The last Sanin of Amegakure was Kuzaku Miharo. He found a scroll containing all jutsus of the village. He also saw Fuuton: Rasengan. It took him years to master it. Until he mastered it, he tried it out on his rival who was actually an Akatsuki, Uriyu Endriago. Fortunately, Uriyu had a master jutsu of his own.

It is impossible for Akihito's mentor to have found the Rasengan scroll; Eiji's ANBU squad took all Konoha jutsu scrolls.

Also, jcbballer is right. Only Konoha has Sannin. That was a title Hanzo gave them. Besides, that, you cannot have two people as Sannin. Sannin means 'Three Nin'.

[spoiler=Bio:] Deep within the frosty forests of the Land of Water, a woman gave birth to a baby in a wooden cabin in the middle of the night. The woman named the baby Kousen, and her husband stood near her, but his mind seemed to be on something else as well. "They might have heard his cries. We have to get out of here." he whispered to her. "But, I'm too weak now." the woman protested. "I will carry you then." the man whispered back. This was a time of mass persecution of all kekkei genkai users who had participated in the war. Kousen's parents, sadly, were kekkei genkai users and so they were being hunted by some of the angry villagers. The man wrapped the new baby in warm blankets and then walked to the door. He picked up the woman and helped her out of the door, with the baby still in his hands. They walked and walked through the snowy night, unsure of when they would reach somewhere where they wouldn't be persecuted. They suddenly heard shouts of "There they are. Get them." and they became panic stricken. The man began to run with all the might he could, but carrying a baby and helping his wife run as well took it's toll on him. He slipped in the snow, no longer having the strength to keep running, dropping the baby and his wife at the same time. Kousen cried as he landed in the snow behind a bush far from his parents, his blankets unraveling a little. The mob eventually caught up to Kousen's parents and brutally beat them, killing them. Kousen was found by one of the women in the mob, and not wanting to harm such a little baby, she took him home with her, passing him off as her own. Kousen eventually grew up under the guidance of the woman and her husband. They taught him everything he needed to know, except they didn't allow him to go to the Ninja Academy because he would be found out. He learned how to fight with different styles his parents knew, but he preferred hand to hand and the use of a staff. One day when he was 15, he was training with his parents when they were suddenly attacked by a group of masked shinobi. The shinobi attacked his parents and killed them and then proceeded to try and kill Kousen, who was unsure of what was happening around him. The shinobi told Kousen that his parents had been killed because they had housed him and kept him alive against the laws. The young boy's kekkei genkai was then activated to protect him from the threat of the shinobi. Unknowingly, Kousen had created large spikes of ice that encased the shinobi and crushed them within a box like shape. Kousen stood there confused, not knowing what he had just done or how he had done it. He walked away from the scene with blood splattered all over his clothes and his eyes wide in shock. The villagers that he passed wondered what had happened, and after going to check on his parents, they saw them dead and so thought that it was Kousen who had done it. When they went after Kousen to try and find him, they found that he had left the village and so branded him a criminal. Kousen traveled for a few months before coming upon the Land of Iron. When he got there, he saw the strength and grace with a blade that the samurai possessed, and so he asked to be trained by them. They did not know that he was a wanted criminal of Kirigakure and thought that he was just an orphan, and so they trained him. He stayed in the Land of Iron for five years, training to be a samurai. He developed many jutsu there to center around his kendo style. He learned to channel his chakra through his samurai blade and through this, he began channeling all of his natured chakra through his blade to create various devastating effects when he used his blades. His happiness and peace within the Land of Iron would soon end, for a hunter-nin who had been passing through spotted him and tried to arrest him. Kousen easily dispatched of the hunter-nin with his Hyouton abilities and his newfound samurai skills. Knowing that he would be arrested by the Samurai if he stayed, he quickly left them to journey once more. Getting word of the mass Seppuku squad rebellion and of Akatsuki, Kousen decided to join their cause so that he could get revenge on Kirigakure for killing both of his parents. Kousen's goal now is the destruction of Kirigakure, and he will make sure that it is Kirigakure and it's villagers, that fall to his blade, instead of innocents who cross his path.

 

 

Personality: Kousen is usually serious and calm most of the time and is emotionless to those around him. He rarely trusts anyone and this causes him to never speak above a mumble to people when they talk to him or he usually ignores them completely. If the occasion arises where he needs to talk louder, he will speak in an audible tone that can be heard, but he never likes to shout. Kousen has OCD and likes things to be completely perfect the way he sees fit. Kousen can be nice when he sees someone as respectable, but he disregards people he doesn't know. Kousen does not like to kill his opponents, and will only truly kill those who don't give up, or have earned his respect during a fight. This he learned from his training with the Samurai of the Land of Iron.

