They're in the same boat as you, and just can't admit it. If they try to engage in any kind of physical abuse, push them away. No use beating them up, it lets them know they got under your skin. Don't feed the trolls. If I'm correct, trolls want to piss you off. Bullies want to screw with you, which is very similar to pissing someone off.
