"You've gotta stop him!" Grand Mole shouted "Alius can't Contact Fuse, and even if he could, he's Dueled a grand total of once his entire life!" Grand Mole then proceeded to have a complete mental breakdown, consisting of himself repeatedly reiterating just how screwed the kid was over, and over, and over, and over again. Due to the Mole's recursive way of speaking, where a thought went on until it circled back on itself and continued on in an infinite loop of pure animal frustration, all the Galactic Turbos couldn't help but wonder, even for a brief second, if that little mole would be missed.

Freed simply smiled in triumphas he activated his Duel Disk.

"Alius! I challenge you to a duel! If I win, you stop this madness, and you go home and let the big boys take care of things! If you win, you may strike me down and do as you please!"

Gainer chuckled as he prepared to watch Alius duel Freed. "Well this should be interesting." Gainer said to himself. He then spoke out loud so that everyone else could hear him. "Well of course when I want to duel, there's a showdown between a little kid and a crazy general. Geez... some guys get all the luck." Gainer said laughing. "Oh well, might as well stick around and watch." Secretly, Gainer was very happy the two were dueling. He would get a chance to see how strong they are. "Sure hope that that kid wins though. Otherwise, the Planet series is pretty much done right here. And I just don't like this Freed guy, or his subordinates."

Gajigeneral walked outside of the Ancient Gear Castle, and saw the Planet Series crew.

"I assume you must be representatives of the Planet Series, here for negotiation?"

Zignistion turned and saw the tall general. He grinned. "This guy looks pretty tough. I like him already."

"I'm afraid that we have a problem." Gajigeneral said, ignoring Zignistion completely. "Your commander, Neos Alius, is currently engaging the Taichan General Freed in a Duel for control of the Planet Series. I suggest that you follow me to see him."

"Brother, this is more your expertise..." Ocean said, tossing the Duel Disk back to Forestman.

 

"Indeed. I activate Polymerization, fusing myself and my brother." The Hero slapped a card on the Duel Disk and the two Heroes were soon replaced with a lone Warrior in white, looking eerily similar to the late Neos.

 

"Fusion Summon, Elemental Hero The Earth." He said in a voice that was nothing like Ocean's quiet calmness or Forestman's quiet threats of homicide. He just sounded certain, like the very fact that he was speaking made his words true, and he did it without sounding arrogant. "Where are they?" The embodiment of the Planet Earth asked, a blue green cloak appearing around his shoulders for no reason whatsoever.

 

Yet another child-sized Hero appeared in the room next to Freed and Alius "What in the holy heck is going on? One minute I'm in negotiations with The Legendary Fisherman, who apparently is the highest ranking resident of Atlantis that can still breathe air, who knew, and the next Aqua Dolphin storms in freaking out because you're about to destroy the known universe! What in the name of Ra were you thinking when you challenged Freed?!"

"Whoah." Zignistion was impressed with the new look for Forestman and Ocean, or rather, The Earth. He told his men to hold their positions while he went to investigate. Though he didn't think The Earth would need much protection. He looked powerful enough to take on The World.

He followed the tall creaking general and the giant of a man to the room where the two were dueling.

"So, this is my employer, ah? And the master general himself! This should be interesting."

Freed drew his first five cards.

"How about you go first, Alius?"

But before Freed could continue, the doors burst open to reveal Rahz and Onnako.

"Onnako! Rahz! Where's Marshall?"

"Marshall's still under Alius' guard, but we managed to escape at the cost of several of our troops."

"Alius! Why did you imprison my men?!?"

"They tried to assassinate Gajilgeneral. And I didn't imprison them, I ordered their execution. I thought I did away with all the soldiers, but I guess I missed some."

