Starscream is an idiot. He doesn't know how to use his vehicle mode to the best of its abilities. Plus he's and F-15 not F-22.

He is a F-22. They even say it in the film. Plus a F-15 doesnt look like the aircraft that Starscream flies as.

Ah nevermind, it says he changed into the F-22 upon entering Earth. So he was an F-15.Were both right. Well anyways, I'd be a better starscream.

Well it stated that he was an F-15 before he came to earth. Then scanned an F-22 when he got to Earth and took that instead.

He should have been a Cybertronian plane then. Transformers take on cybertronion forms, then if they scan a compatible vehicle, they can transform into that.

He would then be similiar to Megatron's form in the first film.

Red or black, I think. Hard to say. And yeah, the Camaro looks cool, and I'm not even a car guy.
