Anyways, in addition to Samurott, Excadrill, and Sigilyph, I have acquired 2 additional team members:. My current team is:

Axew Lv.32 (yeah, I just started training it...)

You can use them 255 times. Trade off is they only give +1 EV.

Seeing as how most Dragons can act the same way anyway, Volcarona is much better on your team.

 

I would say Mienfoo, but then all i'm doing is giving you my team. You should getting a fighting type, so I'd say clown boy.

Your team was that good, its one of the most balanced teams available in game pre-E4. Logically speaking, as trial and error progress, if there are a limited number of combinations possible, they will converge to an ideal one as the weaker ones are selected against.

Tepig is the easiest, Oshawatt is medium, and Snivy is hardest, from what I heard.

If you choose Tepig, give it a silly name like "Your Face" or "Ganon" or "It Burns!" <-- CGI Ganon references.

 

Currently I have 3 out of 6 pokemon ready, I have my lvl 100 Scizor from Platinum, a lvl 1 Ferroseed with decent IVs and relaxed nature, and a lvl 1 timid Deino.

Now I just need a calm frillish, and for the dreamworld to go back online and for them to release dreamworld torchic. I need a female one, for IV and nature breeding, while maintaining the dreamworld ability. I also need a gligar from dreamworld as well, but dreamworld isn't online.

Snivy isn't that hard as long as you use the pokemon around you properly. It was harder for example with Chikorita back in the day, x2 damage to the first 2 gyms.

Try to breed in its Special Attack and try again. Also, remove Detect for Stone Edge.

Just now, I beat the E4 for the 1st time.

I know, I'm so slow its sad ;-;

 

...Anyway, the only real annoyance in that whole battle was Marshal. His Conkeldurr was a pain. His Mienshao was annoying, but it went down fairly easily.

But ehh... Now I get to torture myself with N and Dennis now. Ugh.

Emboar just sucks because it is the third goddamn Fire/Fighting type we've had as a fully evolved starter. First a fire chicken, then a fire monkey, and now a goddamn fire pig.

 

Snivy doesn't get epic until its third form, but even then it isn't Grass/Dragon, so it really isn't that awesome.

You're in the desert, still? If you haven't gotten to Nimbasa City yet, there's one thing you should know:

 

You don't go through the desert to get there.

Well, you kind of are required to go through portions of the desert. The cave with the quicksand is kind of optional, but I fought a few trainers just to level up a bit.

 

Just got the fourth Gym Badge. 'Twas easy considering I had a Drilbur with Rock Slide and Dig, and an Eviolite Stone. <___<

Just swept 3 of the Pokemon League with a level 45 Leavanny. Might finish the game some other time, but it's getting dull.

I've went everywhere around the Unova region, beat the Elite Four and Champion lots of times, and all my pokemon in my main team will be reaching LV 100 soon. Since I can't contact my friends cause they don't have Facebook accounts and I can;t use Wi-FI.

 

SO BORED. I guess I'll migrate the rest of my old pokemon from my old games and when that's done, I'll restart Heart Gold and Platinum.
