Thomas soon smiled at his sister as it was short lived, as his cards stopped giving off an aura, and it soon made way for Melissa's deck to use the evil aura to take her over, Thomas screamed and said, "Just five more minutes! Please!"

 

Thomas soon said in his head, "I will not forgive you."

 

Thomas soon picked up his non glowing cards as the evil aura seemed to be overpowering his own as he was afraid of his sister wallowing in eternal darkness, he hated the thought of losing her when he just got her back.

Britney and Natalie both began walking in the way that everyone went. "So i wonder what was up with all of that........shouldn't we hurry up, wanna steal a motorcycle, get the ones from the house" . Britney said as she stopped infront of a garage and she opened it up. Inside were two motorcycles, one baby blue with Natalie written on it in pink graffiti. THe other was purple and has Britney written in Chinease on the left side, and English on the other side, the letters are in electric pink. They both jumped onto their motorcycles and began speeding down towards Thomas's car.

Mark meanwhile had already gotten out of Thomas' Corvette. HE had a really impatient heir about him, and looked pretty annoyed.

"...Man, I still can't get that coward out of my mind...c'mon Mark, you'll get him eventually, but for now you need to concentrate on the matter at hand..." He said, sighing, as he leant on the Car again, closing his eye's, and thinking about the situation.

"...Then again...I dont really know where to go from here..." He said, sighing slightly.

OoC: My character's going to be using a different deck for right now, so just warning you guys.

 

IC:Melissa watched in horror as a dark aura surrounding her Phantom Beast deck suddenly leapt out at her. Darkness fell upon her...No...not this again... suddenly a horn blasted through the darkness. Looking sightlessly around her, Melissa saw a sight only she herself could see; A winged female warrior was making its way to her, forcing the darkness back! Suddenly, Melissa flashed back yet again- She suddenly remembered who the warrior was...It was Champion's Valkyria- the Duel Spirit of her deck she had when she was a kid! The Duel Spirit blasted the darkness all the way back to the Phantom Beast deck, and suddenly Melissa could see again. However, still something was wrong...Melissa suddenly realized what it was. In her hand was a deck she had never seen before. She turned the top card over and she saw... Champion's Valkyria. A voice suddenly rang out in Melissa's head,

As long as I am with you, you shall be protected from the darkness of Satan's cards.

Thomas could only utter one word, "NO!"

Thomas was shaking as he saw the change happen, and he quickly ran looking for help, hoping and praying that Heero or anyone could help him. He soon hated Satan and his cards couldn't glow. He wished that he could help his sister, as suddenly he jumped and made a protective motion and asked with his eyes, and he saw that his sister was no longer there.

 

Thomas said with his mouth with much anger in his eyes, "Satan, where is Melissa?"

OoC: Melissa's old Duel Spirit came to her rescue; She wasn't taken over by the cards. Just saying.

 

IC: Melissa looked at Thomas, smiling reassuringly. "I'm fine, Thomas." She said. "My old deck saved me, see?" She held up the cards for Thomas to see. "Hey, Thomas," She said. "While we're waiting for Heero to show up, why don't we have a quick duel? Just so I can get the feel of my old cards again.

Thomas said, "I don't trust Satan, he plays tricks. Plus, you were one of the Sins, someoene else will try taking your place, and you might have to, this might not be permanent."

Thomas soon looked at the old cards and was relaxed with the look of them, they were the cards that Thomas dueled against when he was younger. Thomas was smiling from ear to ear when he was asked to duel an honest duel, and Thomas thought about it.

 

"Hell Yeah!" Thomas said as he picked up his cards.

Melissa smiled at Thomas' reaction. "Okay then," She said. "I'll go first. I summon out Long-Beaked Raven (800/1600) in Attack mode and place one card face-down. I end."

Long-Beaked Raven- When this card is equipped with "Raven-Tipped Spear", this card may attack your opponent directly.

Thomas looked as the duel was started, he thought with his head, and smiled as he set two facedowns, and set another monster as he laughed and said, "Don't think you'll win sis."

 

Thomas said, "I've put two facedowns, and one monster set, I activate Strife Warrior Haven."

