Lonk
Ok, this may not be much of a discussion, but I feel as though it is a need to address which Specific Synchros are broken. We all know that most generic Synchros are broken (Stardust, Goyo, Brionac, ect.), but what about the Specific ones? This thread's goal is to find as many GOOD Specific Synchros as possible (Not sure if this is legal here). Discuss which Specific Synchros are very good (or just good) and their reasons for being good.
Flame Dragon
Black Wing Armor Master. Marshmallon effect but with 2500 ATK, you take no damage, and an extra effect that lets him kill any monster after 2 turns.

Megasonicfan
although i'd love to run one, the Inti-Quilla-Inti-Quilla thing looks pretty broken... im thinking of Skill Drain + Imperial Iron Wall + these two = facerape.
Dark_Armed_Zombie
The lvl 6 Naturia Synchro, send the top 2 cards of your deck to the grave to negate a spell card (I think) very awesome, esspecially since it can be summoned in X-Sabers. Dark_Armed_Zombie
Brionac is fairly OP but lost some power with Zombies being hit (can still OTK out the wazoo though), Goyo isn't OP, but it's ATK should be lower. Stardust isn't OP at all, it is an example of pure goodness that isn't OP...
Canadian
Goyo isn't OPed? wow, your logic is amazing.
Dark_Armed_Zombie
Goyo isn't OPed? wow' date=' your logic is amazing.[/quote'] No, it's not. I'm not saying it's balenced and is utterly perfect, but it isn't OP. Pretty dang close though.
Mister Sir
Brionac is fairly OP Dude. If you don't want to lose all credibility I suggest you think about what you posted.
b0b3rt
Goyo, in its current state, should be @ 0. If its attack was lowered below Stardust, then maybe not. Obviously this doesn't fit in with the 3/0 banlist, because it doesn't care about attack, but this is important because of the targets it can/cannot hit. Dark_Armed_Zombie
That would probably help wouldn't it... Eh, all Brionac is made for is OTKing, it never needed to be made. If I'm wrong and Brionac is completly and utterly unbroken and fair, shoot me.

A random Lv4 tuner + a random Lv4 non-tuner should not be able to create a 2500 ATK beatstick that is basically a costless MBAAS on legs. Edit: I post slower than some people on this site. Shoot me. Dark_Armed_Zombie
Goyo just needs to lose some ATK points and he's fine, Stardust is powerful, but it's low ATK makes it so it can be run over in a battle by a bunch of commonly used things (including the new Machina Fortress). Canadian
*Bang* But seriously, rescue cat = 2800 beater with a control effect? How is that not broken. Even without Goyo's effect, hes still Oped.

werewolfjedi
the only thing I have to say is that I feel that stardust dragon is not OP, it's just right, it protects from simple destruction at the cost of itself for the rest of the turn, and people who can't handle it don't play toolbox effects, simple as that. Canadian
Stardust: RFP. *Hits Staples Depot Button*. Also: Colossal Fighter is up there. He can bring himself/other warriors back, and has huge attack for a level 8 sync. Only downside, is hes an easy Smashing Ground. And in its own deck, Power tool dragon. Jazin Kay
The only synchro we currently have in the TCG that's the closest to being OPed is Brionac. In the hands of good players, he ends games. If we got specific support for him that allowed us to summon a LV6 synchro insanely easily, I could see him being banned. But good players aren't beaten that easily by it, so we get to keep him at 1.
Wrathos
The whole idea of having being able to special summon a monster from the extra deck with just a tuner and one other monster seems overpowered to me. I wish they never created synchros.