 

"Uh huh, ordered execution..." The new kid sized Hero said, shaking his head and making an icy Duel Disk appear on his arm "Freed, I'm sorry, as much as I sympathize with the plight of the Tiachoans, I'm going to have to challenge you to a Duel to prevent you from assassinating the ruler of the thirteen dimensions." As he was speaking, a Sea Serpent shot out of his Duel Disk and knocked Alius unconscious. "If I win, then Alius does as he sees fit for the greater good of the collective Six Attribute Nations. If you win, then Alius will remove any and all Planet Series troops from the EARTH Nation and will amplify the defenses of the FIRE Nation." He drew his six cards "I Activate Legendary City Atlantis, set one card face-down, and end my turn."

History: Rather quiet, he is deemed as a guardian of Demise, king of the DARK nation. His defensive beliefs made him known as the protector of Demise. He knows that the ZERO-attribute kingdom is a serious threat, but he does not want to get involved in a war, especially since he does not believe the Planet series is a strong enough ally.

As a guardian, his personality has given him the title of judge of Demise. He does not let anyone come into the throne room of Demise unless he is truly trustworthy.

History: Not as rude as his brother Releaser, but very less serious than either of his brothers. He is a jokester, and laughs a lot. He is a guardian of Demise, and he likes pulling pranks and messing with abilities. This makes Enchanter the Saboteur of Demise.

Other: He has the power to negate any special powers/abilities of monsters within the throne room.

 

P.S. Demise is only formed when they ritual summon him using themselves. However, Demise has no dominant personality from the three, since when formed, he takes on his own personality. This is because he is almost a completely seperate being from the 3 guardians, except that he does not want to be bothered unless he is absolutely needed. To make sure he wasn't he left his power in the 3 guardian brothers, so they would summon him ONLY when they felt it was needed. Also, he has a Black and Blue duel disk, and hates disrespect.

 

P.P.S. All the brother guardians powers are based on their card abilities (I tried to match them the best I could).

Gainer was watching as the blue kid had made his first move. Huh, so he's here... poor Alius. Gainer chuckled to himself. Still... when's my turn to have some action? And just as he thought that, Black Panther appeared before him.

 

"Gainer, I have a very important task to ask of you. Tensions are high enough here in the EARTH-nation. I need you to start laying down the tracks for the Planet Series next alliance. I want you to go to the DARK-nation. I will come with you. If there is anyone else you would wish to bring, then do so now. Otherwise, we will leave immediately."

 

Gainer thought to himself about who he should bring. He then jumped up and walked into the shadows, so that no one could see him going to Prisma. "I want you to stay in the EARTH-nation. Find out the outcome of this duel and the news on the alliance between EARTH-nation and the Planet Series. I am heading to the DARK-nation to discuss a treaty," Gainer said to Prisma.

 

"Of course sir. I will keep you informed of what is going on here. Good luck with your mission sir." Prisma replied.

 

Then, Gainer walked out into the light and back to Black Panther. "Well... I'm off to the DARK-nation. Anyone wanna join me?" Gainer said, walking away with Black Panther right behind him. "Then come along the Gainer Express, all the way to DARK-nation." And then Gainer kept walking, not looking back to see if anyone was behind, but also not caring if anyone was following him.

About ten feet after the two started walking, a symbol shaped vaguely like an h with the stem cut off appeared on the floor below their feet and, in a flash of purple energy, they appeared on top of a storm of nothing but lightning, clouds, lightning, thunder, lightning, a skull adorned citadel, and lightning. In front of them was a spherical Machine with a ring around his midsection, two jets on his back, and arms that just seemed to float of their own volition. "You've been expected, Gainer." The mechanical orb said, a purple cloak appearing around him, giving him the appearance of a certain creature from a certain arcade game.

"Panther, is he really the best you could find on such short notice?" The Planet asked, shaking his head, "I mean, yeah, he's one of our Heroes, but come on, he's part of the hobos of Heroes, he doesn't even have his own city to... protect? Terrorize? Rule with an iron fist? Hell, if I know." His arms then started to sort of wander off, leaving him as just a cloaked ball with a ring "Raviel almighty kid, next time, did you forget how to get to Dark City? It's not even that difficult, all you've gotta do is take a right after Pandemonium, swing a left at the Dark World, and for the love of Dread-Route, don't try to cut through Venom Swamp."