 

Appearance: At 20, Kousen stands at 6'0", weighs about 190 pounds, and has gray eyes which make him seem gloomy and sad. Kousen has tan colored skin that makes him seem as if he has tanned in the sun all of his life. He has black hair that goes down to the back of his neck and spikes up in the back while the bangs that hang down over his eyes are a reddish color. He wears a black T-shirt with a long-sleeved chain mail shirt underneath, baggy black pants with black boots as well as a waist-length blue jacket with pockets that line the left and right sides to hold scrolls. He also wears silver colored steel bandages that cover his whole arm and end at the dark blue gloves that cover his hands. The metal of the bandages are different, however, because they are very light but still retain their strength and thickness. He wears strapped to his left and right waists four sheathes which hold his katana, each having a dark blue cloth wrapped hilt. Behind him on his waist, he wears a ninja pouch which holds his shuriken and kunai. Over all of this, he wears the Akatsuki cloak, a black cloak with a high collar and red clouds printed in various places along it. Strapped onto his back over his Akatsuki cloak and held by a black sash which wraps around his left shoulder is a 5 foot tall naginata with a dark blue pole and a 1 foot chain hanging from the end of the pole.

 

Elemental Affinity: Ice Release(through Water and Wind Releases)

 

Weapons: Kousen, after training with the samurai of the Land of Iron and becoming one of them, uses four katana. These katana all have black blades with dark blue cloth wrapping around the hilt. They are used to channel Kousen's chakra in order for him to use his elemental blade techniques. He wears strapped onto his back a naginata which he also uses for his elemental blade techniques if all of his katana are broken or lost.

[spoiler=Rp Sample]: Kousen stood in the darkness in a clearing at the center of a thick and luscious green forest. Kousen listened to the insects that could be heard within the forest, and the sounds of branches snapping here and there. Kousen's eyes were closed, but at the sound of a branch snapping right behind him, his eyes quickly flew open. His left and right hands moved to the hilts of his katana hanging on the right and left sides of his waist. Kousen whirled around with fluid grace as he made one hand sign. Water chakra surrounded his body as he rushed forwards towards the area he had heard the snapping branch. He then brought his hands together once more as he made another hand sign while running. "Kirigakure no jutsu." he muttered. At that instant, a thick mist quickly enveloped the area, covering everything within it. Kousen closed his eyes and focused, linking the water chakra surrounding his body with the chakra of the mist. He quickly turned his head to his right and located an attacker. The sound of a blade moving through the air was also his signal towards the attacker's direction. Kousen swung upwards with the blade in his right hand to parry the invisible blade of the attacker. He then gathered water chakra into the blade he wielded and let it expand out from the blade itself. In seconds, a large snake made of water had exploded from his blade and lunged at the wielder of the invisible blade. Kousen was alerted to an attacker coming from his right by the sound of his kunai moving through the air. Kousen could distinguish that it was a kunai because it was fainter than the sound a katana made when moving through the air. Kousen ducked down and swung both of his blades outwards, slicing at the feet of the attacker just as he heard him grow closer. Kousen then flipped back while slicing up, drawing his blade upwards along the attacker's chest. An "Ugh." signaled that he had hit, and he sliced his blades outwards to cut a cross into the chest of his attacker. Kousen then made hand signs and focused his chakra into the mist surrounding him. "Scattering Mist Jutsu." he whispered as the water chakra in the mist began forming together. Soon, many blades of water could be seen all around the mist, pinpointing towards the location of the hidden attackers left to be found. Kousen had found all of them in the short time that he had fought with the first two attackers. He then clapped his hand, his face emotionless as he did so. The swords exploded out, stabbing down into the hidden attackers and piercing through their bodies. Kousen sheathed his blades and the mist itself faded, revealing the bodies of the attackers cringing on the ground around him. Kousen shook his head in pity at their weakness and continued on, stepping over their bodies and walking away. If one looked closely, they could see that all of the attackers had been pierced in non vital spots. Kousen didn't need to waste his time on them, for they were not Kirigakure shinobi and so they did not need to fall by his blade.

