Points don't get through

Hey, can anyone tell me how I can get points to another person? Because when I try it, it comes up with some error so I don't get the points through and it is very frustrating with orders from shops when I want something. First succsefel answer will get 2 points.

The error means that they went through. It's suppose to happen.
