So people can't shift a few specific things and get off the hook. But it's generally based on this; How blatantly away from the Card Game it is. How much it's an alternative card (including game mechanic in certain instances). And OCG has nothing to do with it. A language is a language =/... doesnt have to be perfect to understand it.
