PMD: Conflicting Salvations [PG-13][Not Accepting][Started]

I have no idea why but I had this idea for an RP based off of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. So let's enjoy this. This isn't exactly like other attempts at Mystery Dungeon RPs so we'll see how people react to it. Make sure to read all the information I give you and I'll have no problems with this.

(On a side note I'm sort of annoyed. I had wanted to make an RP awhile ago but there were a whole mess of Pokemon RPs at the time so I decided against it. Now I make this when only one seems active and two more pop up out of nowhere. Whatever, I'm doing it anyway!)

It was a peaceful summer in a small town in the United States. Inspired by a relatively boring year of school, six friends decided they were going to make it a summer worth remembering and go on a big camping trip. They planned an amazing trip the entire last week of school so they could get going right after school was out. Their trip was suspended for a bit as they were all given summer assignments on the last day. The group really focused in and got the work done so they could get on their trip. They had it all planned out, it was going to be the best summer ever.

 

It shortly showed that it was going to be a fun time. They weren't exactly roughing it. Two of the families of the group came with their RV's so they weren't sleeping in tents on the ground. But the adventure in the outdoors and the scenery was really great for all of them. With the end of the three week trip coming the friends were all in depressed moods. They had enjoyed their trip so much, they all wished the adventure didn't have to end.

 

On their final night before traveling home an amazing meteor shower lit up the sky. It was astounding, no one had seen anything like it. Then a large jolt came in the ground and the group was knocked around. More and more meteors began to strike the ground around the six, the families hadn't stayed up to watch the shower and weren't waking up. The meteors kept coming and coming and the group didn't know what to do. Before they knew it a meteor was coming in on them. They had no time to react and they all were certain it was going to hit. It did and everything went blank for them.

 

As it turned out the meteor shower had not killed the group. As the blinding white in their eyes cleared they were well aware that they were alive. They all stumbled to their feet and noticed something very wrong. Everyone of them had taken on the form of a pokemon. They had all played the games so they recognized what they had become immediately. None of them could believe it. It wasn't possible, was it? They took notice of odd gems which appeared to have strings about them to wear as necklaces. Each held one in their hand.

 

They had almost no time to think about what had happened. Almost as soon as they regained consciousness the sky turned dark. The air around them become full of Unknowns out of no where. Then of all things Suicune, Raikou, and Entei stepped up to them. Something seemed very wrong, they didn't seem like the righteous beasts the games had made them seem to be. The three beasts charged at the group. They ran of course. In the chaos of attacks and landscape shift one of the group was separated from them. The other five could see Suicune take her away from the scene. Raikou and Entei pressed on until meteors crashed in front of the beasts. The beasts saw something they obviously did not wish to fight and left the scene. From behind the group appeared a Jirachi.

 

This Jirachi led them to a town where he was in charge. He explained that he had summoned their aid. He explained a legend of calling on 6 heros from another world in the time of great catastrophe. It had taken a lot of his powers, but Jirachi had been successful in the call. Though he hadn't expected the heros to be pokemon he knew they were the heros according to the jewels they carried. Jirachi then began to explain what was wrong with the world. Something had tainted Ho-oh. One day he was seen flying in the sky but instead of his usual iridescent glow he was pulsating darkness. Before long the legendary beasts and a large group of unknown were seen attacking Pokemon towns. Ho-oh then declared throughout the land that he was establishing complete control over the pokemon world to keep it from heading on it's corrupt path to destruction.

 

The group had no idea what to think of the message but they had to believe it. They were clearly pokemon so what Jirachi said had to be true. They quickly raised concern for their friend who had been taken by Suicune. Jirachi did not know what would become of her but he did tell them that if anyone would be able to save her they could and that if they ever wished to return home they would have to restore order to the Pokemon world. Though reluctant, the group has determined to rescue their friend and return home. Each person feels different, perhaps one of them wants to be a pokemon forever, perhaps one can't stand it, perhaps another doesn't want to be her or be a hero. Regardless, if they want to get home they have to restore order. Can it be done?

 

 

[spoiler=Rules. Read these, I cannot stress this enough, read these!]

I decided to put the rules right after the plot in the hopes that more people might actually read them. We'll see how that goes.

