Basically I will make the entire card for you, but you must post the following;

Name - Level - Attribute - Circulation - Set ID - Effect - ATK - DEF - Image (I can resize an image to fit, no guarantees on picture quality since I force-resize with Photoshop).

Lore

In order to Dark Synchro Summon this card, subtract the Level of a Dark Tuner monster from the Level of 1 other monster you control; the value must equal the Level of this card. Once per turn you can select 1 monster your opponent controls and equip it with this card. Decrease the ATK and DEF of the equipped monster by 1200. During battle between the equipped monster and a Attack Position monster whose ATK is higher than the DEF of the equipped monster, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points. If the equipped monster is destroyed, return this card to your side of the field in Attack Position. The equipped monster counts as 2 Tributes if it is Tributed to Special Summon a DARK monster. If the equipped monster is Tributed, remove this card from play.

Yeah I see border problems with mine (color-wise).
