I summon cyber phoenix(1200) in attack. When he's in attack, I can negate the effects of spells and traps thak target a machine monster on my field.

 

I activate a power bond from my hand. I fuse my cyber dragon on my field, and The light-Hex sealed fusion from my hand to fusion summon cyber twin dragon.

The light can be used to sub an actual fusion material monster.

Also with power bond, twins gains attack points equal to his original attack. So twin dragon is at 5600, but at the end of my turn, I lose lp equal to the original attack of twin(2800).

 

Cyber twin dragon(5600) attacks gemini lancer, and with twins effect, I can attack once more with him, so I also attack gemini soldier. then direct attack with cyber phoenix(1200). chain?

 

If no, I end.

Um, question. I still have Gemini Soldier and Lancer. That's two. At any rate, Lancer is still gone. Gemini Booster is gone, allows me to treat 1 face-up Gemini as an Effect monster (Soldier). If you still want to attack, Gemini Soldier's ability allows him to stay once when he would be destroyed, and I get to Special Summon a level 4 or lower Warrior from my deck. Chain? BTW this is still your go.
