My Zekrom turned lv. 100 a few days ago while I was on a trip in Orlando xD

Current team (with levels, natures and moveset):

Escavalier, lv. 67

Bold nature

Moveset:

X-Scissor

Giga Impact

Slash

Poison Jab

Lernaea/Hydreigon, lv. 82

Relaxed nature

Moveset:

Crunch

Outrage

Dragon Pulse

Flamethrower

Ike/Braviary, lv. 77

Serious nature

Moveset:

Aerial Ace

Slash

Fly

Brave Bird

Tajiri/Serperior, lv. 76

Quirky nature

Moveset:

Leaf Blade

Giga Drain

Leaf Storm

Frenzy Plant

Black/Zekrom, lv. 100

Naive nature

Moveset:

Dragon Claw

Bolt Strike

Thunderbolt

Fusion Bolt

Lilligant, lv. 48 (currently training)

Impish nature

Moveset:

Leaf Storm

Giga Drain

Petal Dance

Magical Leaf

Any suggestions/changes?

I'm keeping Zekrom in since I usually use him for when I'm in a tight spot.

I really hate how you can't check natures in battle, because that makes catching a good-natured Reshiram or Zekrom completely luck-based, unless you RNG abuse like hell.

Oh, you can check it, you just gotta lose against N. ;)

While it may seem cliche, I'm in the process of completing my regional Pokedex atm.

Samurott Lv.62

Chandelure Lv.57

Excadrill Lv.58

Haxorus Lv.58

Mienshao Lv.57

Sigilyph Lv.57

Yeah, she's around 15 Levels higher or so then majority of your team.

Lilligant, lv. 48 (currently training)

Impish nature

Moveset:

Leaf Storm

Giga Drain

Petal Dance

Magical Leaf

Any suggestions/changes?

I'm only going to help on this one because I feel like it xD Can't it learn Quiver Dance? If so, why not replace something for it? I may not give the best suggestions, but perhaps remove Leaf Storm or Petal Dance for it? Leaf Storm would conflict with the Special Attack you gain with Quiver Dance, and Petal Dance is just as risky as any other kind of move like Outrage in my opinion. It all comes down to which move doesn't help you the most though.

Technically, you can check without knowing.

First of all, calculate the highest possible IVs for a neutral nature of that Pokemon.

Then, you'll know that if you get a Pokemon with a stat higher than that, you have one of that beneficial Nature.

For example, take Zekrom with its 150 base Atk stat.

A Lv.50 Zekrom with 31 IVs and a neutral nature would have 170 for its Atk.

If you happen to capture a Zekrom with an Atk stat exceeding 170, you will know that you have one of a beneficial nature.

Lilligant, lv. 48 (currently training)

Impish nature

Moveset:

Leaf Storm

Giga Drain

Petal Dance

Magical Leaf

The main problems with this is:

a.) The nature is a pretty bad one for Lilligant. Impish raises Defense while lowering Special Attack, which is Lilligant's highest stat...

b.) Your moveset consists of entirely Grass-Type moves (though this is mostly due to Lilligant's horrendous movepool). It would be best to vary the typing in the moves. As Anbu of Sand said, you should definitely replace one of your moves with Quiver Dance, as it is one of (if not) the best stat raising move out there. Toxic would be nice, and maybe replace Magical Leaf with Energy Ball. Also, if you can get a good Hidden Power type, use that as well.

Best Lilligant set by far:

Lilligant@Leftovers

Ability: Any of its abilities

Modest Nature [ + Sp. Atk / - Atk ]

252 Sp. Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP

- Quiver Dance

- Petal Dance

- Giga Drain

- Aromatherapy / Toxic / Stun Spore / Sleep Powder

Giga Drain and Petal Dance are best choice here mainly because it's not always nice to be stuck in Petal Dance. If wanted, replace either Petal Dance or Giga Drain with a good-typed Hidden Power (preferably Ground, Water, Rock or Ice).

