At first it would have been:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 3 DARK monsters from your Graveyard. This card's ATK is equal to the combined Levels of the sent monsters x 300. Once per turn, you can send 1 DARK Monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.

 

But since that was too orthodox:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 3 DARK monsters from your Graveyard. This card's ATK is equal to the combined Levels of the sent monsters x 200. Once per turn, you can send 1 DARK Monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can select and Special Summon 1 of your monsters removed from play.

 

Well, it was at first x300, but changed to 200. Pic not changed... I'm lazy

given it's lv8, the combined levels have to be at least 8 for proper atk

 

"Special Summon 1 of your monsters removed from play." should be "Special Summon one of your removed from play monsters."

 

overall you did well for OCG and balance, I'll give this 9.5/10

Let's see, easily a 6k beatstick, sends Gardnas/PSZ, sets up for other Dark Counterparts.

 

Ehhh, it might look a little inconsistent, but I feel that this is really OP'd since it's also Level 8 DARK. It's just too OTK-ish, at least RDD needed insane setup. This just feels too... quick? I suppose.

 

Still, RFGing 3*8 isn't hard, and that's 7200, I don't like it's balance, sorry.

x200, not to hard to get 4800 or so, but with inconsistency and such, I think that would be reasonable. Beasticks are easy enough to handle, after all.
