No seriously.

 

1. it destroys only things that are Normal Summoned, so things Flip Summoned and Special Summoned (Synchros say hi) are unaffected

2. It destroys only things with under 2000 defense. Attack doesn't matter.

Me vs some noob guy who ive dubbed as "Izanami"

 

Izanami: I play Dark Warlock

Me: Non-existant

Izanami: Its Dark Eradicator Warlock

Me: It has a summon condition

*argues for a few minutes*

Izanami: o it does

 

*later*

We duel. Prepare to laugh and post various lolycm images

 

Izanami: I Sumin Magishin of Faith

Me: Face-up?

Izanami: yes

Me: You wasted it, its a FLIP Effect

Izanami: Fine i send a card to my grave to add it to my hand

Izanami: I send magician and 1 card from my hand to sumn sr

Izanami: Slifer the Sky Dragon

Izanami: its uneffected by spell and trap

*argueing between Arma and Izanami*

Me: I use Paintfull Choice

*obveious chais of events*

Me: I Summon Chaos Emperor Dragon, and use its effect

Me: You take somewhere around 3000 damage(forgot)

Me: I then Summon Yata Garasu, attack Slifer(it has 0 ATK) and I win

Izanami: I equip ritural weapon

Izanami: it lets me draw 3

 

By this point, I dont know weither to facepalm, die of laughter, or get shot at how stupid I am for dueling someone over ROBLOX. Its sad.

 

Me: Doesnt matter. Chaos Emperor sent all your cards to the Graveyard

Izanami: I still have Slifer it has 3000 ATK. you lost.

Me: No, it has 0. Chaos Emperor sent ALL OF YOUR CARDS(except Slifer, appearently it has the anime effect. Or something. I really dont know, I just went along with it)

Me: Your hand has 0 cards, your field just has a slifer in it with 0 ATK.

Yata-Garasu attacked Slifer, destroyed it, and you lose via Yata-Lock

Izanami: no u lost u had no cards in ur hand

 

........I eventually just said "Screw this" and hit "Exit".

Now the idiot thinks spamming all over the group wall "ARM IZ A TERBLE PLYER DONT DOOL HIM U GET IN2 ARGUMENT" makes him a "good" player.

 

Seriously, is excepting defeat THAT bad?

Morale of the story: Dont duel 8 year olds on an online building game, who "think" they know how to play. Especially if they run a random/"IM YUGI LOLOLOLOL" deck.

 

More importantly, lets discuss the key-card in today's horrendous failure:

however i find it hilarious that he summons magician of faith face up XD

Nope.

 

Seeing as how Slifer has the "Anime" effect, which makes him "immune to spell and trap", Chaos Emperor is a monster effect, so it completly gets around it.

 

So even if you DID point that out, Slifer is still removed with Chaos Emperor.

 

And even then, I was assuming this "Pro" knew all of Slifer's abilitys.

But he didnt :P

 

Besides, the best victory ever is to Yata-Lock some idiot by also taking down his best monster.

i don't think that is even possible with CED since also Slifer is inmune to card effects in the animes

Defender, the Magical Knight? Also, many monsters that require 2 tributes. Still, point 1 balances it out completely...if not makes it worse.

This + Dark Simorgh is pretty much good game. Unless your opponent pulls a "lol heart of the cards, guide me, I draw Judgment Dragon and summon it even though there aren't any lightsworns in my deck or graveyard lolololololroflolcopterpie!!!!1111!!111ONE!11111!!!"

It's nerfed effect would probably be that you cannot conduct your battle phase during your next turn if this card destroyed an opponent's monster by this effect.

Irrelevant. The effects of Obelisk and Ra are based on the WC09 effects.

 

only obelisk is base on the WC09, Ra in the game can still be special summon, gain combine atk and def from the tribute monsters in contrast to his official card.

Irrelevant. The effects of Obelisk and Ra are based on the WC09 effects.

 

only obelisk is base on the WC09, Ra in the game can still be special summon, gain combine atk and def from the tribute monsters in contrast to his official card.

 

However, the rest of it is copy-pasted from WC09. While Ra was nerfed, it was still based off WC09.

how about just half-ing the 2000 to 1000' date=' so that every monster that is summoned with 1000 ATK or less is auto destroyed by slifer's effect. Still presents a problem but now its minimized.

Make it ATK or DEF like almost every video game version, and I could see this happening. I could even see 1500 working.