Bio:

Though it was said Kimimaro was the last surviving member of the Kaguya, he was not. A man and a woman fatefully were away in the time of the clan's slaughter, though the clan had initiated the fighting. They left the clan's home and went into hiding, to try to continue on the Kaguya name. They had a son while in exhile and taught him the basics of living and survival. After his parents death he found the nearest village and joined it. After climbing in the ranks he found a woman and married her. These were Kisune's parents. The man got as high in rank as he could without becoming the Kage of the village, throughout the Kage Summit. Soon they had a son and the man taught him everything he knew while all the events after the Summit occured. After this, Kisune developed the clans bone manipulation and asked his father of it. His father told him all about it and Kisune knew what he had to do. Everyday he constantly trained, learning many jutsu of both wind and fire element. Even though one person has one elemental attribute, he had two. he went through many high class mission with his squad. with total success, until he advanced to Chuunin. Then he led many high ranking missions as well, each with success. At the age of 17 after achieving the rank of ANBU, he fled into exhile. His parents knew that one day it would happen and let him go. He went off killing people for revenge of his clan and soon was captured and taken into custody, but killed half of the ANBU who captured him before reaching the village. However with his skills he was sent to the Seppuku Squads for whenever he was needed. He spent a year within the Squad, doing assassinations and whatnot, until Zetsu had freed him. Not long after joining with Akatsuki, Madara gave him the One-Tailed Demon to amplify his abilties. He continues to go out and kill for fun and revenge.

 

Personality: Generally a seemingly nice guy. Tends to act nice around friendly people to put off the fact that he kills for fun and revenge of his lost clan. He usually doesn't get angry, but when he does, he doesn't care who is in his way. Is loyal to the Akatsuki because of his freedom, but chooses not to wear their uniform.

Appearance:

Kisune's height reaches up to 5 feet and 6 inches. He is 120 pounds, with only 5 percent body fat. He also has a good amount of muscle, but from what he wears it cannot be seen. He has a large tattoo on his back that cannot be seen unless his clothes are removed. His eye color changes between blue and green depending on his mood. He doesn't wear the Akatsuki cloak at all because he feels it to be too restraining. He has two hilts on each of his sides for his twin katanas, a sheath on his back for his longsword and a smaller sheath for his staff also on his back. Everything is hidden when the cloak is simply worn through travel.

Kisune walked through a small field filled with lush bushes and flowers of all sorts. Suddenly he saw another man across the field, running towards him with a great amount of speed. "They never quit," he said to himself, shaking his head slightly. He performed a few handsigns ending in a Tiger seal. "Flame blast," he called out while holding his hands out. A jet of fire exploded from his hands and headed towards his opponent. However his opponent happened to have already set something up because the person disappeared, having performed a body flicker technique. Kisune had somewhere to get too and he was already late. He decided not to take this fight longer then it needed to be and to end it now. He transformed into the One-Tailed demon, Shukaku, and brought up a large mass of sand from underground. Instantly he knew where the man was and raised his hand. Sand rose around the man, stopping his movements immediately. Kisune let out a roar as he crushed his fist. The man was instantly crushed by the sand and his blood could be seen flying out in all directions. Kisune changed back into his normal self and brushed off any sand on his clothing. "Weak," he simply said before walking off. He finished walking through the field, arriving at a small town house. Kisune entered the house and headed into the back room. He walked down the stairs where a few other people were waiting. "Yeah I know, I get held up by another weakling," he stated sharply, "Can we begin now?"

[spoiler=Bio (Not complete):] Born in the same time as Madara, Hoshimi was raised as the heir to the early Yamanaka clan. She grew up somewhat as a prodigy, mastering her family's jutsu by the age of 9, and learning elemental jutsu by 10. The Yamanaka clan was originally supposed to be in Kirigakure, which she founded with the Kaguya clan at age 20. She then committed an unforgivable crime, annihilation of an ally clan. Afraid of her power and the reputation her crime might give the, the Yamanaka clan exiled her, moving as far away from her as possible: Konoha, where they eventually met the Nara and Akimichi. Ruling Kirigakure as the Shodaime Mizukage, Hoshimi performed a plethora of actions beneficial to her village: She was one of the people responsible for the creation of the Seven Ninja Swordsman of the Mist, and she herself both built and used Samehada, the most dangerous of the seven. She also was partly responsible for the barbaric ritual that was the graduation exam and the Seppuku Squads. Over the years, Kiri prospered, doing almost as well as Konoha, which was founded a year earlier than them, until, once upon a time, Hoshimi was assassinated. Okay, so she wasn't assassinated, but she pretended to be murdered, much like Madara pretending to be killed by the Shodaime. In reality, she survived, but took another body in order to make the staged death believable.

