[Plot]

 

An unprecedented event occurred several weeks ago where shinobi's throughout the countries are slowly disappearing without a trace, along with Konoha's Seventh Hokage. Tensions begin to rise between the villages and rumors spread throughout the countries of talk of another great war. This is where your story begins. Unravel the mystery of the disappearances and find the truth behind it all.

 

 

[Current Arc: Rikkudo's Artifact]

 

The Eighth Hokage reveals to everyone that he and Kogen Takeo are behind it all. He explains to everyone why he did all this for was for the world to finally gain peace by obtaining the unimaginable powers of the Rikkudo's Artifact for himself. Having no longer interest in Renzo's plans, Kogen cuts him down and takes the Artifact for himself. With the betrayal of both Renzo Tatsuki, Konoha's Eighth Hokage, and Kogen Takeo, ANBU Captain of the Defense and Counter Division from Konoha, Konohagakure now begins to retaliate.

Peacekeepers Arc Summary

 

In Konohagakure, with the previous Seventh Hokage missing and is presumed dead, Renzo Tatsuki, Konoha's ANBU Captain of the Defense and Counter Division, has been appointed as the next Eighth Hokage by the Fire Country's Feudal Lord. With the summons sent for the Kage Summit, the Eighth Hokage prepares for his voyage to the Land of Iron in order to attend the Summit to discuss the recent events that has been happening all over the country. Escorting him are Rai Monorido, a Jonin from Konoha, who originally originated from Kirigakure, and the newly appointed ANBU Captain, Kogen Takeo, of the Defense and Counter Division.

 

At Konohagakure

 

Before his journey to the Land of Iron, the Eighth Hokage places ANBU Captain, Izumi Hana, of the Medical and Research Division in charge and as acting Hokage during his absence. As he and his two bodyguards departs, Kotaro Fuma, a member of the ANBU Black Ops, is assigned on a important mission; delivering letters throughout the Five Countries in efforts to stall a full-scale war from happening. Taking safety precautions, Captain Kogen summons a Lightning Shadow Clone and disappears under his doppelgangers shadow, hiding from the enemy's view should they become ambushed. Meanwhile, Captain Izumi takes office and considers herself as a substitute Hokage from here on out until the Eighth arrives from the Kage Summit. Nuada, a Hunter-Nin from Sunagakure, but considered to be the candidate of becoming the next Kazekage, enters the Hokages Office and greets Captain Izumi. Elsewhere, during their voyage, the Eighth Hokage notes that they're been followed by someone or something but informs his bodyguards to act casually.

 

The Hokage's Kidnapping Ensues

 

As their follower reveals himself as Ichiro of the Hidden Mist, Ichiro spews out an odorless, harmless poison smoke towards the Hokage and his two bodyguards. Unaware of the situation, the Hokage causally asks why he's spying on them. Their follower grins and states 'A full-scale war' and soon enough, the poison they inhaled takes effect and captures the now paralyzed Hokage, sinking underneath the ground below him. Rai Monorido, one of the two bodyguards escorting the Hokage, manages to remove the poison within the area with a wind technique and searches for the Hokage and his captor while his doppelganger sends Kogen back to Konoha. Kogen, however, is soon released from the enemies paralysis and destroys Rai's clone, suspecting that he was behind the kidnapping since he wasn't affected at all by the poison's effects. He quickly makes his way back to Konoha in efforts to inform the current Acting As Hokage of his treacherous betrayal.

 

Confrontation

 

Rai Monorido manages to find Ichiro and exchange a few words when Rai notices another presence nearby. The former Kiri-Nin yells to whoever may be hiding to reveal himself, and soon enough, he eventually does. As the man slowly reveals himself, Ichiro talks to his fellow Kiri-Nin and his involvement with the Konohagakure. A familiar voice is then heard coming from the man as he throws his cloak, his appearance matches that of Ichiro and is perhaps assumed as a Clone. Before they even begin to fight, however, Kotaro Fuma arrives onto the scene and asks Rai where the Hokage is. Noticing the other figure as an S-Rank Missing-Nin, he quickly attacks him with his arm extended, aiming to pin down the assailant. Ichiro retaliates simply by turning his form into water, and tells the man to take another shot. Rai soon attacks the Ichiro closest to him with a water technique, which is soon consumed by Ichiro's blade. After informing Kotaro that he was once a member of the Seven Swordsman of the Mist, the second Ichiro quickly unleashes the very same water technique Rai used against the first Ichiro earlier on Kotaro.

