"At least now I know that the Head of the Organization is dumb." Aravis said in a lower-than-usual tone, and her right fist was shaking in anger. "And that I was right in turning down the invitation."

Xemanon, on the other hand, was still quiet. "It sounds interesting, in a way. It seems the Nobody of the Unversed is simple-minded. But then again, who would care? I think I should be going soon."

"Hey, X!" Naxroa called cheerfully, waving to Xepsithro as he exited the corridor to darkness. "I'm back from vaca-, uhh, the mission!" he finished lamely avoiding eye contact with his leader at all costs; about a week ago, Xepsithro had assigned him to eliminate heartless from the Timeless River, but he'd taken a liking the world so much that he had decided to take a small break from work; his predecessor would have cried in pride. "What'd I miss?"

Xepsithro smirked at Snow. "Operation Stalwart was never something I took seriously. It may serve to help protect the worlds in the short term, but it compromises the war effort in the long term. Bear with me for a moment as I explain something, though given your thick skull, it may be a waste of my time.

"Lominax and I think very differently, and the difference is based in our fighting styles and powers. Lominax fights through his Seraphs, and he attains victory by overwhelming his adversary with numerous threats from different directions. In combat with a lone foe, Lominax is accustomed to possessing greater numbers than the enemy, and his mind works as such. I've seen him fight, and he often wins by leaving the enemy with no room to maneuver, trapping them and preventing escape. However, my fighting style against a single enemy is built around having only myself to combat the foe with. Oftentimes, I will allow a foe to think they have the advantage and wait for them to become overconfident and overextend themselves. It is then that I strike.

"Lominax's plan with Stalwart was to give the Heartless nowhere to maneuver by keeping them off of the majority of worlds, then overwhelm them when they're in a restricted space. The problem with this is that it comes from a mind accustomed to outnumbering a foe. If we were to keep the Heartless out of nearly 200 worlds and limit them to such a small space as Stalwart would've done, they would have the advantage of territory. I remember reading a strategy manual called 'The Art of War' from some strategist named Sun Tzu, from some backwater world with a populace too busy killing each other to explore the universe. They bombed each other to extinction a couple years ago, but I obtained the manual beforehand. Sun Tzu emphasized the importance of knowing the lay of the land and fighting the enemy on your terms and ground. His advice rang true throughout millenia of that world's conflict. Even when an overwhelming invading force restricted the defending force to just a small piece of land to move throughout, the defenders won, and the difference between the two is magnitudes greater than that between us and the Heartless." Xepsithro paused for a moment.

"If the Heartless cannot move throughout the worlds and are put in a defensive position on their territory with their full force intact, they can set traps. They can make us slaver for victory after years of maintaining complicated, costly satellites while they waited and grew stronger. Then they can lure us in and destroy us. Yes, your world would have been saved from destruction by the satellites in the short term, but consider this. If we'd gone with Stalwart, the Heartless eventually would've lured us in and wiped us out, or at least the majority of us. Then there wouldn't have been enough of us to help protect your worlds, and your armies would've become complacent with a lack of conflict. How much worse would the destruction have been on Gran Pulse, the Elven Homeworld, and dozens of other worlds if your fighting forces had grown complacent and stagnant? What would the Sacking of Atlantica have been like if Xalice and I hadn't led a small strike force against the invaders and fought them off? How many more people would've been slain on your homeworld if Naxroa, cut off from all reinforcements, hadn't been there fighting off Nobodies while you evacuated the survivors? You would've found out the answers to questions like that if we had seen Stalwart through.

"Because I think I may have used too many big words in that, I'll summarize for you. If we had gone through with Stalwart, the Heartless would've been able to make us fight on their terms. We would've been decimated, and then there would've been nothing to stop the Heartless from destroying the satellites and ravaging the worlds. That means we lose and you lose; either way, Serah dies, but my way, there's a chance she'll come back.

"Lominax may be composed and calm, but his self-satisfaction and ego make saying no to him a daunting endeavor. I decided to indulge him for a bit, but once we got to discussing impact a few weeks in and he threw out the number 169, I shut the project down. I didn't explain why, though, as I hoped he'd realize his error and learn from it. In that same briefing, he mentioned the effects of the barriers upon Corridors. In the days after I ended the project, Lominax started running around claiming my vendetta with Cloud was impeding my judgement, but he quieted down after about a week. I inferred that he'd realized his mistake, though we never discussed the topic.