 

-God-modding: God-modding, in this RP, includes: controlling NPCs, control the character of other players, one hit killing opponents, making your own plot (making up events that I didn't start), and using moves that aren't in your app or haven't been learned in the RP. Don't god-mod, I dislike it intensely. If you god-mod I will first post in the RP telling the group that it is god-modding and I'll ask them not to post. I will also ask you to change your post, refuse and you're out. If you continually god-mod you can expect to be removed from the RP.

 

-Posting: I need active posting! I've had several RPs die due to inactivity. When you sign up for this RP you're committing to post regularly. If at any time you will not be able to post for an extended period please pm me about it so I don't remove you from the RP.

 

-Acceptance: To get accepted you of course first post your app. It has to be detailed or I have to really like it, if either of these criteria aren't met don't expect to get it. So after you first post it Marsuvees Black and I will look over it. We will both most likely give you something that needs to be changed. Now if I were you, I'd listen to what Marsuvees tells you. If I have to tell you three times to change your app, you will be denied. It makes sense, how can I expect good posting if you can't get the app right? Now if Marsuvees Black says you should change something it won't count as one of the three so listen to him. After you're accepted wait patiently for the RP to begin, only four people have to apply and get accepted so it shouldn't take long. Do not under any circumstance post in the thread asking about when it will start. This annoys me and it may make be consider denying you even if you were already accepted. If you ask over PM I don't mind, I'll answer. Just don't do it in the thread.

 

-Co-owner: So I've already talked a bit about it but the Co-owner of this RP is Marsuvees Black. He will be playing the leader of the heros so don't go putting how your character is the leader in your app. There can of course be conflict in the RP just don't do it in the app. Black's other job will be to overlook the apps that come in. If he says you should change something about your app do it, the only exception being if I tell you directly that it's unneeded.

 

-Something to make sure you read the rules: This is simply to make sure the rules have been read. In your app please make the text in the app for "Appearance", that word only, any color of your choosing except black. If you don't your app will already have two strikes against it meaning if anything is wrong with it so that I have to ask you to change it you're out.

 

-About the PG-13 tag: I'm sure you noticed it and while I don't really plan on anything in here warranting that tag I just felt I should put it there. So I will allow minor cussing, minor meaning the occasional "damn" or "hell" nothing else. Cuss too often and I'll ask you to stop. Failure to do so will result in expulsion from the RP.

 

-Miscellaneous: Any other YCM RP section rules I forgot to mention are still very much in effect so don't go breaking them. You can get reported to Rinne and Shadius for doing that. Oh one other thing, no one bug me about how Salvations, from the title, isn't a real word. I won't listen to it.

Name: (Your character's human name. They will call each other this as will other Pokemon as they learn their names. Please remember that until a Pokemon learns your character's name they will simply call you whatever Pokemon you are.)

Age: (Due to them being school friends your only options are 14, 15 or 16)

Gender: (I don't feel I need to explain this.)

Pokemon Transformed Into: (Please give the name of the pokemon your character has transformed into. Please keep it to the lowest evolution to start out with. There will be chances to evolve in this RP so you need some room to do so. No legendaries and if you pick one of the baby pokemon I'll have to see if it works or not. Other than that pick any pokemon you'd like.)

Appearance: (Please either provide a pic or describe what your character looked like as a human. Also include a picture of the Pokemon your character has turned into. So it's either two pics or one description and one pic. If you describe, describe in great detail.)

Personality: (Describe the personality. Try to make it original, or at least pretty good. No anti-socials/emos/other such things at least towards the other main characters. The main characters are friends and are quite comfortable around each other. Your character can be uncomfortable around strangers but I do hope you see what I want from this section.)

Biography: (Please describe your character's life as a human. Include how they met and became friends with the other characters and to what degree they knew about pokemon before turning into one. That sort of stuff. Make it detailed, a paragraph or two should do but more is fine. Absolutely no bios involving things they did as a pokemon or how they've been a pokemon their whole life. That's not how it happened so don't do it.)

Fears/Phobias: (Describe some things that frighten your character. Note that a fear and a phobia are not the same thing. Fear is something that scares you, a phobia is something irrational that scares you. Don't say your character has no fears as that is simply not true. Everyone is scared of something.)