Ichiro, closest to Rai, teases him and tells him to take another shot. Rai unleashes two jutsu's this time, combining a Wind with a Fire Technique to strengthen his attack. Unable to defend himself this time, due to unknown reasons, Ichiro is seen being blown away and becomes nothing but ashes. While Ichiro furthest away is revealed to be the real one, he dispels the technique with a neutralizing technique. He soon notices several people coming towards their direction and congratulates Rai for defeating his Sword's clone, stating himself that no one hasn't been successful in a long time, before disappearing. Meanwhile, back in Konohagakure, Kogen informs Captain Izumi of what has happened and classifies Rai as a Missing-Nin. Kristen soon enters the Hokage's office and explains to her that his uncle, the Kage of his mysterious village, wants a truce between their villages. Captain Izumi, who is Acting As Hokage, naturally accepts. On the condition that she shares information that is happening within the Kage Summit to their respective Kage, of course. And so, Konohagakure and the Village Hidden in the Shadow are now considered allies.

 

Hunt for Rai Monorido And Renzo Tatsuki

 

Ichiro is next seen talking to a mysterious man as they watch Iwagakure in ruins, its inhabitants spared however. They exchange words before commanding Ichiro to follow him and go directly towards their next target; Konohagakure. A squad of Hunter-Nin tracks down Rai and tells him he's been classified as a Missing-Nin and needs to be dispose of. A fight between the ANBU Hunter-Nin and Rai Monorido ensues. Elsewhere, back in Konohagakure, Captain Izumi forms a team to search for the missing Hokage and perhaps his captors. The team consists of Kristen Dervoncorley, a Jonin-rank shinobi from the mysterious Village Hidden in the Shadow. Aisu Arashi, a Jonin-rank shinobi who originally originated in Kirigakure but decided to live in Konoha. And the last one, Taro Shuro, team leader of said squad and a Jonin-rank shinobi from Konohagakure. Team Shuro departs in effort to find the missing Hokage while the battle between the Hunter-Nin and Rai soon comes to an end. The ANBU squad loses one of their own as the others begin to talk to each other about Rai's innocence. They assume he isn't part of the kidnapping and sees no threat from him except for their leader. As the leader attempts to kill Rai, the others stop him from doing so and after subduing their superior officer, they begin explaining to Rai of the misunderstanding. They all later agree to meet with the Acting Hokage in order to find out who sent them to assassinate Rai Monorido.

 

The Traitors Identity Revealed

 

Team Shuro finds themselves confronted by non other then Ichiro of the Hidden Mist. Before they begin to fight, however, Ichiro explains that Konohagakure will burn once he gets there. This forces all three to battle against Ichiro. Elsewhere, as the squad of ANBU and Rai finally reaches Captain Izumi's Office and upon further discussion, the Hokage mansion abruptly explodes. Thanks to Captain Izumi's Kijutsu Barrier Technique, she along with Kasshoku, Oushoku and Rai are unharmed by the explosion. Suddenly, they hear the eerie laughter of Captain Kogen, the man supposedly behind it all comes out from the smoking ruins of the once Hokage building. As he explains to the group that caused the explosion, Rai, Kotaro and Kasshoku take the field. Before they can even begin fighting, a polite tone of voice interrupts the lot and reveals himself to be non other then the presumably missing Eighth Hokage. A large red mist follows the once missing Hokage and informs the others that he was behind it all. Renzo, being brainwashed by Kogen, stages himself into being kidnapped by an unknown organization, attempting to allow a great war to begin between the five great shinobi villages. This attempt however fails, with the exception of Konohagakure and Iwagakure being at war. After explaining much of his plans and his intentions to the group before him, Renzo begins performing the necessary ceremony to amass an inhuman strength that once belonged to the Rikkudo Sage and transfer it inside him for the world to finally gain peace. Having no longer interest with Renzo's plans, Kogen cuts down Renzo and halts his plan in gaining immense powers. He explains to everyone that if anyone should find the other subordinate of his being controlled by him, he'll reveal himself to him or her and allow them to decide whether to remove the very existence of Chakras emitting from each and every individual on the face of the earth. Or destroy the evildoers, as Kogen puts it. He later then escapes with Devren, a known associate of Renzos, to a unknown location while Konohagakure heal their injured and begin the process of retaliation.

Appearance/Description

Weapon(s): A Longsword strapped around his back which can send out waves of projectile Ice attacks by utilizing his Wind and Water elements, channeling them throughout his sword. through this, Aisu can turn his katana Ice cold steel - which eventually turns into a crystal-like blade, which freezes any enemy Aisu stabs, locking them into a cocoon of ice and freezing them to the core. Once frozen, Aisu can shatter his opponent into hundreds of crystal Ice shards.

 

Personality: Aisu is calm, intelligent and is surprisingly polite soft-spoken intellectual, often comforting his subordinates or friends whenever they are down. He rarely shows any sign of alarm or distress and often has entire situations planned out well in advance. Aisu is rarely seen in combat and does not get himself involved in things unless necessary, or becomes bored and in need of a good spar. Aisu is a humorous man when he is surrounded by certain friends or allies. However, when in combat, Aisu usually attempts to avoid it, who will always try to talk his way out of a fight, though he doesn't wish to insult opponents by refusing to fight them.