"Now run along before I tire of explaining things to you slowly. Naxroa and I have things to discuss."

Xepsithro turned to Naxroa, who was oddly shifty. Xepsithro decided it was because of the 'vacation' he'd taken at the Timeless River, though he couldn't figure out how by any stretch of the imagination Nax might think that Xepsithro would actually believe it would take Nax a full week to cleanse that world. He opened another Corridor, this one leading to the Meeting Room in Castle Oblivion. "Now, Naxroa, we should leave as well. Come with me." With that, Xepsithro beckoned to Naxroa as he stepped through the Corridor, disappearing into its murky shadow.

Xemanon stood quietly, as if waiting for something, before finally interrupting the silence. "Even a simple-minded person can be smart. I'll assume if we limited the Heartless, they would be greater in number and be too difficult to overcome. Xepsithro probably thought that. Either way, he is still blind to what I call 'strategies'. Now I'll go. I won't waste my time."

Xemanon then opened another Corridor of Darkness and appeared in the Meeting room, seeing Xepsithro. "Ah, fancy seeing you here. I was looking for you, but I was told a little story by Lominax. Anyway, I have come to report I have found a new world."

OCC: I'm waiting for double to lead the way since its his destination we are going to.

IC: A corridor of darkness rose, through it had stepped Allesk. Following behind him was a beast with a shrowd of darkness over it. There was also another indistinguishable figure that was round and tall, it too was hidden under a shrowd of darkness. "So, a tournament. How intruging." Allesk said looking around. He was in the underworld of the Collesseum. There was a grim smirk on his face as he walked up the large stairs to the Colleseum doors. He then continued and entered his name in the Tournamen. He also placed his two minons in with him. They would All three fight together. Allesk then went to sit down and wait for the tournament to begin.

((Merciful! I though Xemanon was going to go with Kixa!))

Kixa held up her finger. "I will go accompany Xemanon." She opened up a Dark Corridor, and appeared in Castle Oblivion, where she found Xemanon and Xepsithro after a few frantic minutes. "Sir, do you mind if I accompany Xemanon?" She asked. "I wish to conduct a survey of the new world."

Snow simply replied. "So his proposal was outrageous. You could have at least felt something when you sentenced 169 worlds, worlds with people on them that had hopes and dreams just like you do, one of which was MY HOME, TO DIE!!!"

"Well' date=' you sure know how to be quick about finding out about something..." Mark smiled, as he flew toward's her. He also flew over to the fairy.

"Errr, please forgive my friend, she can be a bit...Bipolar..." HE whispered the last part to the Fairy, who nodded before flying away.

"...Okay, we've got the flying capabilities, so shall we get going to our PROPER destination?" Mark asked the group calmly.

OCC: we are in London we can fly to wonderland.

IC: Xalice looked at Xaberis. "We can fly there! ENJOY THE VIEW! Sean better know the way." Xalice said. She began to tap her foot impaciently looking towards Sean. She was growing tied of waiting and she still hadn't seen if he was worth all this trouble. Suddenly a giant behemoth rise from the ground behind them. It was larger then a normal on and looked more demonic. "Looks like it's time to prover yourself you two." Xalice said to Xaberis and Sean and a metalic chair formed underneather her. She used the metal from the blade around her leg. "I better not get bumped. Mark don't fight either we need to see these two in action." she continued beckoning for Mark to come sit by here as another chair formed.

OoC: Sorry for not posting. Couldn't think of anything, but I got something now. Good idea about the Behemoth Heartless Allesk.

Sean has seen these things before. It's only weak spot is the horn. Sean dodged the Behemoth Heartless and jumped on its back. There the horn was shown in a white ring-like aura. "Xaberis!" he yelled. "Attack the horn! That is his weak point!" Sean summoned his sword and a yellow aura formed around him. "Time to take it up a notch!" yelled Sean. Then he performed Ars Arcanum on the horn, breaking the aura and making it go unconscious. If I had a Keyblade, this would've been much faster! Sean thought.

