I'd say this card is on the UPed end but it is balanced. Pic could be better and I think this card should be a Spell or Trap Card some errors (ocg) 7/10

1st card: 6/10. isn't it the same as shadow spell? im not sure

 

2nd card: 7/10. i think it's underpowered. if it were 5/6 stars it would be more balanced. =)
