[The Greatness]

This fanfic is a test in progress but I reserve the right to revise it and make it a serious fanfic later on. Right now I am just testing cards out that I DO HAVE, saved in my Card Maker, copyrighted. So if you do see a nice effect or card in general or anything about a card do not take it because it is either a real card or custom that I have made (most likely this) or will make (to test!). I did not write this on word first nor did I think of a complete story. This is not for your enjoyment is for testing some things (fanfic styles of writing- you may see changes in a chapter, my cards use, and what I need to improve on them) so I can make a great fanfic probably an edited version of this. Probably 2-5 Chapters long, maybe more... I am just writing it off the spot and it's going to be a weekly testing (weekly chapters).

 

 

[spoiler=Story] [spoiler=Kaoke Smith](Kai-Okee ; Karaoke without the ra- rah sound)

Kaoke Smith is a strong duelist who loves dueling and wants to win the WWD Tournament (World Wide Dueling Tournament) to win the title of the best duelist on earth. But as he finds out through his journey there will be rough times, such as bad guys and enemies trying to kill him on the way. But he WILL, meet new and great friends along the way.

 

 

 

[spoiler=Chapter 1: Kicking it off with the Duel]

-"And to finish you off, I play Reborn Warrior (800 ATK and DEF) in attack mode!" A blue-skinned warrior dressed in all black comes out from the ground, looking dead straight at Kaoke Smith, as if it was waiting to feed upon him. "I activate its effect! I can discard 1 card from my hand to inflict 1000 damage towards your Life Points." A blue ray shines out to the sky through Reborn Warrior as Kaoke takes damage with only 500 Life Points left.

-"You done yet... I had-" Kaoke said as if it didn't effect him, slouching against a pole, but soon got interrupted.

-"No! Why would I be. I haven't attacked you with my Reborn Knight yet! But I'm guessing that face-down Spell or Trap card is going to do something. So I tribute Reborn Knight to activate its effect! I can select 1 card on the field and destroy it! And I choose that Set Spell or Trap card!"

-"...no... Suzi's Spell Enchanter!" Kaoke whisperer to himself, almost as if he was admitting defeat. He picked up his down head, and lifted up his arm raising the duel disk to his eyes. "Done, yet? I still have something up my sleeve..." he said whispering something else in his mind, right after, "...literally."

-"Alright no matter what you do, you'll lose!" Kaoke's opponent said, Bern White. "Alright, I'll tell you what, if you really want to... you can cheat... just like your brother did right before I smacked him to the ground. He's actually doing very well in that prison I'm currently holding him in..." Bern said loudly in a calm voice, laughing and pointing at Kaoke.

-"You bastard! What did you do with Mastero! WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY BROTHER! WHERE IS HE!?" Kaoke yelled, not even waiting for Bern White to answer and instead threatening him as if he had complete power.

-"Don't worry... Like I said... he's doing alright... If you want to know exactly how he feels, just wait for this duel to be over. Because I'll personally show you!" Bern shouted, smiling and then suddenly getting into a awkward laugh that would of gave the impression that he was insane. "And I forgot to tell you part 2 of Reborn Warriors effect. If it was a monster card I discarded, Reborn Warrior gains ATK and DEF for the Level of the monster card times 200! And since it was a Level 5 monster, it gains 1000 ATK! But it also says that I cannot attack this turn, so I end my turn setting this card face-down... Here's your chance to cheat."