 

Bio: Born in Hidden Mist Village inside the prestigious Arashi clan, Aisu gained a reputation as a prodigy in stealth killing even before becoming chuunin. Because of his abilities, Aisu and the Arashi clan members were known as extraordinary Ice manipulators through combining Wind with Water, and through connections, Aisu took up position in the Swordsmen of the Mist. A fact not known to many people outside the Hidden Leaf Village is that he was trained by one of the most dangerous Missing-Nins in the world, Kuromaru Nowaki for several years. It was thanks to Kuromaru Nowaki did Aisu learn to harness his Ice techniques. Exceeding all expectations he became chuunin at age 11, and was took as an apprentice to a former Mist swordsman Kuromaru Nowaki, who soon deflected the Hidden Leaf Village to become the most dangerous Missing-Nin. As a gifted killer and exceptional shinobi for his age with the title of Jounin and future Elite shinobi of the Mist, Aisu decided to live with his uncle in the Hidden Leaf Village.

Shōsen Jutsu (Mystical Palm Technique)

Type: A Rank, Supplementary, Close Range (0m-5m)

mystical Palm Technique is a multipurpose technique that can heal wounds and perform surgery. To heal with the ability, users collect chakra to their hand to speed up cell regeneration wherever it is applied. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary, though because the blade is made of chakra the flesh is never cut. This aspect of the ability can be used in combat, though it requires great precision to be effective. When utilized in combat it allows the user to sever their opponent's muscle fibers or their chakra circulatory system at the point of contact.

 

Flying Sparrow

Type: B-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)

Using his chakra to extend the blade of his Katana, the User attacks his opponent. The chakra can inflict injury even if the blade does not hit its target.

 

Blade of Wind

Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)

This jutsu creates a blade of wind. The blade is said to be impossible to block because of its intangible nature, although since it uses wind a fire attack of equal strength might be able to block it.

 

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Type: E-rank, Supplementary

This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

 

Silent Homicide Technique

Type: Unknown

This technique is simply a very quiet method of killing an opponent, usually from behind with a blade. Additionally, because the user is very silent, it cannot be defended against. The user will often slit their opponent's throat, preventing any cry that might give them away.

 

Genjutsu Kai (Genjutsu Cancel)

Type: B-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)

With the Genjutsu Cancel technique, the user is able to block the chakra flow in their body, which cancels the effects of genjutsu, even before falling to its trap. The user can also release a victim of the genjutsu by preforming needed hand seals and tapping the victim.

 

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Type: E-rank, Supplementary

This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form.

 

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Type: E-rank, Supplementary

This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something.

 

Jibaku Fuda: Kassei (Exploding Tag: Activate)

Utilizing chakra, the user is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag.

 

Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Escape Technique)

A basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy, this jutsu allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up.

 

Kasumi Jusha no Jutsu (Mist Servant Technique)

Type: D-rank, Supplementary

This genjutsu creates clones that phase in and out of the ground as if they were made of a blackish, oil-like liquid. When attacked, the clones regenerate themselves. The clones can be controlled to make it seem as if they're throwing kunai. The user can then time their attacks with those of the clones.

 

Kori Shinchū no Jutsu (Sly Mind Affect Technique)

Type: C-rank, Supplementary, Mid to long-range (5+m)

This jutsu causes the enemy to walk around in circles for hours by making it seem as if they're walking straight to their desired destination. The enemy eventually becomes exhausted after traveling the same path over and over.

 

Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique)

Type: C-rank, Supplementary, All ranges

This jutsu changes the appearance of a nearby object or area.

 

Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique)

Type: Unknown

This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place. The second surronding can be controled by moving chakra in your hands.

 

Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique)

Type: D-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)

This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.

 

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Type: D-rank, Supplementary

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short-long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

 

Aisu’s unnamed Rain Technique

Type: A-rank, Supplementary, Range 0-50m+

Using his water manipulation skills Aisu can create a downpour around a wide area. He can use this rain to estimate a persons skill and chakra level, and use it as a radar against multiple enemies

 

Suirō no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Type: C-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)

This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it.

 

Suikoudan no Jutsu - Water Shark Projectile Technique

Type: B-rank, offense, Range 0-10m

Suiton Suikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a column of water to rise from the water and then strike their target.

 

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)

Type: C-rank, Supplementary

The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like the other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to preform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

 

Futon: Hanachiri Mai (Wind Release: Falling Petal Dance)

Type: B-rank, Offensive, Long range (10m+)

This jutsu allows the user to summon a cyclone of petals to attack their opponent. The user can remain in one spot for the use of the jutsu, because he or she can direct it anywhere they desire. Therefore, the user can control the direction and power of the technique to the max as a last resort.

 

Futon: Suiran Reppu (Wind Release: Verdant Mountain's Violent Wind)

Type: B-rank, Offensive, Mid range (5-10m)

By using wind-based chakra, the user can infuse his/her chakra with bladed weapons from a distance and manipulate them.

