Toffee.
c wut I did thar?Activate only while you control a face-up Level 7 or higher monster that was Tribute Summoned. Negate the activation of a Trap Card or an Effect Monster's effect and destroy that card. The condition for it is that you have to have tirubte summoned a level 7 or higher monster, but other then that, its a free negate. Plus, the artwork is awesome. Discuss
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
I can see it run in... Earthbound Immortal Decks. Otherwise... I would rarely play it, if ever.
Canadian
"free"? I don't think so, lol. And it doesn't stop spells, so I'll just smashing ground your -1 or -2 monster. Gg.
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
Now if only they made a tribute summon monster that was like Vennominaga...
Coffee Black
Let's see, this card focuses on tribute summoning, but since the only deck that does that is monarchs, and they're all level 6, this is pretty useless. Tyrant Dragon was an amazing card, and I wish I was good enough to make it work.
Canadian
If they cut out the "tribute summoned" this would be great. Who tributes for level 7+'s anymore?
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
If this was level 6 or higher tribute summoned, then I would run it in my macro-monarchs, but since it isn't, it would just collect dust in a rares binder.

Fusiler + this = generic level 7+ monster = Overwhelm? Still, way to slow for me.

~ P O L A R I S ~
Not a good idea to -1 or -2 yourself for a 1-for-1 reward. Malicious Edge comes to mind, but this's still unrunnable.

werewolfjedi
question, if I tribute summon endymion, he dies, and then I summon it again with his effect, would he still count? I don't think so, but I'm not sure....

玄魔の王
Try: Vice Dragon/Cyber Dragon/Oracle of the Sun + Advance Force This is the best use; and in a Dragon Deck, where Brute Force is in no short supply, this thing can see play. Especially in Van'Dalgyon builds. Otherwise... *Ozzy Osbourne*F**K OFF!
Dr. Cakey
Malicious Edge comes to mind Yes' date=' a great option for this card.[/quote']Sorry, Malicious Edge is a Normal Summon with its effect, not a Tribute Summon. Same with Behemoth. Now, if this card worked on a Level 7 or higher monster that was Normal Summoned, it could be runnable.

You can still tribute that 1 monster for Behemoth/Malicious Edge, since even if you tribute 1 monster for them, you still Tribute Summoned that level 7(or higher) monster. What I know is Malicious Edge and Behemoth say that you can "Normal Summon this card by Tributing 1 monster/with 1 Tribute." I interpret that as meaning it is a Normal Summon, not a Tribute Summon and the monster was Normal Summoned, not Tribute Summoned and that Overwhelm would not work.
