Umm this might sound stupid but how do you start a thread, i've tried everything!!

(How to start a thread) When you say above of a forum, what do you mean? This my first time around forums :-(

Say you wanted to make a thread in the Realistic Cards Section.

 

Start off here:

Click on Realistic Cards, which will bring you here:

http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/forum-8.html

 

The forum is the lower dark blue strip, which says "Realistic Cards" in white. Above that, on the right-hand side, you will see this picture:

 

NOTE: The upper blue strip is the Sub-Forum, or forum within a forum.

Maybe list all the active mods and their sections? I know that it'd be helpful, because I get asked once every so often for a member in Realistic Cards to lock one of their threads, which I can't do.
