-SupernovA-
I've never used Phoenix Downs in a boss battle believe it or not, by the time it got hard enough for the enemies to KO my characters I knew Raise. Anyone else tried taking on Neochu yet? I'm obviously not strong enough yet because his screech kills my entire team. >_<
Father Wolf
What!? i just got to Pulse, chapter what ever the fudge, and now everything is like a walking Mini/Boss... srsly it went from ok u can kill monsters pretty easy to OMG if u dont play this perfectly ur going to get ur balls chopped off and beat with them repeatedly... till u die... sheet and i thought i was doing pretty good at the game
-SupernovA-
Wow I have some pretty good timing. =D Common sense but I suppose Imma say it anyway, definitely avoid the Bahamut's if you just got to Pulse. X_X Don't continue with the story, ignore the destination symbol and grind your characters and do missions 1-14 of the Ceith Stone missions. P.S. - I beat Neochu and got the Growth Egg ( x2 CP every battle, woot!)

Oh the disrespect.[/quote'] Yeah there's alot of them, but just because they roam around doesn't mean you can beat them. You've gotta train awhile before you're strong enough to beat them, not to mention there are different stronger variations of Bahamut in other areas as well. The strongest monster I've had to deal with so far is a Neochu. Basically a buffed up version of Ochu, along with buffed up versions of his minions (it's mission 55 in the english version, 45 in JP). If anyone has any questions about missions, items, boss strats ect, you can post them and I can probably help you.

Deucalion
It doesn't suck, per se. After the whole linear thing, I was expecting a trainwreck, but it isn't that bad. That said, I'd be hard pushed to give it more than a 7/10. Incidentally, I'm more than aware that remark wasn't serious, I'm just carrying the conversation. Chex
The Original Soundtrack in this Final Fantasy has got to be about the best one I've heard yet; it just wills me to pick up my violin and start playing these elegant melodies. Just for me and I don't know about other people but I would rate Final Fantasy XIII as one of the best I've played yet along with VII.
-SupernovA-
Even though the game pissed me off because it was ported to 360, primarily linear, and had no real towns, it was still very enjoyable. I think hitting random towns to explore on Pulse would've been awkward considering the storyline of what had happened (torn apart by Ragnarok). I forgive Sony for porting it though, all this money they're paying to buy FFXIII is fueling the budget for FFXIV, FFversusXIII, and FFXIII agito. FFXIV = PS3 and PCVersus = PS3 exclusive **This is the one I have my money on equaling or surpassing FFVII.Agito = PSP exclusive
Poseidon©
I played it, and it's too linear. You don't have a open world or anything.
Marisa Kirisame-ze
It should've never released on XBox 360 D:Relesing on two discs? That... sucks. But I picked up my copy on the first day or PS3 and I'm now at the beginning of Chapter 4. It's great so far! Especially Vanille's accent <3 But really, everything is just so... amazing. You don't hear it all the time as for she tries to speak normally most of the time and the accent tends to get in her dialogue some of the time. To me, that accent doesn't annoy me nor do I care too much for it. Anyways, I love playing as Vanille and especially her debuffs and somewhat easy stagger chance with her chain attacks. gerdonhanry
I like to play FFXIII, because Final Fantasy XIII has finally released, and the FF Union crew are in with their first impressions of the game. As part of this special episode, the show is over one hour long, covering impressions, and a very special music segment.
Father Wolf
what is with everyones problem with linear? Does every game need to be a huge sandbox? also ff10 was pretty linear too so meh. Any ways i just beat the game and now im just training and exploring pulse and such trying to get the Trophies i missed and what not. also the final boss is insanely easy once u know how to beat it i even got a 5 star rating the first time i won =3. Also the ending was amazing. Main Party: Snow, Lightning and Vanille to beat the final boos i used: Fang, Lightning and Sazh