"Okay," Nax nodded, disappearing into the murky portal and reappearing in Castle Oblivion. 'Sure feels good to be back,' he thought as he glanced around, nostalgia creeping its way into his mind. Then he saw Xemanon approaching, presumably with a report. "Whassup, Xema?" He asked casually, raising one hand in greeting. "That report's gonna have to wait, X has something that he wants to tell me." Then Kixa arrived, trying to get Xemanon to come with her. "Hey," he waved to her. "Guess who's back!"

Mark blinked slightly as he saw Xalice beckoning him to sit next to her. He glanced at what she was looking at, and then at her. HE scratched his head, but decided that he'd better not get Xalice riled.

"...Errr...sure, okay..." He seemed pretty puzzled, but he sat down next to her, and watched what was going on.

sean was right about the horn thing and xaberis felt stupid for forgetting about it. he swong his staff making contact with the heartlesses horn sendng it flying back."time to kick up my game a bit." xaberis said. he stood still for a second holding his staff infront of him vertacally. he then turned it sideways to a horzontal postiton. suddly he moved faster then the eye could see and in a furry of movements attacked the heartless bearly leaving it alive."your turn sean!"

Sean nodded. He stood before the barely living Heartless. The aura covered his body again, but this time, he did Strike Raid on the horn 4 times. Then the aura got bigger and Sean grinned. "It's time to finish this!" His blade was covered in circulating winds. "Judgment..." he whispered. Just then, Sean hurled his sword doing the Judgment ability on the horn. Then the Behemoth stood up more angry then before and shielded its horn. It then blasted lightning from at Sean and Xaberis from above, damaging them both. "This is harder then I thought!" said Sean, panting.

OoC: If you played Re: Chain of Memories, then you must know what the Judgment ability is.

((After having Y-Tak, now TFF, poke and prod at me, I am having the Heartless people take center stage.))

Ultimecia was BORED.

Everything was going so smoothly. Her minions were getting closer to the core parts of the Disney Worlds. She had run out of ideas to create new Emblem Heartless out of. And the Organization didn't seem to be doing anything worth stopping!

So she decided to go pay her "guest" a visit.

She went down into the deepest parts of her stronghold on Radiant Garden, which was one of the Heartless horde's key bases, to a room filled with various implements of torture that she considered her dungeon. Unfortunately, she only had one captive, but this prisoner was very important.

"So, have you kalmed down, Reklixa?" Ultimecia asked in her odd way of speaking. "You do know that the Organization won't bother to kommit to attakking me here, espesially with that imbesile Xepsithro running around trying to katch Kloud..."

Reclixa was chained to a wall, her cloak and the clothes she had underneath torn to shreds and the remainder just barely enough to give her any decency. She had long crimson hair and hawk-like blue eyes, which were now filled with bitter hatred. However, she did have a few nasty cuts and bruises on her from where she had been tortured.

"Go to hell you b***h! Lominax will find some way to rescue me, and when I get out of here, I will kick your sorry ass off of this planet!"

Ultimecia frowned. "Well, that is why I kaptured you. Where I kome from, there is a prophesy that "Lightning will strike me down". In order to prevent that from okkuring, I have taken you prisoner, and intend on keeping you here in order to insure my konquest of the universe! And your precious 'Kommander' kan't do anything about it!" Ultimecia began laughing evilly as she left Reclixa in the dungeon.

When Ultimecia returned to her throne room, she summoned a Messenger Heartless, a small Heartless that resembled a mechanical pigeon. "Bring me my generals. I need to speak to them." The tiny Heartless replied, disappearing into a Dark Corridor.

The Messenger went to each and every one of Ultimecia's subordinates, and gave them the same message.

"Kome to the Villain's Vale. I wish to diskuss our next move."

"dont worry we can take it besides its only one heartless."Xaberis said. he jumped over the heartless and started slashing at its back to get its attention."Sean one three attack it ok im gonna release my thundara attack you attack with what ever you think is strong enough." Xaberis jumped back and put his hand in the air."now one two three! THUNDARA!"

