Coffee Black
@Saikano: Magic Cylinder could end the game in 1 use, so it should be at 3?
burnpsy
So should I run 3 Sakuretsu because it does almost the same as 1 Mirror Force? [/stupid reasoning] Was that towards me? If so' date=' name a card that can inlict a lot of burn damage in 1 use.[/quote'] Power Bond, Bad Reaction of Shimochi, Ring of Destruction and maybe Magic Cylinder... Which are, in order: Self-Inflicted.Require other bad cards in order to burn at all.Broken and banned. The card we are discussing. Your point being...? Aside from Cylinder, all four are irrelevant. -Berserker-
@Saikano: Magic Cylinder could end the game in 1 use' date=' so it should be at 3?[/quote'] It can only win the game (that you lost) by itself, depending just of what your opponent has. Using the same reasoning, Autonomous Action Unit should be at one too. So should I run 3 Sakuretsu because it does almost the same as 1 Mirror Force? [/stupid reasoning] Was that towards me? I was just answering his question. It's not like I'm comparing those cards...

Great Unclean One: VK
I always put this card in my deck. And it always find a way to do MASSIVE damage to people. Example: 504: I combine all my BW monster's attack points into Shura with Sirocco's effect and Kalut him 3x to kill your Yamata Dragon!Me: Magic Cylinder.504: FUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
I run magic cylinder in burn decks, but elsewhere, this -1 is not worth it. It would be better off to use draining shield instead to help survive the next 4 attacks from the enemies swarm decks.

Hey, we didn't know, but at least that slight slip up had won me a lil respect and the same goes for my Spirit deck.
Coffee Black
@Saikano: Goblin Thiefcould end the game in 1 use' date=' so it should be at 3?[/quote'] Yes it should. now that's just unfair. At least Magic Cylinder will do moderate damage on average when used.
b0b3rt
And your point is? It's possible to inflict 8000 damage with it in 1 use, so does that mean it should be banned?

Also, a card gets banned if its only good use is winning in one hit. So if Cylinder could do 8000 slightly easier, then the answer would be yes. b0b3rt
I was talking about Magic Cylinder. Also, since it's NOT likely that you will inflict 8000 points of damage with 1 copy (or, to be honest, even with 3), this should hardly be banned. A 3-card not guaranteed OTK that has to be set and wait for your opponent to attack with high-attack monsters without clearing your backrow. Yeah. Why would being able to reverse certain OTKs be a reason to ban Cylinder? When I said "could deal 8000 slightly easier", I meant something along the lines of dealing double or triple the monster's ATK as damage.