Quirks/Habits: (Describe the weird little things your character does and things they do consistently. Pretty simple and as this can be a bit hard I don't expect too much in it.)

Moves: (Okay, so you don't have to attack solely with moves in the RP but these are important. Few types of pokemon can do much without their moves. Note I won't limit you to four but too many more than that and I'll ask you to remove some. Here's how you can do the moves section. Look up the move set of your pokemon, from any of the games I don't particularly care, and pick some moves. To start with nothing above level 25 moves. There will be times when you learn new, stronger moves.)

Thoughts on Being a Pokemon: (Just what it says. How does the whole "transformed into a pokemon and now has to go save the world" thing sit with your character? Do they love being a pokemon? Hates it? Wants to go home now? Never wants to go home? Just describe how they feel about this.)

Jewel in Possession: (If you recall from the plot, each carries a jewel necklace thing. They have a purpose, it won't be apparent at first but they are important. The list of them will be provided below so pick the one you want. If a jewel has already been chosen don't put it in your app. I don't care if you reserved before the person put up their app they posted the app before you and therefore got the jewel. This app will be used in case I allow anyone to join as a character who has always been a pokemon. So while they aren't main characters they will most likely help the heros.

Alliance: (There are three sides that a pokemon of the world can take. The Sacred Legion, those loyal to Ho-oh, essentially the bad guys. The Silver Resistance, those following Lugia and his resistance against the evil of Ho-oh, essentially the good guys. The last option is neutral meaning your character has yet to take a side on the matter and might be persuaded to go either way or may just remain out of the conflicts the whole time.)

Each of the six main heros found a strange jewel necklace either in their hands or about their neck if their pokemon form was unable to hold the jewel. The purpose of this jewel is as of yet unknown but as Jirachi will explain early on in the RP they are important. Here are the jewels from which you must pick one. Each jewel is about 3 inches long. Normally the color in the jewel isn't present. When the powers are drawn on the jewel glows brightly with it's correct color. Please remember that your characters will have to learn how to use the powers in the beginning of the RP. So don't go using the powers before I say you're free to do so. Afterwards use it to your heart's desire. Enough talk, here are the jewels:

 

1.) The Scorched Garnet (In possession of Nadia Bastier): The Scorched Garnet's clearest function is to increase the range and power of all fire attacks. It also grants more endurance to the wearer. The person would be able to run longer, fight harder, that sort of thing. While active the garnet causes the wearer to become quite irritable and angry. This jewel takes the shape of a star and is a dark red.

 

2.) The Enlightened Amethyst (In possession of Saul Adams): The Enlightened Amethyst increases the strength of special attacks in general. Another odd talent is that it gives the owner clarity of thought in tight situations. When stressed the jewel activates and calms the person's mind. Of course strong emotions and large amounts of stress can't be fully contained. This jewel takes the shape of a triangle and is a dark purple.

 

3.) The Fervid Obsidian (In possession of Jason Clawborne): The Fervid Obsidian allows for a great increase in speed for temporary bursts. While active it causes the wearer to become incredibly impatient but they do everything with real energy and eagerness. This jewel takes the shape of a lightning bolt and is black.

 

4.) The Vivacious Tiger Eye (Currently Reserved for Dark Lightning): The Vivacious Tiger Eye gives increased vitality to the wearer, meaning they will be able to sustain more attacks without dying. While this is active the wearer becomes very protective of those around him/her. It makes sense, as they can take more hits they take some more for the others. This jewel takes a spherical shape and is yellow with faint stripes of brown.

 

5.) The Safeguarding Malachite (In possession of Zacharias Drake): The Safeguarding Malachite increases the physical defense of the wearer. It takes a lot of force to break the protection provided by the ability. While the jewel is active the user's mobility is decreased as the body becomes much harder. This jewel takes the shape of a shield, not a round shield, and is a light foggy green.

 

6.) The Metaphysical Aquamarine (In possession of Roran Elendril): The Metaphysical Aquamarine provides enhanced resistance to special attacks. Most attacks take little effect against the power. While active the user's mind become clouded and the person becomes lethargic. This jewel looks like an eye, some details are even present. The jewel is transparent, aka see-through, and is a light blue.

