I know this will probably sound n00bish and that I'll probably get a warn level increase by some mod who wants to drop his/her ban hammer on my toe, but what is with this site's tagline? Why does it still say Uperdeck on it when it's well known that Konami has compleate controle now? Huh, Uperdeck is no longer part of the equation now anyways. Couldn't YCMaker get sued?:/

No, seriously. It wouldn't make much difference - as stated they cannot take him to court or sue him because:

1. He's hidden in the Bermuda Triangle

2.They have no affilates with them whatsoever.

You can't get sued for saying you're not affiliated with someone...there's no connection there at all so even if it wasn't said there would still be no affiliation.

 

It's like me and you for example.

 

We have no affiliation whatsoever.

 

If I were to make a site, and say I was not affiliated with you, you can't sue me for that.
