Anbu-of-Sand
Fix'd And a note: EV TRAIN FIRST, THEN LEVEL GRIND.I plan on EV Training Pokemon I'll actually use Competitively. The team I have as of now is mainly just for fun and playing with my brother and whatnot. -Edit- My 10 year old brother just found out how to get Wi-Fi, something I've been trying to do for a long, long, long, long time. -_- Now I have to ask him to do it for my DS as well. Good thing too, last day to get Victini I do so believe. -Double Edit-Nevermind, bro. can't do it for me because I don't have advanced setup on my DS Lite. Lucky bro with the DSi XL. -Triple Edit-For some reason, every time I click 'Search for Access Point', nothing comes up and it gives me this error telling me I should go to like, support.nintendo.com. So help please? It is really appreciated.

Heres mine so far Adamant (Capable of taking hits)Swords DanceX-ScissorSlashIron Head I'd replace Swords Dance with Giga Impact once it can learn it, but that's just my opinion.I went with X-Scissor, Giga Impact, Iron Head, and Poison Jab on mine, so yeah. Edit: I have a lv. 41 Reuniclus I haven't trained in a while. I'm gonna give its info below. If you think I should keep training it, or if I should get one with a better nature, just say so. Zextra
Quick question, what is a good general moveset for an Escavalier? Heres mine so far Adamant (Capable of taking hits)Swords DanceX-ScissorSlashIron HeadWell, the only reason why I would think that Swords Dance wouldn't work is that Escavalier is frighteningly slow, so it probably wouldn't get that turn after its boost. @Hiyama - Giga Impact might be alright, but I don't think it's worth the risk at all; Personally, I'd stick with its two STAB moves instead. However, a more competitive moveset would be:• Substitute - allows for proper use of Swords Dance• Swords Dance - for sweeping purposes; to be used after Substitute of course• Megahorn/X-Scissor - for STAB purposes; Megahorn is only available through breeding, though...• Iron Head - Additional STAB move I'd replace Swords Dance with Giga Impact once it can learn it, but that's just my opinion.I went with X-Scissor, Giga Impact, Iron Head, and Poison Jab on mine, so yeah. In-game/Casual, I would recommend:• Psychic• Energy Ball• Thunder• Focus Blast...or at least something along those lines... For competitive purposes: Set A - Trick Room Set; this takes advantage of Reuniclus' pathetic Speed - it would also make a great setup for Escavalier.• Trick Room - The key concept to the set• Psychic - Basic STAB move• Shadow Ball - good type coverage against Ghost-Types• Focus Blast/Protect - Focus Blast can handle Darks well, while Protect would stall Set B - I don't know what to call this one...• Calm Mind - after two of them, Reuniclus becomes insanely powerful• Recover - to annoy your opponent• Psychic/Psycho Shock - I recommend Psycho Shock, since that way it can take out Blissey• Hidden Power (best if it's Fighting-Type, but...) OnSlaUghT
Is this a good moveset for Ferrothorn? Ferrothorn :: Impish nature :: Iron Barbs Spikes ~ Seed Bomb ~ Leech Seed ~ Gyro Ball Brave is better, more possible Gyro Ball power. Power Whip is better than Seed bomb, but you can use either I would prefer Curse over Spikes, but I guess we use different movesets
shadowferret
So, I've been wanting to train a Gothitelle, but I have no idea what moves and item to give it. Any suggestions? I've only thought of Reflect/Light Screen/Future Sight/Toxic, but that sounds a little boring...

fenrir
So yesterday I caught a Scraggy. It had Adamant nature so I thought why not do something with it? I grab my Seadra and throw the two in the day care to see if I could get a DDance Scraggy. Turns out I forgot to give it an everstone, instead of Adamant it got Careful. So I have a Careful Scraggy with DDance. Should I breed this Scraggy with someone with Drain Pinch to go for a Bulk-Up set, or should I stick with my Adamant DDance Scraggy? Tentacruel
Have you guys stopped to consider that maybe that Chandelure isn't going to be used competitively? If it is, do everything they just said. If it's only for in-game, it doesn't really matter, you can still EV train it a bit though.
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
Only Shadow Tag Chandelure is competitive, and its too fragile to take a hit. It is not as much of a threat as 4th gen sweepers like Garchomp and Latios.