 

So those are the jewels. Please note your character won't know how to use the power at first. Something else you should know is that these aren't the only powers of the jewels. They will gain other powers and eventually the characters will learn how to overcome the side effects.

Pokemon Transformed Into: Vulpix

As a human Nadia stands at roughly 5 feet 7 inches and weighs around 110 lbs. She's a bit on the scrawny side but she always has been. Her hair is strawberry blond, meaning it's blond with a slight red tint to it. It comes down to around the half-way point of her back and she always wears it straight allowing it to move freely. Her eyes a gray blue with small specks of green at places in the iris. Nothing about her face really stands out as awkward. Her nose and mouth are normal and she's always had exceptionally straight teeth. Her skin, due to her mostly French ancestry, is a very fair white. Her arms are normal proportions, meaning her arm span is just about as long as she is tall. A bit more of her height comes from her legs rather than her upper body. Her figure is the shining example of a girl of her age and many girls often compare themselves off of her looks.

Personality: Nadia is generally happy and bright. She often sees no reason to be upset with anything and often looks for the brighter side of situations. That said sometimes it's a bit too much for her. At times when she's alone, all of the negative things in life she tries to ignore all come up in her mind at once until she feels awful. She's a very determined individual and her mind fixates on things easily, something not aided by her intelligence. Once an idea is set it takes a lot to change her mind on it as she believes her idea to be correct. When she gets determined anger can follow if things aren't working out, though seeing her angry is far from common. Though she isn't arrogant and really tries to listen to the ideas of others. Her friends and family mean a lot to her and she'd do anything she could to help them if they needed it from her.

Nadia comes from a long line of French ancestry, hence her name. Her grandparents on both parents' sides were the first of her family to come America. Both of her parents still have a good bit of the accent, something that didn't transfer much to her. At the time of her birth her parents weren't great off financially but they weren't in poverty either. As such they lived in a small town where housing was far more affordable.

 

Upon going to school Nadia quickly showed that she was going to be a bright person who would make friends easily. Due to the odd placement of her birthday and the school deadlines she became the youngest in her class, practically a year younger than the rest. Early on from kindergarten to second grade she met five people who would become her best friends through elementary, junior high, and into high school. Saul, probably her best friend of the five, had always been the sort of leader among the group. As long as Nadia was able to see her friends regularly she saw no reason to be saddened about anything. As such she quickly became the most optimistic member of the group.

 

Early on in school she found out about the Pokemon video game series, partly due to Saul and partly due to her own interest. She quickly grew fond of the series and was generally able to get a game for Christmas. Though her family's financial situation had improved since her birth they still didn't have too much room for things like videos games. Perhaps that was why the Pokemon series also appealed to her parents. Being a hand held series it was cheaper than other games and it wasn't as hard to get them for Nadia. Nadia had a better than decent life at school. She was always a beautiful example of a girl and found popularity, sometimes a little to easily for her preferences. Her intelligence and looks were odd to see in one person but she never became arrogant over them.

 

Nadia thought everything in her life was great until she turned 13. Her father was diagnosed with a terminal cancer and the doctors couldn't give an expected time left to live. Both of her parents attempted to hide the fact from Nadia but she was too sharp intellectually not to notice. She knew her parents didn't want her to know but she did, so from then on she put on the act that everything about her life was fine. She tried even more to look only at positive things in life and tried to keep herself busy with various activities at school and with her friends. Her friends took note of the change in Nadia and tried to make her feel better while not directly asking what was wrong as Nadia never responded if she was asked that question. Still at home she became more and more depressed. As if retreating into a separate world she would sit and play Pokemon while crying every night. She had a secret wish that the real world could be as happy as the world of Pokemon.

 

Miraculously her father's condition took a turn for the better on Nadia's fourteenth birthday and a lot of stress was taken from off of Nadia. She became genuinely happy again and her friends took note of this as well. Then on her fifteenth birthday her father relapsed and was admitted to the hospital for intensive care. Her father finally died the week before school ended that year. And though she was crushed inside she voiced none of it to her friends. They planned their summer trip and when she told her mother she was encouraged to go on the trip. Nadia went to her father's funeral and then on the trip with her friends the next day.

