Yu-Gi-Oh! Dueling Tournament

I know I'm a brand new member and all.....but I wanted to host a Yu-Gi-Oh! dueling tournament. Well, more like a series of tournaments.

Whenver I change the first post it means I'm hosting a new tournament.

 

I will accept entries for 1 week before either setting up the brackets or

if no one has joined by then simply wait a bit longer and if by 1 month not enough people have joined, then I will simply host a different one.

 

The minimum amount of people I require for 1 tournament is at least 8 people and a maximum of 32.

 

The way these tournaments will be held is by using AIM instant messaging. I will not post my screename for someone could easily just spam it by sending IMs constantly.

 

Once everyone has entered the tournament, the opponents will exchange their AIM names via PM. Or if you do not want to use IMing then you can simply make a thread of duel over PMing (thought these methods tend to take longer).

 

If you wish to come into my tournament, simply post in the thread.

I do have rules about this tournament and I take them seriously so

LISTEN UP!

 

Rule 1: No spamming in this thread.

Rule 2: If there is an entry fee, you MUST pay it before the start of the 1st round.

Rule 3: No changing the subject (if you post one or two posts about something different, I will not suddenly report you like a jerk).

Rule 4: No insulting of people's dueling style or deck.

Rule 5: If I change the first post, don't PM me about a previous tournament or try to enter after the deadline.

Rule 6: Use a REAL DECK. At your computer. No making up decks and using them against your opponent.

Rule 7: The standard card rules apply. I do not know a specific website to see which cards are banned or limited so you'll have to find out for yourselves.

Rule 8: Have fun!!

Rule 9: No moping over a lost duel. If you lose, you can try next tournament.

Rule 10: If you have a trap or certain counter move against an opponent, say "Wait!"

Rule 11: Don't post your entire move all at once. Say it one sentence at a time and wait a few seconds between each sentence so the other side can say "Wait!" if he/she has a counter move.
