Tons of Dragons and a Storyline

This cards are part of a story in which there is a sort of dictatorship arriving into New Domino City. After the Five Dragon cards lost after the final showdown, thing remain pacific until Yusei call up the group again. Apparently, an army of Psychic duelists are using never-seen Elemental Dragon cards to destroy everything.

Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 1 Pyro, 1 Fiend and 1 Dragon-Type monster from your side of the field. This card can destroy a Synchro monster without applying Damage Calculation. If you activate this effect, reduce this card's DEF by 300. If its DEF becomes 0, this card is sent back to the bottom of your Deck. You can then Special Summon 1 DARK or FIRE Dragon-Type monster, ignoring any and all Summoning Conditions.

Once more, the Five Dragons appear and, one by one, Yusei, Jack, Crow Akiza, Leo, Luna, and the just arriving Kalin fight off the threat.

As odd as that, when things were set about calm again, the incidents began again; survivors stating this time the creatures were fiercer. These evolutions then were called upon as "Final Chaos" apparitions:

Lore: "Elemental Plant Dragon" + "Elemental Fire Dragon"

Each time a FIRE or EARTH Monster is Summoned, place 1 Autumn Counter on This Card. By removing 3 Autumn Counters from This Card, Destroy all Plant-Type Monsters, and Special Summon them as many "Bald Tree Tokens" Rock-Type with the same Level, Attribute, ATK and DEF as the Destroyed Monster(s), in the same positions as they were. You can also remove 1 Autumn Counter from this Card to Take Control of 1 Rock-Type Monster on your opponent's side of the field.

Lore: "Elemental Water Dragon" + "Elemental Fire Dragon"

A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters. When a FIRE monster is destroyed, place 1 Sphere Counter on this card. When a WATER monster is Summoned, you can tribute it to place 1 SharkSkin Counter on this card. By Removing 1 Sphere Counter and 1 Sharkskin Counter from this card, you can Special Summon 1 "Elemental...Dragon" Monster from your hand.

Lore: "Elemental Fire Dragon" + "Elemental Water Dragon" + "Elemental Earth Dragon" + "Elemental Wind Dragon"

A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material monsters. This card is also treated as a FIRE, WATER, WIND and EARTH monster. When a monster on your side of the field with the same atribute as this card's is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can return it to the top of your Deck by paying 1000 Life Points.

Final Chaos dragons, an odd set of dragon statues cards

, plus a Fusion and a Synchro

Lore: "Elemental Ice Dragon" + 4 Non-Tuner "Elemental...Dragon" Monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all cards on the field, except this card. You can then Special Summon 1 "Overelemental Token" (Fiend-Type/Level1/LIGHT/ATK 0/DEF 0) for each card destroyed by this effect on your and your opponent's Monster and Spell and Trap Card Zone(s). When these Tokens are destroyed, inflict 300 Points of damage to the Token's controller. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 card in your opponent's Spell and Trap Card Zone instead of attacking.

which almost kicked Yusei's butt off. But what the hell, the hero always wins.

These other 3 cards were used during the arc but I forgot to attach a believable plot to them. Let's just say they were also used in the final duel.
