And an evolution for farfetch'd and marowak

Marowak can't evolve, because in the original coding for Red and Blue, there were plans to have Marowak evolve into Kangaskhan, but they were scrapped.

For those who don't know, Cubone's mother was planned to be Kangaskhan. Hence why it wears her skull on it's head, they were really close.

You forgot about Mr. Mime. He had Mime Jr. So where's his evo?

Yeah but he wasn't part of the 3 becuase he got his pre evo 4th gen' date=' but he still needs an evo true, i already have the name, Master.Mime?

[/quote']

I've seen a similar name in a thread on the rumoured Gen V pokemon. I think it was a "Make Mr. Mime hold a special item and trade Mr. Mime to get Mastermime." I hate trade evos.

Yes, that was over 10 years ago. Besides even if the plan failed back then it can always come up again in a later game. Look at Smash. Dedede was going to be in the first one, but he didn't make it in till Brawl.

babyevolution of Kangaskhan (kangaskid?) with a male/female oriented evolution chain for it.

female: Kangaskid -> Kangaskhan

male: Kangaskid -> Kangasking

also, usable Bug Pokémon, as far as I'm concerned Bug Pokémon are pretty horrible as they are often weak to like... everything <.<

I don't thik they should make evos for the loners seriously, do we really want them to screw them up just as they did with electabuzz evo and magmar evo? I sure don't! Some might be up for getting one, as long as it's relevant. I don't have high expectations for this generation, looking back at what they did for gen IV, that was just horrible (didn't even buy the game for that gen there were barely any Pokémon in that game catching my interest)

well... that's my small rant :P

You have no idea what you're talking about, both of them are great Pokemon.

Ninjask is awesome... forgot about the s/g ones (yanmega is ugly)

They might be powerful but they look like crap, seriously where's the originality and beuty of the first 2 generations?

You are entitled to your oppinion. I say (almost) every Pokémon in gen IV lacked originality and beauty. They are basically just putting eyes and a mouth on a freezer, name it something clever-ish and voila! You have a Pokémon.

Actually, I was referring to the way the title looks, not the wording of the version title. Compare the original Heart/Soul with their English counterparts:

heart-gold-soul-silver.jpgheartgold_soulsilver_logo.png?w=286&h=322

Terrible. Now look at the White title.

Pokemon-White-Logo.png

How awful will it be when they add yellow and blue and mess with the font?

Meh, no one but me cares about these things...

Over a week late?

I see what you mean about the design of the title, but I don't think it will look that bad, as much as I don't think the current English ones look bad. The Japanese looks cooler, but the English is decent. I imagine the White version one will look somewhat like the D/P titles, with black being the reverse. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Would be nice' date=' but I have to wonder if it's not too late for that (remember new pre-evos need incense. On the other hand, maybe you get the baby by breeding with the male version, which would give something more interesting to babies. It would have to learn some useful moves the parent's can't to be worth it though.)

also, usable Bug Pokémon, as far as I'm concerned Bug Pokémon are pretty horrible as they are often weak to like... everything <.<

As mentioned, things like Heracross and Scizor are good. A lot of bugs are duel-typed with flying though, so they tend to have a ton of weaknesses. Also lots of them are intended for the early game, and so have poor stats, which means they can't be used later on. What's probably needed are new bug duel-types (ones that reduce the weaknesses rather than increasing them) with decent stats.

Electrivre and Magmortar are good, apparently (never had the chance to get them myself), besides Electabuzz and Magmar haven't been solo since Gold and Silver. They may not be the best looking things, but I don't think they're bad, they just probably don't fit your aesthetic preferences. I guess if you prefer the older designs, that's your preference, but that doesn't make anything new bad. In my opinion, just about every single Generation IV pokémon looks better than, say, Jynx.

Frankly I'd rather Absol or Farfech'd got an Evolution than Eevee got another one (I like Eevee, I just think it's got all the Evo's it needs. Please don't hurt me.)

yanmega is ugly

Yes' date=' because looks matter. And Yanmega looks badass.

They might be powerful but they look like crap, seriously where's the originality and beuty of the first 2 generations?

Some of the first two generation pokemon look ugly. And Mega and Elec look good. I personally like them. Really, most pokemon look at least decent. Of that group a lot of them look good.

I have no idea what your talking about. Most of the pokemon in gen 4 look good. In fact some of my fav pokemon come from 4.

My favorite two pokemon come from gen 4, Arceus and Manaphy. I hope that gen 5 pushes further than the previous generations, with new gameplay options, more unique type combinations, perhaps additional abilities, and of course a joey (baby Kangaskhan).

How can they have more legendery pokemon when they make the god of all pokemon.

Because for one, Gods are outranked by other creatures.

two, they don't have to make anything bigger than Arceus. I don't believe Legendary Dogs outrank Legendary Birds. Do Weather pokemon outrank Rainbow and (whateverthehelllugiais)?

and three, that's assuming Arceus is the biggest. Knowing Nintendo, they might make up some crap about how Arceus Mommy laid his egg.

They should just try to go the more normal route, instead of trying to outdo themselves. Not every generation needs to be the biggest, baddest and chart-toppingest one ever. Lateral moves are fine. Make Legendaries based on more natural legends, instead of space and time.

Nintendo: "Hmm, last time we came up with a God Pokemon, what next?"

Lackey: "I know! A Super God Pokemon!"

All: "Brilliant!"

They better not do that. Or I will stage a walk-out.

I know someone will want to kill me... Just, please don't.

Make some legendary with a prevo or evo. I know legendaries are supposed to be like overlords or whatever, but most of the fun of the game is evolving and some legendaries don't provide that. I guess it's a stupid idea, but hey.

Also, introduce the concept of evolving eeveelutions. How bad-a$$ would it be to have a super Jolteon or summin?

Fan-fu**in-tastic, we missed the big gay dance in Melee. We didn't need him until now and we also don't need an evo of Marowak. Not necessary, as he is already cool enough as it is. It'll turn out to be another Rhyperior.

It is a big deal because you seem to think that just because he didn't evolve in the first gen means he can't know.

And just because we don't need something doesn't mean we shouldn't get it. And he does need one since no matter how cool he is, he is a bad pokemon.
