For 1: Groovykid's card make no sense. Plua the OCG is way off.

 

Cedar's card: The card is OPed. The OCG is fine though.

As mentioned above, his card is overpowered, but has better OCG and it's better than the Dragon because the latter:

-Has an official image ("Rainbow Dark Dragon")

-It's a Ritual monster when its effect has nothing to do with rituals. It doesn't even have its Ritual Spell.

-OCG is understandable, but horrible and doesn't follow the standard rulings.

-Has many grammar and capitalization errors.
