Last I checked, Blackwings were meta just before the new banlist and a still a major force... Besides, it's pointless to waste space in Blackwings for things like this.

 

Anyways, you edit the first post (not quick edit), and change the title in there.

But Mist Valley Soldier wouldn't interfere with their next draw like bouncing to the top of the deck would. They lose their hand advantage and available options if you bounce it to the top of the deck.

 

Would be great with Final Attack Orders, since even playing monsters face-down would turn face-up attack position during the damage step. Unless he could get a card to stop either one, he would have to leave his field open in order to draw new cards instead of protecting himself with monsters that'd end up being bounced by this effect.