"Machine King, sir, are you sure you want to come with us?"

"Of course. How else can I make a powerful statement in this war but by crushing the Tychans' proud general myself? Morale will decrease, and it will be far easier to win."

"As you command, sir. What is our first move?"

The King processed this. Various tactical algorithms showed that the easiest way was the most direct, and this meant passing through Geartown.

"Our first destination is Geartown. Send word to the Gajigeneral, but don't give him a choice in the matter."

"Yes sir."

An Ancient Gear sped over to Gajigeneral. It made a series of clicks. Gajigeneral nodded, and the message played. It was a Robotic Knight, one of Machine King's more severe underlings.

"Gajigeneral. The Machine King rides with his forces to Taicho, but will stop at Geartown for the night. Please prepare accommodations for his soldiers." Short and direct. Always the way Machine-types deal. But this was a perfect opportunity. Alius wouldn't have to declare war on Taicho if the struggle ended right here and now. So, there was only one thing to do...

Marshall appeared out of the shadows next to Gajidgeneral.

"So, now that the status quo has shifted, are you gonna turn on us, or will you use this opportunity to pull a Trojan Horse on the Machine King?"

 

Freed drew his card, and grinned.

"I summon an old friend of mine, The Legendary Fisherman!"

A man riding a shark appeared out of the depths of the ruins, and gave a thumbs-up to Freed. (2050 ATK)

"Any rsponse?"

"You are incorrect. A Trojan Horse is when my men are ready in waiting in their base. As the case may be, it is they, who enter my home. But, I plan to duel Machine King before then. And I plan to win. Machine King cannot resist a challenge like this. He's wanted Geartown for the longest time, as it is near and above plentiful resources. But my forces are too powerful, he would lose too much to get it. So, a Duel would allow him to gain Geartown without force. Meanwhile, I plan to seize the army upon my victory. Moving this quickly, we can end the war and prepare to launch an offensive on the ZERO nation in a week. But now, we wait for him to arrive..."

Also, Y-tak/FinalFan/whatever your name is, read Fisherman's effect and rulings: When he's face-up with Umi is on the field, he's unaffected by Spell Cards, regardless of controller intentions, so he only has 1850 ATK no matter what. Also, to everyone involved in the Antique Gear arc: Gear Town is 2 words in the OCG))

 

Ice Edge just shook his head "Not really a lot I can do about that actually, so come on, attack me if you really think it's your best option." The Hero looked around and noted that he and Freed were actually in Atlantis "Oh, and at least two Planets are in Gear Town right now, or else we wouldn't actually have teleported."

A figure resembling an armored cybernetic demon flickered into existence beside Machine King "You're acting too rashly" He said in a harsh voice "Those little fossilized hunks of scrap constitute your largest and most powerful country, meaning that if anyone's found out about our little arrangement, you may very well be walking into your own funeral." He let a fanged smile touch his lips "So, do you want to be compacted or recycled?"

Perfect Machine King muttered to his ZERO advisor,"My plan was never to meet with the Gajigeneral for long. I realize that the Ancient Gears are a powerful force. That's why I have this." He held up a small cube. "Once activated, this will scramble the decrepit CPUs of Geartown, bending them to my will absolutely. With the might of the Gears and my own army, Taicho will be crushed, and Sogen will finally be destroyed."

"You know he's gonna betray you, right?"

Gajigeneral turned around.

The old mechanical frame of Machine King 3000 B.C. hobbled out of his room.

"I know myself far too well to think that he'll come this far out just to rest his soldiers."

"I realize that. That's actually what I'm expecting."

Gajigeneral began his walk to the Geartown gates, Duel Disk attached. This would be the defining moment.

 

"Hey!"

Zignistion ran and caught up with the general.

"You said you were going to be fighting these machines, right?"

"What of it?"

"I'm a mercenary, the Ryoma-ru King. We can help you if you want."

"If you're a mercenary, then you'll want to be paid."

"I thought you'd say that. Let's just say that we're helping the Planet Series' future ally."