As Xaberis yelled it out, the aura channeled to his blade. Before the bolt hit the horn, Sean jumped into the air and rapidly slashed at the horn. He then flew back a distance and a ball of energy began to form. "RAGNAROK!!" Sean yelled as the ball bursts into smaller energy balls that formed a circle around the horn. The energies then moved into the horn until they burst on contact of the horn. Just as the balls burst, the bolt hit the horn. The horn then flashed, signaling defeat. The Behemoth then disappeared into nothingness, leaving the heart it had obtained. Sean landed on the ground in exhaustion and gave a thumbs up to Xaberis.

xaberis smiled and looked over at sean."good job man but dont go all out like that next time it was just a behemith." xaberis said as he stored his staff on his back."besides it actracts attation when you do and trust me you dont want to do that." xaberis noticed as he spoke that electricty still pulsed around him."woops" he waved his hand and the field disipared.

"That wasn't bad, not impressive, but but not bad. You two lack coordination and seem to be a bit off balance. However there will be time for improvement along the way." Xalice said standing up from her chair. The metal the liquified and floated around her as did the chair mark was sitting on. The liquid metal wrapped around her neck forming a chained necklace. The remaining metal formed into two braceless on each wrist. "I'm growing impacient. Sean why are we going to wonderland anyway? What is the purpose? You can inform me along the way." Xalice said her tone becoming more stern. She lifted off the ground and begain to elevate into the sky waiting for Sean to take direction showing the way to wonderland. She also expected to be informed on the purpose of this trip.

Umbra

Through the metal gate, Umbra heard the Satyr announcer, Phil, call her name... or rather, her pseudonym, "Apparition". She'd chosen it for two reasons. First of all, it wasn't particularly invocative of 'shadow' or 'darkness', which prevented people from suspecting her Heartless nature. Second, it would have one of two beneficial effects on the enemy. One, it would scare them, or two, it would prevent them from taking her seriously.

Umbra pushed off of the stone wall she was leaning against, her cloak brushing her ankles. The cloak was gray, with a hood extending down and out far enough to cast a shadow over the majority of her face. It was buttoned in the front, so her Heartless-emblem-covered attire wouldn't expose her true identity.

She decided not to wait for the incompetent Coliseum employees to decipher the gate-opening mechanism like she usually did. Umbra cracked her knuckles loudly, stepping up to the gate. She clenched her right fist, smashing through the gate with ease. One of the main benefits of being a Heartless was the enhanced strength.

Umbra snatched the dented gate out of the air, tossing it to the side. Before her, she saw Hercules flourishing his sword. That posturing, macho numbskull had always pissed her off. She would relish dislocating each bone in his arm at the joint.

Umbra turned to face the crowd, and was surprised to see Allesk there. She didn't know if he knew that she was here in the Coliseum, but figured he'd guess after a few seconds of watching her fight.

Behind him and two seats over sat Genesis, Umbra's target. Ultimecia suspected that Xepsithro would approach Genesis for information about Cloud, so Umbra had been sent to watch him.

Umbra turned back to Hercules, beckoning. It was time to show this 'hero' his place.

Xepsithro

Xepsithro turned to Xemanon and Kixa. "Ah, Xemanon, Kixa. I need to give a brief situation report first, then you can tell me about this new world.

"Our current main objective is to go to Olympus Coliseum and enter the tournament. The cliff-notes: Genesis has information on Cloud, and there's a Heartless spy undercover in the tournament watching him. You'll all conceal yourselves while I meet with Genesis. The spy will attack, and we'll take them and any reinforcements down. Furthermore, we'll get a good chance to do some training in the tournament, not to mention that we'll be able to show the public that the Organization is still a force to be reckoned with. Lominax disappeared with Xaltenos and Norixa right before we were about to head off to the Coliseum. He's been acting a bit odd today, but I suppose he's just bitter that he lost the training exercise.

"Anyways, what about this new world that you found?"

Allesk saw the grey hooded figure reading to fight and he took a seat in the stands, he felt something familiar about this being but wasn't sure what. He sat there watching the two opponents reading themselves before the fight were to begin. Allesk was confused on why he was so intrigued to see this fight. He brushed off his confusion and looked around. He analyzed some of the fighters he saw thinking about what their fighting styles may be based on their stances and weapons. The two figures that were disguised finally came over to him and sat down, one on each side.

Mark, having not expected the chair underneath him to just disappear, Fell to the ground with a small thud.

"Owww...jeez, you could've given me warning..." MArk grumbled as he slowly got back up to his feet, as he stood up, rubbing his butt slightly, before looking at Xalice and the others...Not really sure what they were doing anymore.