 

Thomas wondered what strategies his sister has in her head.

"Hmm...Interesting...ah!" Melissa suddenly shuddered. "Um, well, I think I'll activate Experienced Battle Cry, which allows me to Summon out a Warrior-Type monster from me deck as long as it is destroyed by the end of this turn. I Special Summon out Queen's Knight to the field, and then summon King's Knight, which allows me to Summon Jack's Knight to the field! Next I activate...Polymerzation! Jack, Queen, and King combine to form...Arcana Knight Joker! (3800/2500) Next, I Special Summon Valkyria Ravensmaster (2100/2300) by removing Long-Beaked Raven from play!" Melissa grinned. despite the ominous whispers she was now hearing. "Attack, Valkryia Ravensmaster and Arcana Knight Joker!"

Valkyria Ravensmaster- This card can be Special Summoned to the field by removing one "Long-Beaked Raven" from the field. Everytime this card destroys a monster by battle, you can Special Summon that card to your side of field in face-up Defense Position during your next End Phase.

Thomas smiled as if to almost insinuate that the duel was over before it started. Thomas gripped his deck very well and drew his card. He looked at it, and he smiled from ear to ear as he played the card.

 

"First of all, Strife Warrior Roulet was my facedown card, and anyone who attacks him while face down, the battle phase is ended." Thomas said with happiness.

 

Thomas now looked at his sister and said, "Strife: Roulette. I choose from three effects at random, and the effect that is chosen choose is that I can equip one of your cards to my own, until the end of the turn, where both monsters are destroyed, unless Strife Warrior Roulet is the one being equipped. He is put facedown at the end of the turn. Now, Strife Warrior Roulet, takes Arcana Knight Joker, and I attack Valkyria Ravemaster, and if you use any effects, Arcana Knight Joker gets affected and not Roulet."

"You forgot Arcana's effect! By sending one Monster card to the Graveyard, your Roulette's effect is negated. And since Arcana is not equipped to Roulette, he is not affected. Now, I end my turn!" Melissa said. Even though this was her brother, she was not going to go easy on Thomas.

Thomas smiled as it was his turn, and that his sister wasn't going easy on him, he was holding back a bit himself, Thomas soon looked at his deck and hoped it was the card he was hoping for.

 

Thomas said, " First, I sacrifice one Strife Warrior to use this card. I activate, Usage of the Unknown, which allows me to take your weakest monster for a sacrifice and add it to the already sacrificed Roulet. I summon......Strife Warrior Valkyrie. I equip Strife Sabre to Strife Warrior Valkyrie."

 

Thomas said, "Attack!"

(2400/2000) And the cool thing about this card is when it is Special Summoned, I can take control of one monster on your side of the field. Sweet, eh?"

Thomas said, "Remember the effect. You take your Arcana back, as it is destroyed, since I can't have it, and I use the card Strife Coocoon. I wait three turns and I summon a monster that can end this duel, this card has 2900 attack points, and 0 defense points, if you attack it, I take battle damage, but I put it in defense mode, which means I sustain no battle damage. I also use Strife Saber to head up the Attack Points by 500. You can't destroy Strife Coocoon with a magic or trap if two strife warriors are in the graveyard, because each one adds a Strife token to Strife Coocon.

OoC: Jonny, yeah, that combo might be a little loaded, but me and kabuto are just playing to pass the time until Destined returns. Summoning three cards to the field...thats called Special Summoning. lol.

 

IC: "My Arcana's not destroyed because it was never equipped in the first place." Melissa pulled her eyebrows together. "Hmm...Strife Cocoon...talk about invulnerable...almost." Melissa grinned. "Cause you have to wait three turns to play it, and I'll defeat you by then! First, I activate Dian Keto the Cure Master to boost my Life Points to 4500. Now, I activate DNA Surgery, choosing Machine-Type. Finally, I lay three cards face-down, and end my turn."

Thomas laughed and said, "Don't worry, just wait in two more turns, you're finished."

 

Thomas soon thought, "I can't go easy on her."

 

Thomas laughed at the thought of finishing his sister, when he came up with a defensive plan, which he immediately put into effect.