 

Personality: On the surface, Hoshimi displays an immature sort of personality; she is decidedly stubborn and strong-willed, frequently letting her pettiness and vindictiveness get the better of her, but she can also act like a teenage girl, being very happy, silly and bubbly. She is an exceptional tactician, well-versed in various strains of combat theory and particularly talented in the realms of surreptitious information-gathering, covert operations and enemy ensnarement. She has a rebellious streak a mile long, and tends to go on random killing sprees just because 'she feels like it.'In battle, she can become a true kunoichi, using her body to seduce targets or opponents. She also has a small thing for immortality, but that's not important. She also has a bad temper, and it shows if she is called 'old' (Think Edward Elric when somebody calls hims 'short' or any variation of it)

Uchiha Madara

The scythe is truly the perfect weapon.

It may not have the direct cutting strength of the sword, the stabbing power of the spear, or the speed of the kunai, but no other weapon is so... adaptable. You may not be able to slice through three-inch thick steel walls with the scythe, but good luck guarding against a weapon that reaches behind you and hooks your neck, or one that strikes from four different places in a single second with its whirling shaft and curved blade.

These were Madara's thoughts as he drew his own scythe, Shinigami, and lunged at a squad of Kirigakure ninja. They'd 'ambushed' him just outside a restaurant in one of the minor villages, where he was gathering reconnaisance. Madara was one of those commanders who liked field work.

The blade had been named for the traditional death gods of myth, and Madara's prowess with it on the battlefield had proven the name fitting.

The first Kirigakure shinobi leapt at Madara, twin Kunai twirling in his hands. Madara bent at the knee, bringing the scythe around to bisect the knife-wielder.

As a light red mist sprinkled Madara's orange mask, he sprung forward, striking the next shinobi with the weapon's shaft. He landed on the stunned ninja feet-first, chopping down at his neck.

As the other two shinobi slowly processed the fact that Madara had slain half their squad in a quarter-second, the Uchiha shinobi whipped the scythe around by the end of the shaft, spearing the third ninja's heart.

The fourth fired a blast of lightning at Madara, but he wasn't there anymore. The wild-haired Uchiha planted a kunai in the base of the fourth ninja's spine.

Madara stood still for a moment, taking in the carnage he'd brought about. The two pieces of the first ninja thudded to the ground. Madara had slain all four of the enemies before the halves of that ninja had finished falling.

Madara retrieved his knife and scythe, sheathing them. He turned into the restaurant, stepping past the awed patrons. A rather flustered waittress only turned to serve him when he tapped her on the shoulder. Madara ordered a bowl of curry, and sat to wait for his order. None of the diners could see the smile behind his mask.

He wondered how long it would be until word reached Kotaro that his latest squad of amateurs had been massacred in the blink of an eye.

Yoshioka Eiji

Eiji knelt before the shrine, staring at it as if waiting for it to say something. He knew that it wouldn't, and neither would those it was erected in honor of. His parents had been dead for years.

Eiji clenched a fist at the memory of their bodies. He'd sworn vengeance on Deidara that night. Sasuke had reached the psychopathic terrorist before him; from then on, Eiji had changed focus. Instead of killing Deidara, he'd kill the madman's ambitions, and the man behind them. He would kill Uchiha Madara.

Eiji hadn't achieved that goal yet, but he would. He was sure of it. Otherwise, his parents had spent their lives training him for nothing. Eiji would make sure that wasn't true.

Eiji turned away from the shrine, robes flowing behind him. He had a strategy conference to attend.

Kagetake Minamoto

Kagetake ran the whetstone along the length of the katana for the fifty-seventh time in the past two minutes. He'd always had a good memory for numbers. That was one thing the doctors had told him.

His back bristled with more weaponry than most would dream of carrying around, let alone fighting with. Six Katana, two Ninjato, and a Nodachi. That was nine different ways to eviscerate someone. Kagetake had done that, once. Eviscerated a man with all nine blades at once. The timing had been tough, but with some moisture manipulation to hold all nine blades, he'd pulled it off. The look on the man's face had been priceless.

Kagetake finished with the sixtieth sharpening of the blade, sheathing the sword. "Well, I guess it's time to go."

Kagetake stood from his seat, a three-body-thick pile of dead shinobi. Nine more dead ninja were strewn about the grassy forest clearing. Amegakure needed to train better water users.

Kagetake stepped over the nearest corpse, pushing off of his right foot and lunging into the trees. Madara had told him to go to Hoshigakure, specifically the 'Burning Curry' curry house. Kagetake hated spicy food; maybe there'd be some drunks to cut up.

