While i respect the effort that went into these, Choa would be increadibly weak monsters. They are the size of my foot and have very poor physical power or even ranged/magic combat potential.

Chaos's base form would not be anywhere near that strong. that kind of ATK/DEF would be more suitable to his second from last form. His final form would be akin to a God Card. In his base form id say he would be an average lvl 4 monster with an interesting effect(maybe simillar to Revival Jam, since Chaos is formless.)

since i made theses cards i can mke them how i wan't and o think chao's should be strong instead of weak i had a chao called and which had 99 swimming flying running and power and 79 stamia that shows that chao's can be strong

Again, no offense for my bad critique, but you are an awful card maker if thats your veiwpoint on making cards. Realism, plausability and being true to the characters are aspects of great card making.

lol pefect chaos is invinsable it is sirpost to be over powered its like most people belive that small things are powerfull thake a look at real yu-gi-oh cards some of the cards are small but strong like girochin kuwagata it is small but has hight attack points so small can have lots of attack points i just proved a lot of poeople rong about the small hav to be weak thing

purpose still no idea what that means

p.s why dose every one think the small thigs have to have less then 1000 attack points

Its not just that they are small. Chou are weak creatures. Tails mecha-plain is nowhere near as strong as you depict it. Nor is Chaos. Remove some of Perfect Chaos's effects and you have an accurate card. Pretty sure Super Sonic would not be the only thing capable of killing it. His previous forms however are poorly represented and are stronger than they should be. Just rebalance them and everything will be fine. I update the cards i make all the time. Its quick and simple if you saved them to the card maker.
