However, for the sake of conversation, I'll add my Type-list for it, since I am adding one in a Pokemon hack I'm making for the sake of necessity (it's a FF-Pokemon crossover, so NOT having a Light type would complicate a lot of characters).

Not sure you'll have much luck with either of them, to be honest. Hope you know how to ASM hack or you'll have absolutely no luck with the first one. Same with the second, however I feel it'll end up being buggy as it's current Pokémon (the ?'s in the Pokédex) are just that. Wish you luck.

ANYWAYS~ My Predictions/Wants/Thoughts:

 

Black and White, nice titles, calling it now that the third version is called Rainbow. All based around a Dark legendary, which represents evil, a newly introduced Light type legendary, which represents purity and good, and some third Pokemon who's type I'm not sure of, that represents balance. (Like a Yin-Yang sort of thing)

Light type Pokemon are introduced: they take characteristics of ethereal beings like angels and whatnot, also just had a thought of a lightbulb Pokemon.

Somebody FINALLY agrees with me.

 

The total amount of Pokemon is brought to 570-610. Counting the game mascots, at least ten of the newly introduced Pokemon are legendary.

 

The starters, as of their final stages would be typed like so:

Grass/Dark

Fire/Psychic

Water/Fighting

 

My thoughts:

 

Grass/Rock - Grass/Rock - Grass/Steel

Fire/Flying - Fire/Flying - Fire/Flying

Water - Water - Water/Dark

 

A dark type gym is introduced.

 

Again... the same with the post that someone agrees with me...

 

Whether you people like it or not, I feel the only way certain Pokemon that are usually grouped together need pre evolutions.

 

Tauros and Miltank get a baby form, which has very obvious gender differences and evolves into the later depending on the gender.

 

Kanghaskahn's child is listed as it's own species, for once. I find it hard to believe that a Kanghaskahn that just hatched already has a child.

 

Too... many... PREVOS!

 

Solrock and Lunatone get a generic meteorite looking thing. evolution uses Sun and moon stones or level up at a certain time of day/place.

 

Pokemon gyms and Elite four members are no longer restricted to a single type, so one gym may base it's entire strategy around Sandstorm, and another might just have a team full of Blissey's and Shuckles.

Hoenn: Either remake only Emerald, or make Hoenn accessible as a post-league area like Kanto was for G/S/C and HG/SS.

 

Black and White get enhancements when played on the 3DS, like Gold and Silver did when played on the Game Boy Color. The third version is a 3DS exclusive, like Crystal was for the GBC.

 

HMs are made to be more useful in battle and can be deleted at any time, or some HMs have their functions replaced by key items. (Scuba Gear, instead of dive, a surfboard for Surf, jetpack for fly, etc.)

The new vehicle is an ATV or dirt bike.

 

Would it matter?

 

Black and White come with little wireless devices with DS card slots in them. Their purpose is to migrate Pokemon from the gen 4 games to gen 5.

 

Why wouldn't they link normally?

 

I approve of the overworld sprites for the player characters, I only need to see official art.

 

Wifi-features are greatly expanded upon, Battle Frontier is a default.

 

Type combo's I'd like to see:

Bug/Fire (fire ants?)

Pure Flying (possibly, a new Eeveelution)

Light/Flying (Angel looking thing~)

Ice/ Fighting,

Fully evolved pure Dragon. (also another possible new one for eevee)

Steel/Grass

Fire/Psychic (as the fire starter)

Normal/Ghost

Ghost/Fire

Dark/Psychic

Dragon/Dark

Dragon/Light

Steel/Ghost

Rock/Dragon (New fossil?)

Rock/Ice (new fossil?)

 

 

Moar fire types, more useful ice types and more ghost types are needed. I do not want to be limited to Ponyta for the entire story if I don't choose the fire starter.

 

Reorganized national pokedex to froup all evolution families with each other.

 

Touch the National Dex... and you die.

 

More uses for evolution stones. Seriously, the Thunder stone and Sun Stone only evolve two Pokemon each, and are common as hell to find. Meanwhile, moon stones have the most Pokemon to evolve, and are so rare.

This, is probably going to receive a lot of criticism, but two more move slots on a Pokemon, specially reserved for HM moves or out of battle moves, like Dig and Teleport. Basically, you get six moves in battle and two of them are set aside for moves used outside of battle only. This means your Pokemon, will be free of attacks nobody wants in competitive play.

Think of Garchomp with a 4th evolution. Or better yet, think of Skarmory. It's only stage one. Now give it 3 more stages ontop of that.

I can honestly say I never want to see a fourth evolution chain unless its: Egg Pokémon (half in it's egg), baby Pokémon, medium Pokémon, relatively large Pokémon.

 

It would be just too stupid otherwise.
