Morimoto is a joke, Cynthia is the best champion (better than the Tyler the Great Warrior, no?)

EV-training is much more difficult than I imagined. Finding a pokemon or breeding one with an IV in even one stat more than 25 is painful as well.

EVs can be trained, but IVs are static, unless you cheat (tbh, I would, but I can't update my AR to version 1.71 or higher).

I wonder if a pokemon's EVs will affect its offspring's IVs. Who knows?

So I'm trying to catch Milotic or Feebas and I'm about to cry D: cuz these fishing spots wont appear Dx

Then after I find out I must trade feebas in this game so it evolves fml

I plan to blow up every Basculin in the Unova region anyone care to join me?

GTS is your friend.

Ok, I calculated the IVs for my Oshawott:HP: 15Atk: 15Def: 4Sp. Atk: 27Sp. Def: 13Spd: 18I am aiming for physical Samurot, so is it enough ATK? Or should I try again?

Most people will say no, but I say...

"Laziness ftw"

What good moves are there to teach Musharna?

Thunder Wave, Calm Mind, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Moonlight, Hypnosis, Yawn and Energy Ball to name a few. Just use common sense when building the set, you don't want 2 status moves ect.

I now have Pokesav for Black and White Version.

If you are interested, I will create up to 6 pokemon for you at a time.

Huh. Well, that's pretty nifty. I'll have to remind myself to bow down to you send you a private message if I ever need anything.

I'm not sure what use Balloon has on Excadrill. Excadrill is pretty frail anyways, so doesn't it not matter whether you take a hit from an Earthquake or not? I feel like Focus Sash or something would be a lot more useful, but maybe I'm just ignorant or am misunderstanding something.

So, any suggestions on what is a good Level to evolve my Pansage? All I have for now is a rough draft on it's move setup:

Leech Seed / Toxic

Energy Ball / Grass Knot

Dig

Acrobatics

So yeah, help is appreciated. Only reason I plan on working on Pansage for now is it only being able to evolve via Leaf Stone.

At least lv. 22 for Seed Bomb, but if you want, you can raise it to lv. 43 for Crunch, and then evolve it from there. You could also choose to level it up to only lv. 31 for Acrobatics.

Your choice.

Dig and Acrobatics are TMs you receive before the end of the game, so you are fine there. Change Energy Ball to Seed Bomb (Pansage gets it at Level 22) and evolve it then. Skyla gives you Acrobatics.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm stuck on Burgh.

I guess it's to be expected when your team consists of two fairly frail Pokemon both weak to Grass and his strongest Pokemon knows Razor Leaf, but still.

UGH I DON'T WANT TO LEVEL UP MY PANSEAR JUST TO KILL THE DAMN THING. ;_;

The monkey things are a waste of space and time. I released mine right after the first gym.

I beat his Leavanny with smart uses of Lemonades and my only Revive.

Wasn't terrible, but I'm pissed as hell that my team, so far, has such a weakness to Grass. I need one of my other guys to show up, but I don't think I get my third for a long time.

I know Joltik doesn't come soon, Vanillish doesn't, Hydreigon's pre-prevo doesn't, and I'm not sure about Litwick.

But I lolz'd when I found a guy who wanted a Panpour for an Oshawott. Ahhh gotta love those 9 year olds playing this game thinking Pokemon was made to catch them all....

Don't feel bad, it took me 6 damn times to get Burgh down. Thing was, I just had to use my Dewott first, then switch to my Zebstrika to take that damn Leavanny down. Also, thanks for everyone's opinions on the Leveling on my Pansage. I'll probably evolve it around Level 40, but if not, I'll think about finding a 'decent' Grass-Type. Funny thing is, I asked what would be a decent Grass Pokemon this Generation, and the suggestion I got was a Simisage xD And yes I have Pokemon White, but I'm not sure if I should go for Lilligant.

I just used Pansage until I found a decent grass-type, which is fairly easy. I suggest using Petilil or Liligant if you find one. (assuming you have White)

I've considered Lilligant, even my brother did. He overlooked it though for adding a Hydreigon to his team. I guess I can go for Petilil, I'd need more convincing though, which may be hard with Simisages better stats (then again, that's an opinion) and it's wider Move Pool variety.

Liligant's only downside is it's horrendous movepool, but only having a grass-type attack really doesn't matter when you've used Quiver Dance 6 times. >:]

Not sure if I would have the patience to go six or so turns using just Quiver Dance majority of the time. Might not even have the patience to even use it two or three times in a row xD But yeah, I'll probably keep my Pansage if I don't get enough opinions on why I shouldn't use it, and good opinions at that. (Not saying yours was bad.).

Pansage is probably the best of the three monkeys for in-game use that isn't an HM Slave, but it's not a great Grass-type.

If you want a Grass-type, Ferrothorn seems appealing, or you could just have your Samurott know Grass Knot and not have a designated Grass-type, since a lot of them suck.