"Very well. Take your men and find some cover outside of the city."

He also activated his microphone when he said this, telling his own forces. He wasn't planning on giving up Geartown without a fight.

"So your plan is to turn the Antique Gears into rusted statues?" Nihilist asked, "What if they have organics there or what if the five Planets you told me about that were coming to the EARTH Nation to negotiate an alliance against us happen to be there, exactly as you said they would? Sure, your CPU fryer might, might slow down Saturn, but what about the others? Or what if Saturn's not there?"

 

The Earth and Saturn appeared behind the Ryoma-ru King and Gajilgeneral, each one materializing from their own planetary symbol in a pillar of earth or a giant three dimensional shadow, respectively. "I told him not to choose an Evil Hero..." Saturn said again, "Poor kid, he should have known not to speak like that to Genocide King Demon, I mean, he's got Genocide right there in his name." He shook his head again "I'm sorry again, I know how much the Heroes mean to you."

 

"They were created as a symbol of unity." The Earth said "They were important to all of us. Especially to your Nation, since you guys actually managed to create your own subset."

 

"Two..." Saturn said, bowing his head "Or, we tried... The Destiny Heroes worked but the Dark Heroes were largely unsuccessful."

"I have run simulations on every conceivable scenario, and no single force would be able to withstand the combined forces of both the Ancient Gears AND my own forces. Now, we move."

The King entered an Overdrive, with the little demon still on his shoulder. The modified Jeep drove in the direction of Geartown.

Zignistion and Gajigeneral kneed before the two Planet Series members.

"Hey, Earth?" Zignistion said upon standing. "D'ya mind if I use your Heroes for a little...stealth operation?"

"I thought you said that the Taichans were there too." Nihilist said, giving him another demonic smile "Five members of the Planet Series Council plus those damn near unkillable Taichan bastards, and a contingent of E • Heroes called together for this exact purpose seems to be a tad bit more than a single force. If the Planets are as powerful as you Sixes say, then I dare say you're up against at least different forces." He placed a subtle emphasis on the word 'you' and flickered out of existence and flickered back into the passenger seat, having grown to the Perfect Machine King's height in that brief couple of moments of nonexistence.

 

((Six is a derogatory term among the ZEROes referring to people with any of the main Six Attributes, it's considered mildly offensive but along the same lines as calling someone a jackass than anything else))

 

"They are your soldiers for the length of this mission." The Earth said, drawing three cards, two Sparkmen and a Double Fusion, and handing them to Zignistion "In case you decide to upgrade Flame and Phoenix to their LIGHT Forms." He stated, going back to his conversation with Saturn.

"Remember, this is a Machine Empire. Once I have the Antique Gears under my control, I can take the Planets easily." Perfect Machine King showed him 4 cards: Chimeratech Overdragon, Cyber Dragon, Overload Fusion and Chimeratech Fortress Dragon. It was obvious: Using the power of the Ancient Gears along with his own soldiers as Fusion Material, Machine King could create not one, but two mechanical nightmares to fight the Planets with. "The only problem lies with willing subjects. Once I control Geartown, I can make the Antique Gears follow my instructions and fuse, but as of right now, I won't have enough sheer power to defeat all of the Planets."

Suddenly a small flash could be seen on the distance of the Cyber Eltanin, the Cyber-Style groups greatest fortress created. This large aerial weapon was the main domain to most of the Cyber Dragon colony, and was sent on the outskirts of the galaxy. A large sort of metallic asteroid was fired from the maw of the Cyber Eltanin, heading towards the outskirts of space.....

 

In a large pile of scrap metal two Antique Gear Soldiers began searching for spare parts. The two scurried in haste, it was a rule in Gear Town not to frolic in the Scrap Area, and these two did not want to be disassembled. In haste one of the Soldiers accidentally slips on a rusty microwave, halve buried in trash. Suddenly a flash of red light appears in the microwave and the pieces of junk surrounding the microwave begin trembling. The two run away in fright as a large fridge appears below the microwave, then a submarine fan emerges from the rubble. The Scrap Golem emerges from the metal, letting out a low grunt before checking the area with its disfigured head.

