That's the good part about being a Water/Flying I guess xD

 

 

Just got to Icirrus City a few minutes ago. I need better moves for my Pokemon or I'm screwed. Grass starters don't do so well in a frozen gym...

He's a noob, the Pokemon's defences are crap, just sweep em all.

So....just going to post the list of Pokemon I would want for my premade team. Actually, going to use their sprites just for fun.

Anything wrong with the team? Also, is it true that you can't get Solosis (Reuniculus or whatever's) lower evolution in Pokemon Black and only in Pokemon White? Also Ferrathorn (pretty sure that's the name) is somewhat of a filler. I'm having trouble choosing from the Grass (Dual-Type) monsters from the Gen, so opinions on what I can switch it with will be appreciated. Also, any of these lower evolutions hard to get in-game?

I love how in every Pokemon game I play, my teams almost always have redundant types.

But guise, I cant help it if a lot of my favorites just-so-happen to share types with eachother.

 

Don't forget Simipour / Pampour for Cut and Waterfall.

Its decided, I'll go looking for a Panpour and use it as my HM Slave, which would have Surf, Dive, Waterfall, and Cut.

And then just teach Fly to a Gorlurk(provided I level it up) :D

 

EDIT: Love how Shandera pretty much took over the Pokemon world.

When Cress gave me the TM after I beat him, I used it, and when I checked my bag, it was still there. I used it again, and it was STILL there. Has this happened to anyone else?

Not a glitch new gen TMs never disappear- which is awesome.

 

Anyways is Victini a good Pokemon to add to a team? Still debating....Anyways my team atm.

 

Serperior 38 (Tweef -just because of the sound)

 

Palpitoad 34 (Splish -it looked like it was spalshing in water at first)(one more LV)

 

Tranquill 32 (Lovin -idk PiDUVE...)

 

Boldore 37 (SOLID! -Inside joke based on several things including this guy's sturdy ability)

 

Scraggy 35 (No nick but any suggestions?)

 

Axew 37 (Drago -Overused name is overused....any other suggestions?)

 

Currently training Axew and Splish just because their about to evolve. I plan on going on a grind fest with Lucky Egg after twist mountain.

Stupid thing just happened. Axew was evolving *continuously pressed B* and bam did not evolve plus I didn't save since the start of the cave....

Ouch. I felt like adding an Axew to the team, but I checked the chances of finding it and it seemed pretty slim. Actually, what I really want in my team is either Axew and Deino. Both look pretty bad ass and have some pretty good stats in my opinion.

Solosis I believe is a White exclusive.

Ouch. I felt like adding an Axew to the team, but I checked the chances of finding it and it seemed pretty slim.

Actually its common-ish 20% chance

Hm, I see. I'll probably just leave it alone though. And for the Solosis thing, I guess I'll have to go for Pokemon White then. I was really hoping to see the Black City, seems slightly more cool then that White Forest. Also, any(one have) suggestions for a better Grass (Dual-Type) for Black and White that preferably Evolves, excluding Ferrothorn or whatever?

The majority of your potential party are pretty easy to find actually, except Mienfoo (pre-evo of Mienshao) will be first seen after your 7th Gym battle.

Cofagrigus will evolve from Yamask, found in the Relic Castle and Relic Castle Tower. Blitzle (Zebstrika's pre-evo) will be met relatively early in the game, and Ferrothorn's pre-evo can be found in Chargestone Cave's 1st floor.

 

Solosis is in White only.

Black Version contains Gothita.

Like I said, I guess I'll have to go for Pokemon White then. Glad to know one of my Pokemon will be found early in the game, but at the same time a bit bummed I'll have to wait on Mienshao's lower evolution all the way until I beat, I believe it's the Ice Gym Leader. The irony on how that's when I will be needing it (the most) at that time is....I guess you can agonizing. Once again, Ferrothorn is just a current 'filler', until I find a better Grass-Evolving (possibly Dual-Typed) replacement. I don't think I really need to Pokemon with quite the Defensive Stats.

The one problem with Ferroseed being its increased weakness to Fire.

x4 is really high...but I think the movepool for it is well worth that risk right? Power Whip 120 base attack at lv 40!

Chargestone cave 2% chance of fidning the beastest 5th gen non-legend pokemon ever.

Well im training my 3 pokemon and just got my 3rd badge(2nd run)

which are

 

Servine named Tsutarja lv 25

Bashful

Attacks:

Tackle

Leaf tornado

mega drain

growth

 

Throh named Judo Mastr lv 24

Lax/guts

Attacks:

revenge

leer

seismic toss <-- this is so useful where im at

rock smash <-- was teach him this at lv 12 or have to switch in and out to get him to lv 13+

 

Whirlipede named Cedric lv 23

Gentle/Swarm

Attacks:

Posion tail

screech

pursuit

bug bite

X4 weakness to fire is not really that big of a problem if the team is ingame uses as i have not seen many pokemon that use fire moves outside of the predictable ones.

 

 

Anyways Axew is not that hard to find because i had one trained it to like 40ish *not 48 yet* went to 7th gym and sweeped the gym with him and had haxorus when i was done XD

 

also the 2% if that electric pokemon with leviate

 

Ferroseed is common as i ran into those pretty easily