 

Futon: Kamikaze (Wind Release: Hair Wind)

Type: Unknown rank, Offensive, Short to mid range (0-10m)

After forming the needed hand signs, the user will unleash a blast of spinning wind from his/her hands and hurl it towards her/his opponent.

 

Futon: Reppusho (Wind Release: Violent Wind Palm)

Type: Unknown, Offensive, Long range (0-10m+)

A simple technique that sends a gust of concentrated wind at the opponent. When used with a weapon such as a shuriken the weapon can become fatal. Also if the technique is combined with another elemental Ninjutsu such as fire, it becomes deadly.

 

Hyouton: Haryu Moko - Ice Release: Piercing Dragon Fierce Tiger

Type: B-rank, Offensive, Mid-range (5-10m)

The user creates a large Dragon shaped Tiger out of nearby ice. Due to being so cold, it can freeze nearby water around it while attacking its target. It's basically just an Ice version of the jutsu Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu.

 

Hyourou no Jutsu - Ice Prison Technique

Type: C-rank, Supplementary, Defensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)

The user creates a series of ice crystals which home in on the opponent and trap him in ice. Unlike Suiro no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique, no further action seems to be required to maintain the prison once the victim is caught). This jutsu may also be used defensively, as a wall of ice.

 

Icy Fists

Type: D-rank, Offense

By concentrating his ice element into his hand and fingers he uses Taijutsu to get close to the opponent and freeze their joints, by freezing the natural liquid lubrication that the body uses to move the joints smoothly. By freezing the join the opponent can no longer move that joint until the opponents body heat is able to melt it. He must come in direct contact with the joint in order to freeze it.

 

Ice Implosion

Type: A-rank, Offense

If the opponent is caught in any of Aisu’s Ice trapping techniques, Aisu can make the ice implode on itself shaping it into a perfect sphere crushing the opponents in it before explodes sending ice shards flying everywhere.

 

Ice Release: Swallow Attack

Type: Unknown, Offensive, Short Range (0-5 m)

This jutsu allows the user to create a swarm of swallows made out of ice. The user can then control the swallows after they're created. however, this jutsu is very weak against fire techniques.

 

Ice Release: One Horned Whale

Type: Unknown, Offensive, All Ranges

This jutsu allows the user to create a humongous whale, the size of a small island, out of ice to attack their opponent. The user needs a source of ice in order to use this technique. This jutsu is used more as a distraction technique, or to block an opponents movements, because of its size.

 

Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard

Type: Unknown, Offensive, Long Range (0-10 m)

Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Aisu will thrust his arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn, when it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air.

Appearance: Rai is approximately 5'10" tall with an athletic body styly. He has shoulder length spiky black hair, hazel eyes, and a calm face. He also has Chakra seals on his arms.

 

Rai Wears a black jeans, and a gray, sleeveless, tight fitting shirt. He has on black fingerless gloves, and a long black, sleeveless hoodie. On the back is a picture of a blue phoenix and a blue dragon circling each other on top a Yin-Yang Seal. This represents the seal of his clan.

 

Bio: Rai Monorido originated from the Hidden Mist Village and was part of the Monorido clan, which specialized in Lightning and Water based Jutsu. (Ranton=Storm Jutsu) He entered the ninja academy at the age of six years olds and was set to graduate at 9. Just before his graduation his parents were killed by 2 ninja. He managed to them using his newly awakened bloodline, and he escaped to Konohagakuru

 

Personality: Because he killed at such a young age, Rai has little regard for enemies. He tends not to bring morals or emotion into battle, preferring to draw out a battle to learn his opponent’s abilities before swiftly killing them. Rai is extremely independent, he hates traveling with a group of people, preferring to do it alone (unless he has no choice).

A month before now, Vol's brother was killed by a Mist ninja during the 'Ninja Disappearance' era, and he has had a cold deadly personality ever since.

Hirosuke wears the standard Raikage robe, but doesn't usually wear the hat. He wears fingerless gloves that help as a conducter for his Lightning attacks. Hirosuke's hear is usually hanging down into his eyes, usually causing him to flip his hair a lot so he can see. Hirosuke wears his headband around his arm, which is only seen when he's in battle. He also wears a chain necklace that hangs down to his chest, usually hidden in his robe. The necklace has a lightning symbol at the end.

Bio:

Hirosuke was born in the Leaf village as an Uchiha, but when he was around 7 years old, he had started taking less interest in the Leaf Village. He started off with basic training of the Uchiha clan, slowly learning Fire Style. Hirosuke didn't have much of a family during his time in the Leaf. In fact, he had almost no family. Hirosuke only had a few close friends which he thought of as his family. After some time, he started to practice Lightning Style Jutsu, and soon mastered them. When he was 11 he was sent on an escort mission to Kumogakure. While he was on this mission, he took interest in this village. Hirosuke said it was unique even though it was small. After returing from the mission, he had taken a decision to leave the leaf, and go to Kumogakure. He arrived at Kumogakure, but he was welcomed at first. After some time, he vowed to train with them to prove that he was worthy of fighting for Kumogakure. At the age of 14, he was an advanced Chunnin who fought only for the village hidden in the clouds. It took a while, but soon he was respected and trusted by the shinobi in Kumogakure. At the age of 18, he became a Jonin, and then was promoted to Raikage at the age of 25.

