Better question: who needs a goddamn Fighting-type? It isn't required to have one, and all of them pretty much suck with the exception of Scrafty, and he's only cool because his sprite is kickass.

Go Dark, and opt to not use a Fighting-type. VIVA LA REVOLUCION!

Pfft, Ghost all the way.

I use Sawk. He has a good enough speed and when he uses Close Combat 0_o I should probably get a Mienshao though....

Mienshao is a beast, especially with U-Turn + Regenerator. It annoys the hell out of people.

Heck, yes, this is what I use.

I have the ultimate (imo) triple battle strategy:

Eelektross on left, Excadrill in middle, Landorus on left.

Discharge for Eelektross, Earthquake for Excadrill and Sludge Wave for Landorus.

YES or NO?

Is there something about this that I'm missing? It just looks like 3 massive attacks... Sure Earthquake doesn't hurt you since Eelektross has levitate, but///

Eh, I'm probably wrong, but I hate Triple Battles anyways so...

Anyways, I just have to say:

Mienshao is awesome!

@Anbu - very well said; U-Turn + Regenerator FTW!

I know, right. Ghost is good, but only if you're using Chandelure. Dark is only good with Bisharp, and the ultimate Fighting is Mienshao. EVERYBODY! MIENSHAO IS THE GREATEST! If you aren't using the at least one of the E4's strongest pokemon (Chandelure, Bisharp, Reuniclus, or Mienshao), something is seriously wrong with your team. Of course, Volcarona is great too. A great team that I like to use in Black is Chandelure, Mienshao, Reuniclus, Bisharp, Volcarona, and Haxorus. It is EFFECTIVE.

@ Anbu - True that; Chandelure and Gengar are my favorites

As for my team,

Samurott (I would drop it, but I would feel guilty since it's my starter)

Chandelure

Excadrill

Haxorus

Mienshao

Sigilyph (pre-League)/Volcarona (post-League)

@ I am Fate - Caitlin's strongest Pokemon is Gothitelle/Metagross, not Reniculus, though I prefer Reniculus over Gothitelle anyday (too bad I would have to trade from White). However, Reniculus is too slow...

Who said level makes a pokemon your strongest? Gothitelle is WEAK! Although in White I do have Metagross.

Well, it depends on your idea of "strong".

Reuniclus is easier to take down than Gothitelle, but it hits harder.

On the other hand, Sigilyph is more balanced - it has pretty good Special Attack, Speed, and decent Defense and Special Defense.

Can't argue with that. Regenerator forces myself to remind me that Mienshao and Wolverine are alike in terms of regeneration and combat skill. Only way I could argue is if they both had a 1vs1 battle, which would kill the purpose of that ability.

Why haven't you gotten Scraggy and Yamask yet? You can get them both before the 5th and 4th Gym Leader.

because im gonna get scraggy when i go to Lab P2 and get Desukan when i go battle team plamsa. Why because its more efficient for me to get them after i have the lucky egg and surf already also i dont feel like tryin to try 5 pokemon at once as i prefer to use repels and battle trainers. Its alot faster using 2 at the beginning imo than getting 3rd after 3rd gym than a 4th member after 6th gym and 5th member right before 7th gym. (i've done 3 runs and it works well for me as if i just the game i can finish the storyline in less than 2 days)

also i like scrafty because he wtf pwn's 3/4 E4 by himself plus i used him and loved him right away + Dark-types are my favorite :D

Your team's interesting, but it has a huge weakness to both Fire and Flying types...

It also has a disadvantage against other Fighting-Types as well (with one of the Elite Four specializing in Fight-Types).

Also, I have a Chandelure with a Modest Nature and am still training it's Sp. Attack using a power lens. It's level 52 and has 217 Sp. Attack. It's moveset is:

Flamethrower

Energy Ball

Shadow Ball

Inferno

Any help with it's moveset?
