more useful offensively, and Ice needs more resistances as well, but unless they go for the light-type it won't happen, and it's not exactly vital. Some types will come out better than others.

Also there needs to be some sort of special water move between Bubblebeam and Hydro Pump that's not a HM. There's aqua tail for the physical side, but as good as surf is, there needs to be something that could go in a Water-type's level up moveset where the fire and electric types get flamethrower and thunderbolt.

You're a moron and it's pointless to argue this with you. If a bird gets hit by a rock, it will normally fall out of the sky and die. And birds don't get struck by lightning because they don't fly during storms. Anyway, the peoples that made Pokémon had to balance each type as much as possible. Your argument's make very little to no sense. You complaining about type combonations yet we got type combonations with types that didn't even exist. To finish up my argument, and repeat this for about the 15th time, an already existing Pokémon will not evolve into or from an already existing Pokémon.

You are wrong. We will know what happens to Dunsparce when they finally decide to make it a new evolution. And agreed.

By the way, blocked. I hate thick headed idiots.

Maybe Nintendo leaves these mysteries of unknown evolutions to keep our business. Ex.dunsparce, luvdisc, qwilfish

How does Bug types defeat Phycic?

Presumably the insect mind is so alien to the psychics that they can't cope with it. That or they just needed to find something that psychic could be weak to so the game was balanced (of course they failed' date=' but it suggests they tried)

I like my explanation better.

Yours works as well, but it wasn't there until after I posted mine

Also, I don't think it's been posted yet, but we now have a bit of game footage. Discuss.

Moving in those completely 3D cities are going to take some getting use to. Also, I predict in 2 or 3 games, this thing will be like WoW that you only have to pay for the game itself but will also be on a new system.

Y'know what'd be nice? Customisable trainers(as in yourself).

Yea, Like with the DSi take a picture of yourself, than it becomes animated, and you can edit it your self.

I tell you waht would be betterr than 3D buildings on DS?

Better graphics on 360 and PS3.

Imagine that. The gameplay would be so realistic....