Personality: Craz is a cool, collected, and solitary person, who is quite calm. People in the village love him for his kind heart. He helps when he can in the village. But Outside the walls of the village he is a heartless cold killer in all missions. He will kill anything he has to kill in a mission, he has even killed one of his own teammates and did not care at all. He isn't able to lead a team because he could lead them to death with his recklessness.

History/Background: Craz was found by a medical ninja at age 7 during a mission in the Sound Village. He had near death injures, and he had a a giant scar on his back. His parents were both dead right beside him. There is no information about his parents and his clan. After he recovered from his injures he stayed in the rock village. The Tsuchikage took him under his wing and trained Craz. Craz learned earth jutus from the Tsuchikages teachings. Craz learned Wind Jutsus because he knew Earth was weak against Lightning so he learned Wind to counter against Lightning Jutsu Users.

Craz is now 18 and he was given a Hawk Summoning Scroll from the Tsuchikage. Craz kept training and getting stronger. Till the day the Tsuchikage died, Craz went into a deep depression for many months. He came out of his depression at age 19, he went back to training and wanted to avenge his master the Tsuchikage.

So Craz just trains everyday and goes on missions and looks for Tsuckikage's killers. He wears Tsuchikage's headband instead of his own so he can have his master with him.

Appearance/Description: African-American, short spiky black hair, and always has sharingan. He has black sandals, and he always wears a black cloak over him, so no one can see any part of him except his eyes. He may lower the head of the cloak, but no one sees much more of him, except his pants because the cloak parts down the middle towards the bottom. He wears black pants, and no shirt. He is skinny, but muscly.

Personality: Reiban is usually dead serious. He is silent and swift in battle, and outside of it. He only talks when necessary, and only respects very few people. He does not show any emotions, and allies himself with only certain people. Reiban does not like to waist anything however, not even chakra in battle.

History/Background: Reiban was born in Konohagakure to the uchiha clan. Ever since birth, his parents made sure he had the maximum abilities for anyone his age. At the age of eight, Reiban was so skilled that he became a genin, and a year later, when he was nine, he became a chuunin. Two years later, when Reiban was 11, he became a jounin, and was recognized by all in the village for his skills. By the time he was jounin, he had already mastered the sharingan. As a jounin, Reiban had access to many different secrets areas of the village where lists of jutsus and weaponry were hid. He also found scrolls listing the various powers of the Uchiha clan, and kept them. After a year of being a jounin, Reiban had developed his own jutsu, the “shadow-step” jutsu. This jutsu became involuntary after using it on himself the first time. From then on, by focusing his chakra throughout his body, Reiban was able to move through space at an incredible speed and move somewhere else within a close distance (about 10-15 meters). This jutsu made him disappear and reappear because of the fact that he was moving through space. Over the next year, Reiban would take the eyes of newly dead uchiha members from the morgue. He collected 30 in total, and implanted them along his chest and back.

While they require no sustenance outside of battle, after using them, Reiban needed a way to keep them from closing. This is when he developed his forbidden jutsu, the “Reaper’s Soul Requiem,” which allowed him to steal the souls of live people by overwhelming them with his chakra and extracting them by placing his hand over their mouth and absorbing that way. He then used those souls to make the eyes powering his Izanagi re-open. At the age of 13, Reiban became the ANBU captain, and was one of the strongest ninja’s in the village, if not THE strongest. With izanagi and his other jutsus learned, Reiban wanted more power. A year later was when he decided to steal two things. 1) The forbidden sword kept in a secret armory only accessed by ANBU to store weaponry forever, Akuma no bein, the Demon Blade. And 2) the eyes of his younger brother who was only 10, but had achieved mangekyou in a tragic accident where he accidentally killed his best friend with a kunai. This would allow him to unlock the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. After stealing these, he disappeared for one year. He became a missing-nin, and developed his demonic fang jutsu. This jutsu focuses a dark, evil chakra through his sword, allowing him to make strong close-up and ranged attacks with his sword. A year later, he has returned to gain more power. However, he will do whatever is necessary to take that power from others. Even align himself with those who do not share his ideals.

Background: Kogen's rank as part of the ANBU Black Ops is well known in Konoha and doesn't hide the fact that he's an ANBU Captain. Kogen was recently promoted as the head of Defense and Counter-Measures Division when Renzo became the Eighth Hokage. After betraying Renzo, he is considered to be a highly dangerous individual who will stop at nothing to do what he wants. However, no one knows of his true intentions.