 

The trip did her a lot of good as she had a really good time. It couldn't make the death of her father any less present in her thoughts but it did help her feel better. Her friends were very supportive as they had found out about what had happened. Then on the last night of their trip the six friends had decided to stay up late to see the meteor shower of that night. To their great surprise more and more meteors struck the ground until one struck them. Upon regaining consciousness Nadia woke up to find something very wrong. She had turned into a Vulpix and her friends had also turned into Pokemon. They were in a completely different place.

 

They all noticed odd jewels about their necks but before they could do anything Entei, Suicune, and Raikou had appeared. They chased after them and Nadia tried her best to escape. However she was awkward running on all fours and tripped. Suicune then proceeded to pick her up and take her away. She was brought to Ho-oh's palace. Ho-oh looked odd, dark not brilliant. Nadia was going to ask about it but she was confused and tired. Ho-oh welcomed her warmly and provided great hospitality. After a day or two Nadia was brought to talk with Ho-oh. He proceeded to explain how there were several evil pokemon in the land attempting to destroy order. He explained that these evil pokemon attempted to call on the legend and summon six people from another world, namely her and her friends. He told her how he had sent Entei, Suicune, and Raikou to take them and prevent their being taken by the evil pokemon. Yet he regretted that the beasts were only able to save her. He told her that her friends were at that moment being tainted by the evil pokemon, but she could save them if she would follow what he asked of her. Though she didn't know it at the time Ho-oh was not only lying to her but hypnotically suggesting the ideas to her. And though her mind wasn't being controlled persay, she took what Ho-oh said to heart and accepted it as absolutely true.

 

Desperate to save her friends, and get home to be with her still grieving mother, Nadia began to take Ho-oh's orders and began to accept everything Ho-oh told her as true. She's determined that she will save her friends and bring them to Ho-oh so they can all go home. Under Ho-oh's training and guidance Nadia is progressing quickly and is fast becoming one of his most powerful subordinates. Little does she know just how much she is being used.

 

 

Fears/Phobias: Due to the death of her father Nadia now has a horrible fear of losing anyone else. She can't stand the idea of losing her friends or her mother. She has one phobia and that is Isolophobia, the fear of being completely alone. It's not like people would ever abandon her, people like her and wouldn't think of it. Regardless she has the phobia.

Quirks/Habits: Nadia has a habit of looking people directly in the eyes when she talks to them. One quirk she had as a human was fussing with the ends of her hair. This translated to small random ticks of her tails as a Vulpix.

Moves:

-Quick Attack: fast strike, hits before other attacks

-Will-o-Wisp: fire damage, strong enough to inflict burn status

-Confuse Ray: inflicts confuse status

-Imprison: prevents target from using moves not known by the user

Thoughts on Being a Pokemon: While normally the idea would make her excited the circumstances make Nadia very much want to go back to the human world. All she wants is to get back home. That's not to say she doesn't enjoy it from time to time though.

Personality: Quiet, thoughtful, and to himself. This is not to say he is anti-social, for he can be very social, but he enjoys his "me" time. He is the leader of the group, although he is so quiet, because he is strong inside.

Biography: Saul went to the same school as the others since he was young, from Kindergarten on. He was always the leader of the group, although he did not enjoy the lime light. He felt that, since they wanted him, he would do it, as a favor to them. The group grew up together, and Saul was the best in school. He also loved the Pokemon games, though his demeanor did not show it. He played every single one released til now. He knows every single pokemon with but a look. Still, he does not know their numbers or all the attacks they can learn.

Fears/Phobias: Loneliness, hatred, darkness. Anything negative, and sadness in others. Has no phobias.

Quirks/Habits: Often seen staring randomly, zoned out or fidgeting with things. He never even notices

Oh I forgot to say but to all of you who will apply, I want at least one girl character other than my own so if you could do that it would be appreciated. Oh, something else. After all of the 4 main character slots are filled I may consider allowing others in, meaning characters who were always pokemon. I'm not sure, it depends on how well this works with six people.

