Effect: If you control a face-up Thunder-Type monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand in face-up Attack Position. When this card is Summoned successfully, you can reveal the top card of your Deck. If it is a Level 6 or lower Monster Card, Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. It's Special Summoning effect could be a sign of Blackwing-Thunder Thunder Swarming. ...If that isn't possible already. It's second effect is just asking for obvious Synchro Summoning, depending on what you get, this is fun. It's last drawback about removing itself from play is a bit... much. Regardless, it's nice.