This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. Rai Wears a black jeans, and a gray, sleeveless, tight fitting shirt. He has on black fingerless gloves, and a long black, sleeveless hoodie. On the back is a picture of a blue phoenix and a blue dragon circling each other on top a Yin-Yang Seal. This represents the seal of his clan.

 

Bio: Rai Monorido originated from the Hidden Mist Village and was part of the Monorido clan, which specialized in Lightning and Water based Jutsu. (Ranton=Storm Jutsu) He entered the ninja academy at the age of six years olds and was set to graduate at 9. Just before his graduation his parents were killed by 2 ninja. He managed to them using his newly awakened bloodline, and he escaped to Konohagakuru

 

Personality: Because he killed at such a young age, Rai has little regard for enemies. He tends not to bring morals or emotion into battle, preferring to draw out a battle to learn his opponent’s abilities before swiftly killing them. Let the RP Begin!

 

 

The afternoon breeze blew gently through the trees as a few loose leaves fell from their branches and danced with the wind. Aisu had been sitting still on a large tree branch near the entrance of Konoha all morning. For obvious reasons, he hated how hot it was in Konoha, especially in the summer. And then it finally hit him. He remembered that the Hokage requested his presence immediately at his office, perhaps he was to go on a mission or something important. Not wanting to annoy or anger the new Hokage, Aisu jumped down from the tree and turned side to side, checking the area before going to the Hokage's office.

Aisu let out a deep sigh as he placed both hands into his pockets and closed his eyes, walking casually towards the entrance. The longsword on his back appeared to be heavy but was surprisingly light. As he passed the gates and several food stands, which made his stomach growl, Aisu decided to use Body Flicker Technique eventually appearing inside the Hokage's office within seconds. "You asked for me?" said Aisu, finally opening his eyes but his hands remained inside his pockets. He was only expecting the Hokage and him to be alone, but there was another figure with them. Kogen, an ANBU Captain, stood silently next to the Hokage facing the direction of the open windows, which allowed him to gaze at the village.

 

"Aisu, I believe you've already met Captain Kogen. He'll be one of the two bodyguards that will be escorting me to the summit" the man sitting on the chair answered, his head down, signing several documents stacked on his desk. The new Hokage was young, but a wise one nonetheless. His brown, slightly spiky, colored hair, with hazel eyes and a vertical scar on his left cheek was visible to Aisu and those near him. His attire was black and quite similar to that of an ANBU Black Op. And was around 5"9. The man next to him wore fine white luxury clothing. Both black hair and eyes. And was around 5"4.

"Yes, of course" replied Aisu, momentarily turning his attention at the man in white and soon turned to the Hokage. "As you are aware, the Land of Iron has summoned leaders from the five great villages to discuss an important issue that's been happening lately. The other bodyguard of mine should be here shortly" said the Eighth. Kogen finally turned to face Aisu and spoke, "Perhaps its not in my best interest to say this, but shouldn't we be discussing the matter of where Aisu stands if war finally breaks out? I mean, he may live here with his uncle but he was originally born in Kirigakure. Not to mention he received his training there".

Rai walked calmly down the street, sorting through his thoughts. 'Okay. I think I have everything I need for the mission. Kunai, shuriken, storage seals, chakra seals, weight seals, and other all purpose seals. I've also got 100 meters of ninja wire, a couple hundred senbon, and my staff. But it still feels like I'm forgetting something' he thought as he walked down the street. His footsteps were heavy on the ground as he walked toward the gates of the village. He was just walking out of the gates when it came to him. 'Crap. I forgot that we're meeting the Hokage at the tower.' He tunred around and quickly ran back toward the center of the village. 'Too slow' he thought as he jumped on the roof of a house and started hopping from roof to roof, picking up speed. Finally he reached the tower. He walked in, straightened himself, and then walked into the Kage office. He walked into the center of the room and snapped to attention. "Hokage-sama. My apologies. I am ready," he said.

"Hm" Kotaro grunted while standing atop the Hokage monument. He jumped off and landed on his hands, before running towards the gate. Upon arriving, Kotaro jumped over the gate and resumed his run. His mission was to transport important messages to the other hidden villages, messages that could hopefully stop the oncoming war from happening.

"Ah, its alright, Rai" replied the Eighth Hokage with his polite tone of voice, raising his head before shifting his chair to face Kogen. "Captain Kogen, perhaps we should discuss this another time". With that, Kogen simply nodded once, turning back to scan the village through the windows that were slightly opened. Kogen was very loyal to Renzo and usually does what he is asked to do without hesitation. "My apologies, Aisu, Captain Kogen is simply doing his job. I was going to assign you on a mission, but perhaps Captain Izumi will give you the details, who will be acting as Hokage during my absence" the Eighth continued as he stood up, grabbing his kage hat and walked towards the door.