[spoiler=[b]Personality:[/b]]Jason is almost abnormally quiet. He rarely ever speaks his mind; the only exception to this is his group of friends. He speaks to them as if they were his brothers and sisters. Sometimes, people have tried to speak to him about his quiet disposition, but he never listened. This has made it very hard for many people to understand how Jason feels, or what he thinks. Even his friends have complained about this, but like everyone else, he just ignores them. Jason is extremely stubborn and determined, and once he sets his mind to something, he doesn't stop until he has completed what he set out to do. On occasion, this has resulted in Jason being wheeled to the hospital emergency room; but he doesn't care, thanks to his stubbornness. He also loves writing and reading, and spends most of his free time either writing in a notebook (which he is never seen without) or reading a large book. Another thing that many people notice about him is that he is extremely curious; whenever he wants to know something, he sets his whole being into the act of learning.

 

[spoiler=[b]Biography:[/b]]When Jason was six, he tried to explore everywhere he could. Once, he tried to climb a redwood tree at a local park. He quickly made it to the top of the tree, and jumped up onto his feet to shout out to his parents. As he stood, he lost his balance, and fell forty feet to the ground. He broke two ribs, and his left arm. After a long time in the hospital (Jason couldn't count then), he was let out, and allowed to go to school, even though it was the middle of the year; the one thing he hated was that they made him wear a wrapping on his chest, and a cast on his arm. Jason met his friends in second grade. At first, he was shy, and said only one- or two-syllable words to them. Over a course of two years, Jason became closer to the other five children. And within one more year, Jason was speaking to them as if they were his own blood family. Since third grade, Jason's favorite things in the whole world were the Pokemon series of games; he owns all of them, and has beaten, or is currently in the process, or beating them. Like Saul, he can identify all the Pokemon with only a quick glance, although he is not quite as 'gifted' as the leader of the 'group.'

 

Fears/Phobias: Jason is extremely afraid of heights, and has been ever since the 'incident' when he was six (see biography). He is also afraid of torture, and hates anyone who threatens, or tries to, hurt or kill him and his friends.

Quirks/Habits: Whenever Jason speaks to someone unfamiliar or strange, he would glance down repeatedly at the notebook in his hands (or at least, he used to), and he does whatever he can to avoid looking at the person's eyes (oftentimes this is impossible, and he looks into their eyes anyway; when he does, he starts to stutter and stammer).

Quick Attack: All of the energy is focused into the legs, and the user gains unimaginable speed; then, the user tackles the opponent, in but the blink of an eye.

Tackle: The user runs at the opponent, and rams into them, causing moderate to heavy damage.

Sand Attack: The user kicks a cloud of sand into the eyes of its opponent, lowering its accuracy for the current battle. The attack may also cause minimal damage to the opponent.

 

Thoughts on Being a Pokemon: Jason has always wanted to be a Pokemon; he certainly dreamed about it enough. Although he never would have chosen to be an Eevee, he is still excited to get the chance to see what the life of a Pokemon is like. Except, he doesn't want to be a Pokemon forever; he just wants to see what it is like. He wishes now only to be returned home, safe and sound with all his friends.

Personality: He's one of those people that has a big ambition, but can't seem to get anything to work. He is usually willing to help you, but if you catch him in a bad mood, don't expect a warm welcome. He has been picked on more times then he can count, all because "sports" aren't the mostimportant thing in the world to him. He focus on the darker things in life, as the brightness is always overwelmed. He has a darker outlook, but only when he isn't around his friends. When you first meet him, he can appear to be cold, which he is to everyone who isn't a friend.

Biography: He hasn't had an easy life. He has moved around a lot, four times to be exact. Each time he has had to restart at a new school, just for the same thing to happen. Someone finds out he doesn't like sports, tells everybody, then everybody starts to avoid him, except for a few. He once suffered from a painful spider bite, and after a few days, the bite swelled to a huge size. He thought he was going to die, even his family did. They took him to a few doctors, they said there was nothing they could do, and sent him along. A few days later, he took a few doses of medicine, took a few pills, and went to bed. When he woke up, the swelling was gone. None of his family is sure how it happened. Another time is when he first met Saul. He was just about to leave his locker for his next class, when a kid came up from behind to punch him. Roran heard him, ducked and asked, "What was that for?" in his calmest voice. "That's just for being here. I don't like you." the kid replied, as he was about to punch again. "I wouldn't suggest that. I have befriended every faculity member in this school. If you so much as touch me, I can have you kicked out in a heartbeat. I'm a very well connected person." As if to prove his point, the principle came up from behind the kid. The kid quickly left, and that was that. After that, Saul came up to him to ask how he did that. "It's easy. I'm a good student, therefore all of the teachers like me. I formed a connection with all of them, the principle, and even the school board." A few days later, Roran met Saul's friends, and grew to trust them all. However, Roran has always trusted Saul the most.

