Here's my idea for the Gym order and Elite Four:

1. Fire

2. Ground

3. Poison

4. Flying

5. Water

6. Rock

7. Dark

8. Light (If made otherwise Bug)

Elite Four:

1. Ghost

2. Ice

3. Electric

4. Steel

Champion:

Psychic

First gym is always rock. Only reason it wasn't in the 2nd gen is because they wanted to get all the types (side from dark). Also because of that fact I don't tihnk we are going to have a Dark gym.

Also odds are we aren't getting a new type. A LOT if new moves would need to come out for it to be useable. Yes' date=' we did get new types in the past, but that was to balance Psychic.

Well there haven't been any Dark-type gyms before, and besides Having Rock as the first Gym is kinda predictable. There hasn't been a Ground-type gym since Generation 1, and a member of the Elite Four who uses Electric types is a good change of pace. And the 3-d looks impressive.

By the way, do any of you suppose that in the pokemon anime, in future episodes, Ash would have to go the the Gen 5 region?

I think they are going to keep with what they've done in past games. So 1st gym is Rock, no Dark.

I can see a new ground gym and an Electric E4 member.

Yea, the story will keep going into the 5th gen.

According to official sources, Ash is allegedly still 10-11. Despite the fact that that makes absolutely no funking sense.

EDIT: As for that fakelist, the biggest tipoff is that you found it on a site like funnyjunk, as opposed to something reputable, like serebii or psypokes or the like.

I agree with FD, though. Some of them do look kinda cool.

We'll see. Although I do appreciate what you said about the Ground Gym and the Electric E4 member.

They're keeping him a young age and not making him age so that he can hold some kind of connection with the younger kids to attract their attention. It's for the soul purpose of making money. In 50 years, if Pokémon is still going, Ash will still be 10.

1. If we did have a flying evoluton of Evee' date=' it would be a single-type flying, because it would be stupid to make one non-pure typed eveelution.

2. How do you know we won't have a pure flying type?

3. Just because Pidgey and Spearow ween't single types, doesn't mean future Pokemon won't.

[/quote']

1. It may be stupid, but that doesn't mean it can't happen. These are the people who thought Stall was a good idea for an ability.

2. Because every single natural flying-type to date is not only a dual-type, but the secondary type to something else. They could have, if they wanted to use pure-flying types, have done so from the beginning, or introduced them in generation two, or made all the normal/flying types pure flying in generation three, or made Rayquaza pure flying. There could be a pure flying type, but at this stage it would have to be something very impressive to deserve it, if the pokémon that rules the sky has another type.

3. No it doesn't, but when Hoothoot isn't, it gets rather less likely. When Tailow isn't, it gets even less likely. When even Rayquaza, in my opinion at least the strongest pure-flying candidate around, is made part Dragon, then it gets extraordinarily unlikely. When Starly isn't pure flying, it's probably safe to say it's not going to happen, at least not until the games move onto the Nintendo 4DS and become incompatible with earlier games again.

Anyway, on the shots:

The graphics do look impressive. Shame about the lack of following Pokémon, but if it's optional then we could just not have seen shots with it turned on. Besides, I think I'd rather not have it than have to put up with it for every single game for the next three generations until they make it optional.

If they wanted to use pure-Ice types, have done so from the beginning, or introduced them in generation two.

In generations I and II, ice was given type pairings that made sense for the pokémon (well as much as Jynx makes sense at all). The same applies to steel in generation II and probably, although I don't see the specific reason, ghost in generation I. Flying however, has been repeatedly paired with normal (whereas other types have been paired with normal twice in four generations), which is very much a 'none of the others apply' type. If flying were going to be used as a pure type, why would it be paired with normal to begin with? The Normal/Flying types could easily have been pure-flying all the time, and it wouldn't have made much difference to how the types match up at all. The only ones that would need to be normal/flying would be Togetic and Togekiss, and there is already precedent for them to lose the normal-typing in Eevee.

most badges in Gen 1 that ash earned weren't by battling.

1 - If the shower wouldn't have happened, Ash would have never gotten the badge.

2 - Ash would have lost. If Team Rocket didn't win, the 3 sisters wouldn't have deemed ash worthy of the badge.

3 - Won it fair and square.

4 - Won fair and square.

5 - Ash saved Koga from TR. If he didn't, no badge.

6 - Haunter made Kadabra laugh so hard, it fainted. DID NOT count.

7 - ???

8 - ???

theres my point. At least half of the badges were won on accident. Ironic?

This looks like a good one...

Drifblim is all evolutioned out.

No' date=' it can get one more.

The new moves we're going to get are going to have a huge impact on the meta and that is something I'm looking forward to.
