It also has a disadvantage against other Fighting-Types as well (with one of the Elite Four specializing in Fight-Types).

Also, I have a Chandelure with a Modest Nature and am still training it's Sp. Attack using a power lens. It's level 52 and has 217 Sp. Attack. It's moveset is:

Flamethrower

Energy Ball

Shadow Ball

Inferno

Any help with it's moveset?

Ditch Inferno for Calm Mind.

Uh, I think you guys are overthinking your teams a bit too much. I literally looked through the Unova list while I was soft resetting for a good Oshawott, and I picked five Pokemon that looked cool. Pokemon games, at least in-game, aren't hard enough that you need to worry about covering types and whatnot. And now that we have infinite TMs, it makes it even more easy to push through with brute force. You just need to delete a TM move for another TM move that is super-effective on the Gym Leader or E4 you are versing, and switch back right after the battle. :/

My team isn't really powerful, but really badass.

I only have the first two guys so far, but three of the other four are coming up pretty quickly for me.

Samurott (nn: Daikenki)

Excadrill

Vanilluxe

Galvantula

Chandelure

Hydreigon (nn: Sazandora)

I don't even have to worry about type coverage because I pretty much have the three main types (Water, Fire, Ice) covered, at least for in-game.

Ok. I am next to the Relic Castle, so I might as well get that TM and give my Chandelure that move.

Edit: Gave Chandelure that technique. Then I went onto a Random Match-up over Wi-Fi and won the Rotation Battle.

Ghetsis is pissing me off so much right now. It's always down to my (weakened) Zekrom/Krookodile against his Elektross. Why does Elektross have freakin' Levitate anyway?

So I am assuming you have no Revives?

Good job for taking my advice and stocking up beforehand. <___<

....I ran out of money and I can't find anymore trainers. ._.

And I did have Max Revives, Full Restores, and a couple of Revives but I ran out quicker than I thought I would.

Full Restores? Why?

All you had to do was buy about 30 Revives, 40 Hyper Potions, and 20 Full Heals, and you would have been set. And that's even overstating it; half of that would have been sufficient.

j00 disapoint meh

I have team members three and four on my team, now.

I wanted: a female, Mild/Rash Vanillish...

I got: a female, Timid Vanillish.

I wanted: a male, Hasty/Naive Joltik with Compoundeyes...

I got: a male, Mild Joltik with Unnerve.

I kind of got bored of searching for natures, so I took the best one I found. I'm still pissed that my Joltik doesn't have Compoundeyes, but I really only would have used that with Thunder. Hopefully when I get a Litwick it can have Flash Fire and not Flame Body.

About to get the sixth badge, I'm pretty much done with Chargestone Cave.

First of all, Castelia Ice > Full Heals

Second of all, I feel your pain with Natures...

It took me 5 tries to get a Sigilyph with a Special Attack nature (and it didn't even have Magic Guard :(), 10 tries to get a Special Attack natured Litwick (which ended up having Flame Body...), and 18 tries to get a Mienfoo that had an Attack increasing nature with Regenerator...

I went through about 78 frillish before I got a calm one that had water absorb, and then when Blaziken was made Uber, I redesigned my team to not need a jellicent. I don't know if this counts as determination or obsession.

Well, at least you have him for future use. Plus Blaziken is only uber on the smogon serve so you can till use your old team.