"I think you're forgetting Chimeratech Overdragon's legendary ego." Nihilist said "As soon as you Fuse him, he'll destroy you, your soldiers, your Spells, your Traps, even Gear Town itself. It's obvious that you're better off with Fusing every Machine in Gear Town into Fortress Dragon and then using that behemoth to take down remaining organics and whatever Psychics they may have in their territory." He nodded "Think about it, Chimeratech Fortress Dragon made from every single citizen of Gear Town and your whole army. My army would be invincible with that one Monster in its ranks."

 

"Venus just sent me word." Saturn told Gajilgeneral "She's still in negotiations with the LIGHT Nation, but she's managed to put them on hold for three days to help us. Neptune and the others are busy in negotiations with their own Nations and Jupiter's still in the Realm of the Gods, so it seems like it's just going to be the three of us in case this goes to all to the Underworld."

"Sir," the Robotic Kinght driving called, "we've arrived at Geartown."

"Excellent. Bring us closer to the gate."

"Yes sir."

"Sir! An Gatling Buggy approaches."

"Can you get a visual on who's inside?

"It looks like...Perfect Machine King."

Of course it was. The robot stepped out of the car and waked over to the ancient general, hand outstretched.

"Gajigeneral, a pleasure."

"The same to you, King." Gajigeneral replied, taking the hand. They shook, then proceeded to walk together.

"How goes the front? Are the Taichans routed yet?"

"Not quite yet, sir. Hence the reinforcements, I presume?"

"You presume correctly. What's this I hear about you planning to join the Planet Alliance?"

Gajigeneral stopped and turned to face Perfect Machine King.

"That is correct. I plan to aid the Planet Series in facing the ZERO nation. There is too much to gain by doing so, and otherwise being neutral turns my city into a battleground."

"Hmmm...I dislike having to do this..."

He pulled out the CPU scrambler.

"But you leave me no choice!"

He pressed the button, and a high pitched sound emitted from the device. Gajigeneral stood strong, unaffected.

"WHAT?!" King was dumbfounded.

"Hyper sound waves? I wasn't expecting that, but the signal jammer I activated over Geartown should block it just the same. You won't be commanding your troops anytime currently."

"But you should at least be affected..."

Gajigeneral tapped his head. "Signal jammer on my own person. I would be the last to be affected. Now then, Perfect Machine King, I challenge you to a duel. You win, and I disable the jammer, allowing you to take total control of Geartown. I win, and I claim control of the entire Machine Empire, and all of its forces, cities, etc. Do you agree?"

"...Very well."

Nihilist asked inside of Machine King's mind, having vanished from existence again before Gajilgeneral spotted him "I'm telling you, it would be infinitely easier and quicker to just Summon Cyber Dragon and Fuse him with every single Machine within the city, yourself excluded of course. With that giant dragon at my side, my Empire would be strong enough to destroy everything and everyone. I would be invincible!" The demonic cybernetic samurai appeared inside the gates of Gear Town, smiling devilishly "Citizens of Gear Town!" He shouted, his voice carrying throughout the entire city "You have hereby been annexed by the great ZERO Empire!" At his words, five translucent beasts appeared before him "Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Hell." He extended his hand and slammed his fist closed, causing the ZERO Beasts to run free throughout the city, only stopping to attack non-Machines that they found.

Gajigeneral heard the Beasts running throughout Geartown. "What are you doing to my city?"

"Whatever Nihilist Soldier wishes."

"Nihilist Soldier?! You don't mean..."

"That is correct. Under my leadership, the Machine Empire is formally a member of the ZERO nation!"

"Excellent."

"What do you mean?"

"Now, I can destroy you and be in an even BETTER diplomatic position than earlier. My turn! Draw! I activate the effect of Scrap Pile, removing Golem to Special Summon 2 more Tokens! I then Tribute them to Summon myself!"