 

"Rai, meet me at the entrance of the northeast gate in fifteen minutes while I inform Izumi of her new duties. She should be here shortly, Aisu" instructed Renzo before walking out. Kogen followed Renzo from behind and gave Aisu a slight tense stare before leaving the room. Aisu remained silent as he watched both Renzo and Kogen leave the Hokage's office. He and Kogen weren't exactly on par with each other, but he didn't mind. He was treated like that even when the seventh Hokage was still alive before he went missing. "You know, I find it kinda strange how Captain Kogen questioned my loyalty while he said noting to you, Rai-Senpai" Aisu finally spoke, waiting patiently for Captain Izumi.

Kotaro arrived at the border of the Hidden Sand village. He gave a scroll to the guard at the gate, "Guard it with your life and make sure it gets to the Kazekage by tonight." Kotaro turned away and resumed his run towards the Hidden Mist Village.

Saruto is sleeping on the grass outside the gates of the Hidden Leaf Village. He been a sleep for four hours now. But he suddenly woke up from his sleep. Well that was a nice sleep Saruto said in his mind after he yawn. Then he got up and walk into the gates of the village. Today was a busy day with people going shopping and the kids playing. The sounds of it all make feel like he was a kid. But he wanted to eat so he when to a small shack that saids "Ramen house" on it. And so he when inside the small shack.

History/Background: The descendant of the creator of the Cursed jutsu, he has a natural talent for it. He has made plenty of his own Jutsu types, including Demon and Shadow. He is one of the powerfullest Ninja's in his village and is the youngest Jonin in it ever. His Clan is a shadowy one, and their Kekkai Genkai is much more. It is unknown what it's power is but the formor leader of the clan once used it and defeated an army of demons in a minute using it's power.

After being informed of her new found duties as acting hokage, Captain Izumi made her way towards the Hokage's office where she would assign Aisu on a mission. "Aisu-Kun, sorry for making you wait too long" Izumi said with a smile in her voice, entering the office where she saw both Rai and Aisu. Izumi's skin was pale as she came into view, her unknown illness has been getting worse each day despite her status as Konoha's best medical-nin and her position as an ANBU Captain in the Medical and Research Division. "Rai-Kun? shouldn't you be at the northeast gate where Renzo-San said to wait for him?" asked Izumi, closing the door behind her and walked towards the hokage's desk. Aisu had been waiting for Captain Izumi, who is acting as Hokage, patiently for a while and didn't mind at all that she kept too long. "Its fine, Captain Izumi...or should I call you Hokage-Sama?" asked Aisu, simply. Izumi let out a small chuckle and spoke as she sat down, "Captain Izumi is just fine".

Nuada had just left the Forty-fourth Training Ground, or the "Forrest of Death" as many call it. His destination was him Home, despite his Wounds. "No Wonder the Genin Exams hove so Few People by the End... " he muttered as his Special Puppet, Miryuu, Walked beside him "Is Brother Okay?" she asked, Nuada nodded as he took off the Wooden Cross on his Back. As sat down on a Nearby Log, Miryuu began to look in the Cross for Bandages "It's only a Cut... Don't worry, Sister" he assured her. But Miryuu ignored Nuada and took off his Trench Coat and Dress Shirt, then folded them neatly before she began to Bandaged up his Wounds. "Brother Should Be More Careful"

Renzo suddenly materialized near the entrance of the northeast gate, letting his gaze travel through the surroundings around him. The only two items he needed for the Kage Summit were his hat stored nicely within his small backpack, along with his sword strapped tightly behind his waist in a vertical position. "Looks like he's late again, Renzo-Sama. Perhaps the two of us alone should just go on ahead to the Summit without him" a familiar voice spoke out of nowhere. The shadow beside Renzo formed and a figure grew larger from the ground and soon, revealed a person. "Both Rai Monorido and Aisu Arashi were trusted by my previous predecessor, Kogen. I wanted to show how trustworthy I am to the Mizukage by allowing at least one of his...subordinates escorting me to the Summit" replied the Eighth in his usual polite tone. Kogen simply said nothing as he and Renzo waited patiently for Rai.

Rai continued walking down the street, taking in the sights. "I know I'm late," he said to himself. "But I feel that you should enjoy life while you can. I wish my parents had been here to see this, " he thought. HE looked up into the sky. "I hope they'd be pround of me" he said. He then glanced at his watch. "I'm really late, " he said, before picking up the speed. HE sped down the street toward the northern gate, where everyone was waiting for him. "Sorry everyone," he said. "I got lost on the road of life. I am ready," he said firmly, snapping to attention.

"Its okay, Rai" Renzo smiled as he spun around slowly, facing both Rai and Captain Kogen. Kogen turned his head to his left and slowly his eyes scanned over him. No words left his mouth as he couldn't help but grin at Rai. "Rai, go on ahead and make sure the path is clear. Report back if you find anything strange or suspicious" Renzo ordered as he wore his kage hat, turning around and made his way towards the Land of Iron. "You know what to do, Kogen". "Understood, Renzo-Sama" Kogen performed a single hand seal after speaking. "Raiton Kage Bunshin No Jutsu!". Poof! Small smoke appeared where he stood and disappeared soon after. The original Kogen was hiding underneath his clone's shadow while his doppelganger appeared to be guarding the Eighth Hokage. The clone followed closely from behind, his eyes narrowing as he surveyed the area around them. And soon enough Renzo motioned them to head on out to the Land of Iron where they would attend the kage summit.