Congratz.

I'm planning on starting White. I planned a team before, but I keep changing my mind, it was like my Dragon Egg group team in a previous game I got bored after so long. (Probably coz I missed the event to get Lv 1 Giratina/Palkia/Dialga). I'll just bring Pokemon across from Diamond via Pearl (Diamond is US, my BW are EU, and so is Pearl) having bred LOADS of Magikarp...

Probably gonna have Houndoom and Dragonair in it.

/is still Level Grinding

The Riches Family is great for Level Grinding in my opinion. I'm only on I believe the 5th one (The first Riches with a Full Team), and didn't get past him. I started struggling with them since the 3rd / 4th one. The problem is although I stock up on Hyper Potions, Revives, etc., they don't give you the time to rest. I normally have to risk one of my Pokemon / majority of their life just to heal another. Also, I'm going to just assume that their is I believe 8 or 10 in all (one trainer per seat), and after you defeat all of them, are you still aloud to battle them every day, after defeating all of the Riches?

If so, yeah for 'super-easy' Level Grinding!

No. No, you cannot.

It's rare that the move will be weak and the coverage it gives is very helpful.

Makes sense. After all, most of the Pokemon used by powerful trainers are all heavy. Still, it is a move that I would not use (I use X-Scissor for my Samurott instead because it works well against Grass-Types, Dark-Types and Psychic Types).

Of course each person finds moves differently, but I find Grass Knot very usable in competitive battling.

In most cases, Grass Knot's power doesn't fall below 60, and when I do face a light Pokemon, I never use it....

Also, Grass Knot has helped me many times on Random Matchup, since one of Samurott's main enemies are fellow Water Types, which it can't do a thing to with any of its other moves (Grass Know even defeated a Gyarados). In addition, I often find people using Seismetoad, Swampert, and Quagsire, so Grass Knot is ideal. Plus, Grass Types can taste Ice Beam for all I care :P

The reason I don't use X-Scissor is because

a.) Physical Attack, and my Samurott has its IV's for Sp.Atk.

b.) Both my Excadrill and Haxorus know X-Scissor, and they are both superior to Samurott in both ATK and Speed.

What's weird is that my Lilligant's Defense is pretty average and Sp. Atk is really high. I was gonna have Lilligant get rid of Magical Leaf instead of Energy Ball, but a friend of mine said that between the choices of what to get rid of when it came to learning Petal Dance, he said to get rid of Energy Ball, since he said perfect accuracy is better. I'll probably visit the Move Tutor when I get the chance, so that I can re-teach Energy Ball, but I'll be keeping Petal Dance, as my Lilligant as Own Tempo :D

I really hate Toxic though, and Quiver Dance doesn't really suit my style of playing...

Well, if you're going for game walkthrough, then lacking Quiver Dance and Toxic may be alright. However, if you are going for competitive battling, then Quiver Dance and Toxic are musts, since you can't go solely for attacking. However, I recommend you not using the Move Tutor to teach Energy Ball, as Energy Ball is TM35, which can be found on Route 12.

I forgot about TM35 xD I'll go teach that later.

I don't do competitive battles, but some of my friends say I should...

I already beat the game, now I'm just working on my Pokedex and doing some training in Nimbasa nowadays. It gets a bit quiet after the main storyline.

Even then, it still is fun to always get rematches in Nimbasa City and Black City (if you have Black of course). Did you rematch any of your rivals yet?

It's alright, but... why two Choice Banders? I've never heard of using a CB'd Bronzong before, especially with SR. If it were me, I'd ditch Trick and give it Leftovers, (but that's just me.)

Other two are good, but if you end up fighting a good enough physical wall you're gonna die. o_o

True, that's what Taunt is for, it owns walls and stall tactics. I gave Bronzong CB because you can only use 1 of each item in it. Perhaps a lum berry to replace it, such that it can absorb a status.
