No Spaming.

No Flaming.

No Bribing. If you do you will be negged 4 times, reported to a mod and be disqualified from the Tournament.

Bositige Zauberer v HP Doom :

Make a level 4 Fish Type monster, and its effect lets you draw 1-2 cards every turn.

 

Icyblue v Enrise :

Make a Fairy or a Pyro Type monster with a life point increase/decrease type of effect

 

Luna Lovegood v Max Darkness:

Make a Beast type monster who supports Blackwings.

NOTE : Blackwing cannot be in the name.

 

Leo v Ghost Ryder :

Make a level 1 monster whose level changes by its effect.

Effect

This card's effect cannot be negated. While you control another Fish-Type monster, this card cannot be attacked. Once per turn, Tribute 1 Fish-Type monster you control to draw 1 card (This is not optional). If you Tribute this card, you can add 1 Fish-Type monster or "Umi" from your Deck to your hand instead.

Effect

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Once per turn, increase your Life Points equal to the number of monsters you control x200 and inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the number of monsters they control x300. When this card is destroyed, you can pay 500 Life Points and increase your opponents Life Points by 500 to Special Summon it.

Effect

When this card is destroyed, you can place it in your Spell and Trap card zone and treat it as a Continuous Spell Card with the following effect: "Whenever a monster is added from your deck to your hand by the effect of a card with 'Blackwing' in it's name, you can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon that monster. If a monster is Special Summoned this way, you must pay 1500 Life Points to search your deck and add 2 cards with the same name to your hand. If you do this, the Special Summoned monster gains 300 ATK. If there is only one card in your Deck with the same name, you must flip a coin. If the result is heads, Special Summon one monster with 'Blackwing' in its name from your hand. If the results is tails, your opponent can Special Summon one monster from their Hand, Deck , Removed From Play, or Graveyard.

Effect

This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by its own effect. This card is also treated as a Winged Beast-Type monster. If you control 3 or more "Blackwing" monsters, you can Normal Summon or Set this card without Tributing. Once per turn, you can Tribute this face-up card to make the Battle Damage taken by face-up "Blackwing" monsters you control 0. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by its own effect, you can Special Summon it during your End Phase by discarding 1 Level 4 or lower "Blackwing" monster from your hand. The discarded monster cannot be Summoned during your next turn. When you Synchro Summon a "Blackwing" Synchro Monster, you can remove from play this card from your Graveyard as 1 of the monsters required for the Synchro Summon, except if this card was sent to the Graveyard by its own effect.

Effect

When this card is Summoned, and during each Standby Phase, place 1 Broken Magic Counter on this card (Max. 12.) This cards ATK is equal to the amount of Broken Magic Counters x250 and the Level of this card is equal to the amount of Broken Magic Counters on this card. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Broken Magic Counter from this card to activate one of the following effects:

- Remove from play 1 card in your Graveyard. Draw 1 card. - Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. - Add 1 Level 2 monster from your Deck to your hand.

How to Enter your Card

You will then have up to 3 days to make your card.

You need to PM the 3 judges your card.

I want in on Fortune Cup 2 if you please.

Purhaps it would be best for those who want to join Fortune Cup 2 to give Lua a PM about it instead of asking to join FC2 here. Don't start sending Lua PM's until Lua has confirmed this as this is just a suggestion.
