He wouldn't really need a Fire resistant mon since he already has 2, he just needs one less pokemon that is taking 2x damage. For that their are loads to pick from so what ever would give good type coverage with his team.

Lilligant is cool largely thanks to the dances it can learn.

As said Klinklang isn't that good since his movepool isn't that good. As for subs, Archeops might be cool to use.

So - 1 Klinklang and - 1 Ammongus for an Archeops and a Ferrothorn / Lilligant?

Which would make the team....

Emboar

Galvantula

Excadrill

Archeops (?)

Ferrothorn / Lilligant (Probably will Flip a Coin for this one xD)

Tula, Drill and Ferro/Gant will all be hit x2 by Fire, perhaps go for something different. A dragon would be ideal. Also, Galvantula is the only really fast one there so you'd want a fast Dragon like Hydreigon.

SD?

Swords Dance.

I've defeated the E4 and just caught it. I just don't know any good place where there are a lot of high level Rock Pokémon.

Just look for shaking grass and fight Audino's. They're normal-type, so they'll take massive damage from Mystery Sword and they give loads of EXP.

Oh, right

But I really want to fit Sandstorm for it somewhere, as I want to build my team only from Pokes available before completing the game...

It must be said that STAB EQ or Dig coming off 135 base atk is going to OHKO most things without SD anyway, so just replace SD with Sandstorm if you feel the need to.

Any ideas about where I should train Virizion for quick leveling?

Give it the Lucky Egg and find Audinos in shaking grass.

You don't really need SS. Sure a boost is nice but your still eating a turn and odds are you can make most kills with 2 attacks so the extra speed/attack won't help much.

Even though Excadrill does take x2 by Fire, it can learn Earthquake and has Decent speed. But then again, I'll ask my brother if he would be willing to scratch out Excadrill or Lilligant / Ferrothorn for something like a Hydreigon. Also, just put my brother's team in Marriland's Team Builder. His main concern is 3 of His Pokemon are weak to Fire, and 3 Weak to Water. If he would scratch out Excadrill for Hydreigon, he would then have just 3 weak to Ice to worry about, and with Lilligant gone instead of Excadrill, it would instead be 3 weak to Water. So I'm not sure what he should remove for a Hydreigon, mainly because he wants to keep Garvantula, and is only willing to remove one of those two.

-Edit- How's this Pokemon Team?

Emboar

Galvantula

Excadrill

Archeops

Seismitoad

Hydreigon

Opinions on my premade team as well please.

Samurott

Cofagrigus

Mienshao

Reuniclus

Zebstrika

Simisage

Guys, I just realized that the Dragon-Type Gym guy is going to be a cake-walk for me when I get to him.

Clockwork(evolved form of Klink) resists Normal, Dark, and Dragon-Type moves. All of which, are the only moves the Dragon-Gym guy knows.

Hurray for easyness :D

this game doesn't make me remember places as well the old games and it felt kinda short in traveling in traveling, and usually i get the urge in checking every aspect of places, I love the pokemons no doubts but it's the places even though they're crazy designs, it just doesn't give off the same feeling as i had with from red/blue/green/yellow to diamond/pearl/platinum, is there something wrong with me???? O.o

Would any of you guys trade me a Level 1 Tepig for a Level 1

Snivy

-----

MOVES

-----

Tackle

Attract

Energy Ball

OR a Level 1 Oshawott. I am on a journey to get all 3 starters now. Just pm me with your FC info and hopefully we can trade via WI FI Tommorow, Thur, or next Tue 3:30pm-4:10pm -7:00 GMT.

Also during random matchups I had a battle of epicness (Triple Battle)! Though I lost... :/

Trick Room was the one that ruined it for me. My opponent:

Dusknoir 2/4 HP

Empoleon 1/4 HP

Me:

Heracross 3/4 HP

My opponent's Dusknoir used Will-Wisp and my Heracross was burned. Then Empoleon used surf which brought my Heracross to 2/4 + the BURN = 1/4 (1HP) Then I attempted to use Bulldoze to finish it off but missed....