Arato Akihito

Akihito Arato stood in his office looking out the window, his village, Amegakure. He then heard a knock on his door and his two close friends, Kimicho and Regret, 2 of the highest rank jonins opened the door to find the Amekage looking out his window. "Is there something the matter?" Akihito said as he turned sideways. "Nothing at all. We just came to see our close friend that's all." Kimicho said as she closed the door and sat on the ground. "Yeah. We've been hearing reports about the Akatsuki targeting another village." Regret said as he sat on a chair.

"What village would this be?" Akihito said sounding suspicious. "We are still looking for that village. One Akatsuki is close to here as we speak." Regret said as he and Kimicho looked at each other. "...the akatsuki will be destroyed... and Setsu along with them." Akihito said as he remembered banishing his older cousin, Setsu Achaiha.

Regret and Kimicho also remembered the time when Setsu was banished, now that they have heard of his alliance with the akatsuki, things have gotten more grim for Amegakure since one of their best ninja is a s-rank missing criminal. Akihito then sat on the high chair and closed his eyes, meditating in indian style. Regret and Kimicho disappeared at the same time as Akihito meditated silently, with his sword by his side.

Also, the fifth Akatsuki General position has been taken by Dark Necro. The only available 'leader' position is the Kazekage. There are 10 Akatsuki Lieutenant positions open. You are also allowed to apply to be a village member, such as an ANBU Captain or a Jonin. Remember, only 2 characters per person.

 

Madara

Madara took a long sip of his curry. He'd ordered the spiciest dish the restaurant had, and they did not disappoint. The taste buds of 'lesser mortals' (Madara loved calling them that) would have been incinerated by this dish. He found it to be somewhere between strong and mild.

The Akatsuki leader put the finishing touches on his letter to Hoshimi, rolled up the paper, and tied it. He stood, muttered a quick 'excuse me' to the waitress, and stepped out of the restaurant.

As soon as he set foot on the grass outside, Madara let out a sharp whistle. One of his falcons swooped down from above.

Madara held out a finger for the bird to land on. "Hoshimi." He held the scroll out for the bird-of-prey.

The falcon leapt off of Madara's fingers, seizing the scroll. The bird spread its wings, flying off to the Akatsuki base deep in the forest. Hoshimi would soon receive a message with orders to follow Setsu to Amegakure and do as much damage as possible before retreating with him. Madara didn't want Ame taken out of play just yet.

Madara turned back into the restaurant, ignoring the stares of the other diners. He'd placed a genjutsu on them the moment he entered. The moment they stopped thinking about the peculiar man in the mask, they'd forget they'd ever seen him.

Furosuto Kousen

 

They happily enjoy themselves, while the ones who aren't normal are treated as outcasts. The ones with abilities that aren't understood are destroyed. Tortured and killed. Those not normal are doomed to live a sad life, one where they will never fit into Kirigakure's society. These were Kousen's thoughts as he sat within the shadows of a tree outside of Kirigakure. Luckily, the constant fog around Kirigakure hid his presence well. He had come here many times during the past 2 years when he got free time during his Samurai training, and every time he came, he simply sat in this same tree and watched the village. He hated Kirigakure for what it did to him and his family, and this is why he personally requested from Madara to be the one to destroy them. He still needed a plan, however, and that was why he continued to come back to watch the village. Enjoy your happiness, for soon it will all be over. Kousen's Akatsuki cloak blew in the wind as he stood up. He stretched himself and then flipped out of the tree, his body moving gracefully and quietly. While in the air, he clapped his hands together into his custom tri-point hand sign with his thumb, index finger, and pinky pointed up while the middle and ring finger were pointed down and interlocked. "Shatter." he whispered, and his body immediately began cracking. The cracks soon deepened, and his body then shattered into particles of ice. The ice moved through the wind and disappeared.

 

Somewhere very far away from Kirigakure, a figure sat within the shadows of a tree, just outside of where Kagetake could be seen sharpening his blades. As Kagetake sat up and leaped off into the trees, the figure seemed to take this as a sign and he too sat up. He stepped into the light, revealing his face. This figure was Kousen, who had created a clone of ice to watch over the village while he himself watched Kagetake. He quickly leaped off of the tree and jumped from one tree to the other, following after Kagetake. "That Kirigakure shinobi...why is he even in Akatsuki? Was he outcasted by them as well?" Kousen thought to himself. He followed silently, making sure to stay far behind and make as less noise as possible.