Biography: Ralis has always wished to become something supernatural or powerful but never actually pursued this goal. His father always was somewhat ashamed of his sons' very slow vision of grasping the things that he needed in life and willingness to open up to anyone even to a point where he began to start a divorce to rid himself of the child only to be persuaded not to by Ralis' mother. During the time his father stayed, he pushed the mind of the small boy to extraordinary levels. Eventually Ralis was able to convince his father to let him go to a common school instead of being homeschooled and then met up with Saul.

Fears/Phobias: He is quite afraid of all sharp objects, and can be easily frightened with about anything.

Quirks/Habits: He enjoys consuming vegetation surrounding him without a second thought, be it weeds or berries.

Two small requests I have for you. One, the Fervid Obsidian has already been taken so if you could take the Safegaurding Obsidian or work that out with Spartan and tell me the results it would be appreciated. Second and finally, I know I said I wasn't going to limit moves but six seems just a bit too much to me so if you'd be so kind as to remove one you care least about I'd appreciate it.

Her hair is a dark midnight blue, and her eyes are a shade of amber. Jordan usually wears a side ways hat to cover her hair, which is somewhat messy all the time.

Personality: Kyker has a kind of unique wisdom about her, which makes her reasonable and intelligent. However, she is also brash in her actions, and she is a very heavily impatient Pokemon; she hates sitting around doing nothing, and cannot sit still even for a few seconds. As a result, she is generally quite fearless, and is willing to give anything a go.

Biography: Kyker was once a Tyrogue, and is the only daughter of two Hitmonlees. She was expected to be another Hitmonlee, but Kyker had other ideas on her mind. She had always felt it was better to use both arms and legs rather than a sole specific part of the body. Kyker always trained to both attack and defend herself, and it was this training which meant that, when she was ready to evolve, she evolved into a Hitmontop. Her parents were originally shocked, but they soon accepted Kyker's new form, and gradually left her to do things her own way.

 

When Ho-oh took over, Kyker had been training in a rather quiet wood she had been going to since she was a Tyrogue. She had been alone for miles, but when Ho-oh had flown over, she had been sighted and, sensing something was wrong, immediately used all the strength she could muster to spin into the ground. She managed to drill into the ground at the narrowest possible moment, thusly evading capture. Because of how much energy she had put into the spin, she managed to dig deep underground, out of Ho-oh's reach. She stayed underground for as long as possible, and drilled her way back out through the surface. When she did so, she immediately dashed back to see her family, but when she entered the Pokemon town (which happened to be the one ran by Jirachi), she couldn't find them again.

Fears/Phobias: Kyker's afraid of being beaten, as she likes to be the very best; she's also afraid of being trapped, unable to do anything.

Quirks/Habits: Kyker always moves about, whether it be performing acrobatic moves or practicing her moves. She has a strict training regime, and although weekdays she spends at least two hours a day practicing, during weekends she increases her training time to at least four hours.

That's no problem - my initial character was going to be Delibird, but I didn't want to overuse Delibird, so I settled with a Hitmontop instead, which I do have something of a soft spot for. And anyway, I'm still going to get levelling up and new moves opportunities, am I not?

It had been about a week now, or more exactly six days, since the six friends, who were just at the end of their summer camping trip, ended turned into Pokemon and thrown into a strange world. Six days since Nadia had been separated from the rest of the group and taken by Suicune. Six days since Jirachi had taken Saul, Jason, Roran, Zacharias and Jordan to Hillside Village, aptly named for it being at the base of a large hill. In this town Jirachi was essentially a mayor and sage. He handled all rule making, with a small committee, and was a fountain of knowledge for those who needed it.

