I can however use Heavy Storm in response, so this card is therefore the best thing to ever exist.

Have fun using that single limited Heavy Storm on my unlimited Fissures.

Hell, have fun activating Heavy Storm on Fissure in the first place.

I'm glad that you want me to have so fun with this card and Heavy. I believe I will, seeing as this card turns Axe of Despair into a +2000 which is just absolutely beyond words. ^____________^

Run Compulsory Evacuation Device at 3 with him? <_<

I have no clue how anyone is supposed to utilize this thing. At all. That restriction to his attack boost is ridiculous.

very true, it is hard to use, but a set of 5 s/t with 1 mage power and any other way to deal 500 more damage wins right there if they don't have a monster.

now you just need to protect your full field.

Theoretically. This thing could work with Secret Village, Lock your opponent's ability to play spells down. Then if you run it with some good counter trap cards, Chances are you'll be able to keep it reasonably powerful. Plus with counter traps, I'd be inclined to run Dark Voltanis or something of that nature, because assuming your opponent does get a monster out, you play any battle-negating counter trap, tribute your Jester, and go back on offence.
