Also' date=' if a topic was going based on a question after they had posted their rates - would it be considered spam.

Because from what you gave me it looks like if you post a second time in a card thread without rating its spam. >_>

That question....

Thought you can find it ^^

That'd be fine I guess. But most modding is done based on a problem then using a template to get it done in the quickest way possible so we can get on with whatever else we're doing. So there's no promises we won't make mistakes .-."

And on a note' date=' this rule has been around for a very long time.

Apparently sometimes it becomes such a problem that we have to announce it. =/

Thanks for stating the obvious Duff Man.

Whose Duff Man?

-_- One of your original names. I dislike calling you by Luna.

so question:

why is it problematic to spam a topic that will be inevitably and shortly locked?

normal spamming ruins topics and detracts from meaningful conversation, or in the case of this section, uneducated card reviews. but spam in a meaningless topic like this one:

http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/thread-193901.html?highlight=shows

does really seem like a problem.

Lol... Didn't see it .-.

And it is a problem, because it's irresponsible and immature.

Realistic Cards is a strict place and not full of the TCG-like attitude. Sure we're carefree and trying to understand as much as possible (as evident by the loads of conversations I promote) but thats under rather tight rules and it works.

so we r not allowed to post links

Links to what?

links to cards we make

Why would you need links when you can just use IMG codes to show them?

I have a good idea.

How about editing this thread name to "What NOT to post: Importance' date=' must read or newbies will get banned" or something like that. That'll make more newbies look.

Also, you could have a link to how to post cards just in case here. For the newbies.

This thread will be taken down in time to make room for another 4th Sticky... So that wouldn't work =/...

I'm arriving a week late to the party to say this:

I'll be willing to overlook posts that are solely OCG correction.

Opposed.

That one is suggestive and thankfully. If the person asks for one, the post with the OCG correction will not be harmed. However, should multiple people try to correct the OCG that is not in dispute with any rulings or otherwise, they will be warned.

+20% is the basic btw.

I agree with this. Easy 20-50% with this. I hate it when I get pointless comments.

When posting think of these things:

- Did I give the TC a good comment that can help him/her improve?

- Did I fix any possible errors?

- Did I give an opinion?

- Did I give possible strategys that could work with this card?

Those can help make a post more constructive.

Also Icy, please no saying "You Spoiler whored" because technically, you are spamming.

I only say that when a friend asks me to look at a thread, and they "spoilerwhore" resulting in me having to play a clicking game instead of actually reviewing the card, me posting lets them know I did look at the thread at their request, but was unable to review/look at the cards properly due to that. Thank you for not knowing the whole situation.

......

I hate when this happens.

So as I understand in one of your above posts, we may not fix OCG unless it has a conflict with a ruling or am I reading it wrong. (Again.)

Unless the user asks, or it has already been stated and said fix does not conflict with any existing rulings etc, there is no reason to post an OCG fix or even comment on it. Therefore, any warnings and the like as a result of this behavior will be up to the discretion of the moderator.

You told me to stop doing that. I never asked you too do anything. I know the whole situation.

Where the bloody hell did this come from... I wasn't even... What...

And stop negging me <_<". You honestly expect me to remember every single little warn I give out? Every ban, every user, stop that garbage. Just because you or I don't remember the situation that it happened, doesn't mean you can argue against it. More often than not, I also delete posts for people in your situation (who post negative pictures) whether quoted or not. You grow up.

No, the negs will stay. I have only posted 2 cards and a picture of a duel I had in the last 20 days. How are any of these inappropriate? Tell me and I will stop.