 

Six days previously the group had stumbled in behind Jirachi, barely able to move without tripping over themselves. For people accustomed to walking upright on two feet, the shift to four legs and even no legs was not easy. Of the group Zacharias was the fastest to get a hold on moving comfortably; having turned into a Gastly he quickly began to enjoy moving about without restrictions. Roran, having turned into an Abra, found movement simple as he was still bipedal. However the new found fatigue that accompanied the Abra form was a difficulty to be handled. Jason and Jordan, having turned into an Eevee and a Growlithe respectively, had to take a day or two to finally get comfortable moving about on all fours but otherwise found it simple. Saul had been having the toughest time. The Porygon form, being made of data, wasn't exactly physical but it wasn't free of physical restrictions like Zacharias' Gastly form. As such, Saul found it difficult to move about and even now on the sixth day found it hard.

 

Around the fourth day Jirachi had had some pokemon help them discover what latent moves the group had at their disposal. Each member had roughly three to five moves and had been able to perform them by the sixth day, even Saul though moving was still an issue. Despite gaining a knowledge of their moves Jirachi lacked any pokemon that could teach them any formal fighting styles or something like that. As such none of them were used to fighting and would have to learn through actual experience. Now on the seventh day Jirachi had expressed that he wished to speak a bit more with them. On the first day he had told them somewhat of the legend and what had happened to Nadia, who all of the group were quite concerned about. However now that they were used to being pokemon and had had time to rest Jirachi wished to speak more in depth with them.

 

The village sitting at the base of the hill was quite simple. The village was no great feat of architecture as few of the pokemon in the village were exactly gifted physically. The buildings were small but built well and sat right at the base of the hill. The town had a central square which was the center of activity. Here a few small groceries were set up. North of the square, and toward the hill, was the home of Jirachi where he ran the village from. To the east of the square there were some small equipment stores. To the west was a small rescue team base. The main forces were based in a much large village but they had small stations in most villages. To the south of the square was where the majority of the homes were concentrated. The village consisted mostly of normal pokemon. However there were a good number of psychic pokemon and a family or two of fighting pokemon that compromised the police force. Of course, at the head was Jirachi who no pokemon in the village had issues following.

 

It was now about seven o'clock, at least according to the large clock in the center of the town square. Jirachi had requested to meet with them at about eight o'clock so the group had a bit of time to spare. Saul had stayed in Jirachi's home overnight as he didn't want to have to struggle to get there the next morning. Jirachi said that he would be able to help Saul get over that. The rest of the group was free to move about the town for a bit.

Roran slowly made his way through the village has he noticed the amount of time it took him to move. Urgh, I may never get used to this fatigue. It takes so much just to move a few feet. Why did this happen? I know Jirachi explained it all to us, but it is still to hard to understand. Where shall I go? Oh man, it's about seven, I better start to Jirachi's house. It could take me forever considering how much it takes to move. Roran tried his best to turn to face north. He quickly relized that the hill that Jirachi's house was located on would be no easy task for him to climb. I wonder if that could get me up the hill. No, I better not. I'm not sure how much energy it may take me to get up there. Teleporting isn't a good idea, I have no clue where I may end up at. He noticed that it was almost seven o'ten. I better get started. I hope Nadia is okay, I know her fear of being alone. She is most likely being held by Ho-oh as I walk up this hill. I hope she is okay. It was almost seven 'thirty, and Roran wasn't even halfway up the hill. I've got to hurry.

Jason woke up, opening his eyes. He stretched his legs out, and squeezed his paws. Paws? Blinking in confusion, Jason jumped up, and quickly ran outside to the pond. He looked down at his reflection: a tired-looking Eevee. ...Oh right! I got transformed into a Pokemon, along with all my other friends. Backing up a little, Jason stumbled, and almost fell back down. Jeez, it's still a little awkward for me to be walking on four legs...I can't believe it. I'm a Pokemon! This is amazing...or it would be, if we were under different conditions. I hope Nadia's okay. I haven't seen or heard anything of her since that first day, when that creepy Ho-Oh took her. Standing up, he perked his ears, and looked at the clock in the town. 7:15...that gives me forty-five minutes to make it to Jirachi's house. And it's quite a ways away. I guess I better get started.