-"Alright, I'll show you, I don't need cheating to get out of a slump like this. I mean I have Suzi the Spellcaster on my side! He's 2000 ATK and I know those Reborn card's have an effect waiting for me, because even you, the person with 2400 Life Points left, knows that leaving Suzi an open shot like this... isn't good, for you..." Kaoke moved his arm in an awkward motion slipping a card into his hands from his sleeves. He caught the card and balanced the movement to look as if he was changing his battle stance. But his strange battle position didn't fool Bern, but he didn't even mind. "Alright, you're going to pay, for capturing my brother! I WILL END YOU NOW!" Kaoke lifted up a card from his hand. He raised the card up high, and it seemed to be a drawing of a strange looking creature, that had similar looks to the Earthbound Immortal. "If you wanted to know, what I've been hiding up my sleeves, it's this card. Put I'm not going to play it because it cannot be Summoned in a duel... because it's fake. Why do I need it, you might ask? Well I need it to give me strength! Earthbound Mortal, appear in my sight!" The fake Earthbound Immortal, looking thing appeared as a small little Kuriboh. The Kuriboh then transformed into the monster shown in the card put stayed the same size as Kuriboh. "Let's do this Manoke! Hey, Bern why so speechless? Afraid to lose to me? When you get to 0 Life Points, I want you to keep your head up, so I could see you cry!" Something sparked in Kaoke's eyes. "Let's finish this!" Kaoke said in a deeper and more confident voice as if he changed into more of a powerful duelist. "I discard, Suzi's Apprentice from my hand to activate its effect. I can select any Spellcaster card from my Deck with a Level of 4 or lower! I Special Summon Keeper of the Mist! I remove this card from play to destroy 2 cards on the field. I destroy Reborn Warrior and that set Spell or Trap card! You're finished! Suzi attack directly!" Kaoke was on a roll, and it seemed as if he won the duel 8000 to 0 if you just joined in to see this duel now. "And if you think I'm done!"

-"No, and if you think I'm done!" Bern stated furiously, as if he lost the duel already, interrupting Kaoke in his streak speech. "I activate The Royal Fool Reborn's effect! If "Reborn Knight is in the Graveyard and I control no monsters and you attack directly with any monster, I can destroy that card and Special Summon it to my side of the field, removing from play, 1 Reborn monster in my Graveyard! End your turn."

-"Yeah, but you think that can stop me? Did you forget, I have 1 more card in my hand... The Magician of the Guardians... my trump card! I know you've been waiting all day to see this! I Special Summon it to the field due to the effect...

-"Shut up! already and play the game!" Bern said rudely.

-Ignoring this Kaoke continued, "Since I have no monsters on my side of the field, I can Special Summon it from my hand or Graveyard if I remove from play 1 Spell card in my Graveyard."

-"...ha..." Bern laughs slowly in a low voice. "Haha" he says again getting louder and louder. "Hahaha, hehahaheha! Mwuhaha! Haha" he shouts uncontrollably as he suddenly comes to a complete halt of words and laugher, "Haha, you have forgotten your own card's effect, haven't you? Suzi negates any Special Summons from your hand or Graveyard due to a monster's effect."

-"And you're foolish enough to believe that? I had that in mind the whole time! Alright. Since you didn't let me finish before, I was going to say that Suzi's Spell Enchantment's effect is that when it is activated on the field, Suzi gains 500 ATK and DEF for every card in your hand, and Suzi is destroyed at the End Phase... I thought that it would only take 1 turn to finish you off... but Suzi's Spell Enchantment also has another effect. When Suzi is on the field, I can Special Summon a card ignoring his effect from my hand or Graveyard. And I Special Summon The Magician of Guardians and I attack Suzi! Do the math 3000 minus 2000... you're left with 1400 but, I activate The Magician of the Guardians effect, any time I inflict battle damage towards you, while this card is on the field I can Special Summon a Level 2 or lower Spellcaster-type monster from my Deck. I Special Summon Magician Rebound! Since you can't activate that Royal trash's effect, since you can only do it once per turn I attack directly! I activate this card's effect, which is to activate a Spell card's effect from my Graveyard or Deck! I activate Magic Machinery. I can select up 3 Spellcaster-type monsters on my field and tribute them to inflict damage to you equal to half their total ATK! I then inflict damage equal to their Level x200. So I we both lose 2000. You lose it first, no ties like you said... first one to inflict loses. Now, where's my brother."

-"Oh, wait... You seriously think the duel is over? Did you forget my Graveyardbound Junkdog? When my Life Points become 0 when this card is in my Graveyard, I can remove all cards in my Graveyard including this card from play to boost up my Life Points to 100, and it ends your turn. Haha, you seriously thought it was over? My Junkdog gives me a second chance and it's effect can only be activated once a duel. Hey... so you're right, I did say first to inflict loses, no ties. But... I mean my word stands, you lose. And I forgot, to tell you, I'll give you mercy and let you see your brother again."

-"YOU jabroni! COME HERE SO I COULD WIPE THAT SMIRK OFF YOUR FACE! I WILL MAKE YOU EAT MY FIST, AND THEN I'LL SHOVE YOUR FOOT UP YOUR OWN ASS!" Kaoke said, charging at Bern, with his fist waiting in the air to be waved right into Bern's face. Bern stood there and watched.