Raiton Kage Bunshin No Jutsu - Lightning Release Shadow Clone

This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.

Once Miryuu had Finished, she put Nuada's Shirt and Trench Coat back on "Where Now Brother?" she asked, as Nuada got up "Your going home, and I'm going to to Capt- I mean the Substitute Hokage" he said, with a slight Grin. Miryuu sighed and walked away "Don't Stay Out Too Late" she said before happily running to their Home.

 

"Crazy Kid" Nuada said with a Deep Sigh. He got into the Village with Little-to-No Trouble, the same happened at the Entrance to the Hokage Residence "Thank you, Sirs" Nuada said Calmly as he entered the Building and began to make his way to the Hokage's Office. Once he Reached the Door to the Hokage's Office, he knocked on the Door and said: "Miss Hokage, It's Nuada. May I Enter?" For him, it felt Odd, as he usually went Assassin-Style and used the Window.

Captain Izumi couldn't help but giggle when she heard the word Miss Hokage, especially coming from Nuada, whom he and she been dating each other for quite a while now. But it couldn't be helped, she thought. She'd have to get used to being called Hokage. At least until the Eighth Hokage returns from the Kage Summit. "Please" she insisted, rummaging the Hokage's desk in search of the mission documents so she could assign Aisu on a mission. Aisu stared through the windows but turned his head to his right when he heard an unfamiliar voice coming from behind the door. He turned and waited to greet this person with a smile.

Nuada Opened the Door and entered sideways, due to the Wooden Cross being a Foot too Wide. He closed the Door behind him and turned to face Izumi "How's the Day going so far, Miss Hokage?" he asked as her walked over to her and Stood next to her Desk. It took him some time before he noticed Aisu "And don't think I didn't heard you giggling at the Miss Hokage... " "I wonder... If Izumi will be Free Later Tonight" Nuada though as he awaited Izumi's Reply.

"Oh, I've had better days, and you?" she asked, her smile remained. She blinked a bit, hearing Nuada's next question and ignored it, her smile disappearing before speaking. "Don't tell me you've been in the Forest of Death lately, have you?" She worried, noticing his ragged clothing and the bandaged wound revealing near his collar bone. "I'm Aisu Arashi. And you are?" He interrupted and introduced himself, his eyes closed and held out his hand, his smile remained as he did. He opened his eyes shortly and revealed that hazel eyes of his, gazing at the man. He found it rude not to make eye contact while speaking to someone. Not long after Aisu held his hand out he felt a little uneasy, and slowly began to sweat. The heat, he thought. Before giving Nuada a chance to reply or react, he quickly turned to Captain Izumi and spoke politely, "Captain Izumi, I'll come back later once you have more free time" he stated before giving a polite bow and walking away.

 

Izumi nodded as Aisu turned the knob and opened the door, closing it soon after exiting the room. However, before she got too much into the matter her unknown illness soon began to overwhelm her with pain and she began to shiver slightly. Her vision blurred momentarily and her arms and legs weakened. "Its ironic, isn't it? I happen to be Konoha's best medical-nin and in charge of the Medical and Research Division and yet...I can't do a damn thing about this sickness" She joked as she moved a longer strand of hair from her eye, after the hair was moved, she blinked slightly then smiled at Nuada. The worst part hasn't happened yet, but she ignored it as best she could. Thankfully, she uttered, her shivering stopped and pain slowly fading away but felt somewhat fatigued after that small ordeal.

Kris sighed as he walked up to the gates of Konohagakure. He hated stuff like this. Even if it wasn't an official mission, his uncle wanted Kris to go and introduce his village and offer a truce. Not the plan he would do but it was his uncle choice. After all, he was leader of the clan and the village. He was approaching the village when he heard chatter. Instantly he crouched and started to perform a complicated hand sign. His amber eyes glowed as he did this. "Shadow stealth Jutsu." He whispered, as he sank into the ground, becoming but a shadow under a bush.

Once Nuada heard Izumi mention the Forrest of Death, and her Worried Tone, he wanted to Lie but in the end chose not to "Yes... I just came from there" he said as he sheepishly rubbed the back of is head. "Don't worry about me, you should be more Worried about yourself, after all... That's how I lost a Great Friend" he muttered the last few Words, as if he wanted Izumi to hear, but didn't want her to hear.

 

With a Sigh, he leaned over and gave Izumi as Hug "Don't beat yourself up, Izumi... " he said, sounding More Sensitive than normal "... Besides, you have me to look after you" he assured her, still hugging her. "How about we go do something to Clear you Mind?" he asked as he released Izumi from the Hug.