-"Alright, come and get me. If you'll want it, you'll get it..." Bern shouted calmly as he stood there confident and fearless, ready to fight. "You know what... I'm tired of this... GET 'EM!" Bern moved back, as if getting out of the way for a sneak up attack from the side. His men out of nowhere leaped out in front of him charging at Kaoke. The two buff guys wielded a chain that had a steel hammer head at the end.

-"You think, they can stop me? HA!" Kaoke yelled bringing his second fist out close lining the two men to the floor, then jumping up in the air screaming, "AH! Take this Bern!" Two more men came out of nowhere and hopped directly in front of Bern, shielding him. They both jumped out and grabbed Kaoke. Kaoke resisted. He almost escaped again, but the other two guys came and each bashed his head with the end of the chains. The Earthbound Mortal came out and fled into the sky.

-"So, that's what made you stronger? That weak version of an Earthbound Immortal? Its name is Earthbound MORTAL for crying out loud. Can anyone get a descent name... He put the card in his pocket, but keep it there, I'll take it in the prison.

 

 

[spoiler=Chapter 2: Prison Fight]

-"Kaoke, wake up! That is if you DO want to meet your brother for the first time in a while." Bern proclaimed, kicking Kaoke's head. Kaoke tried to get up and beat Bern up but he was held down by chains against a wall. He didn't speak because he couldn't speak for some strange reason. "Yeah, don't bother, trying to talk. I made 1 of my men give you a pill to weaken your tongue muscles. I did it so you wouldn't say hi to your brother in prison when you meet him. Take a look at him yourself." Kaoke looked closely for a minute and two and tried to help his brother somehow. Moments later he began stomping through frustration and anger... "Oh, that's not your brother you say? Whoops! Then it looks like I got the wrong prisoner."

 

**Two Hours Later**

 

-"Your name's Kaoke? I heard you're a pretty strong duelist? Is that right? And I heard you RUINED MY BROTHER'S DUELING CAREER BY BEATING HIM IN THE FIRST ROUND OF THE ULTRA DUELIST OF PRIDE TOURNAMENT. I'm glad you finally lost! BUT THAT JUST DOESN'T CUT IT!" the man yelling out his feelings to Kaoke was a big buff guy with tattoos on his face and body. He was shirtless and had tight shorts that was the same color as his eyes, blue. He got up from his seat and charged at Kaoke.

-"I didn't do anything wrong... he wasn't that strong enough to beat me even though he was good and was close to beating me." Kaoke kept talking and trying to prove his case and making himself innocent to prevent a smashing to the face, as he kept dodging punches, after punches form this guy. Every missed punch resulted into a table being smashed.

-"jabroni! GET OVER HERE RIGHT NOW SO I COULD POUND YOU SILLY!" the buff guy chased him around the room as Kaoke kept running. Kaoke's eyes became a mirror to the sun's light as he was directly under the sun roof 50 feet in the air in the prison. His eye's sparkled bright, and as if he gained some powerful energy. He fought back. Not doing any better than before, in fact worse, he received blows to the head. He was bleeding through his nose and some how and the corner of his eye. He tried punching back but it didn't affect the guy.

-"Alright. Screw this. I've had enough playing around. You're ready for this?" The guy shook his head saying "yes", getting ready to pound Kaoke's head even more. Kaoke swung his armed back and charged up for a mega blow. He punched that guy right in the gut. The guy simultaneously, dropped down on the floor, stunned, not saying a word and laid there in pain.

"Who's the jabroni, now? That's what I thought."

 

 

MORE COMING SOON I'M ONLY MAKING 4 CHAPTERS. 3RD CHAPTER IS MORE ON HIS BROTHER AND THE DUELING TOURNAMENT. AND CHAPTER 4 IS ABOUT THE FIRST ROUND AND MIGHT END IN A CLIFFHANGER TYPE WAY. THESE CHAPTER WILL PROBABLY BE LONGER THAN THE SIZE OF CHAPTER 1 AND 2 MAYBE DOUBLED.

Nice, man, nice. I like it, I would deffinately would want to see this in the actual Anime/Manga. Can't wait for the 3rd, and 4th chapters, but it's a shame that there's only 4 chapters.

How do you do that "Click here to view" thing? I've been askin many people about how to it, but I never get any ansewers.
