Never saw 0 so I can't judge it.

Duel Monsters was good. It had some stupid moments, but I liked it.

GX didn't get good till the 3rd season.

5Ds is my personal fav. The characters are great and it doesn't have as many stupid moments as DM.

Also love how in the recent eps Jack has become a pimp. That fact makes me laugh.

Since I've seen all 4. I say I like Yugioh DM the best. I liked their characters the best and the animation. My 2nd favorite would be 5ds. I don't care for 3d additions but It had a well thought out story line in season 1. Good characters as well. 3rd would be Yugioh! Alot of Interesting Games were in that season, that is all that I like it for. Last place for me is GX. I didn't think the story line worked. It seemed like a season just to inroduce random cards and seemed to make up the storyline as It went. Sorry if my post offends anyone D:

I have noticed many people say things like 'oh, GX sucks, it's nothing like the original, and 5D's made it even worse', and things along those lines. This is what I think about them.

You see, I think that people are only saying this because it wasn't the first, and/or is completely different from the original. But people don't seem to realise that they are completely different series, all on their own. Each one has it's own unique style, meant to be completely different from the last one, following it's own storyine.

The original Yu-Gi-Oh is for those who like the whole Egyptian aspect of YGO, and that specific storyline and those characters.

GX is for those who like the High-School Style of the show, with less of a storyline and a little more eventful.

5D's is for those who want, yet again, another specific storyline and style of the game, with all the fun of Children's Card Games on Motorcycles.

So, do you agree with me? post what you think.

I remember watching the original Yu-Gi-Oh! on Saturday mornings. Simpler times. -w-

Anyway, I like the orignal Yu-Gi-Oh! best. I was young when I watched the first series. I don't quite remember what happened at the end but I remember-

[spoiler=SPOILER ALERT]-that Yugi and Atem had a Duel.

I missed alot of GX because I thought it got canceled. I watched a little 5D's, but not much. Why doesn't Yusei crack a smile? What's his deal? At least Yugi and Jaden knew how to relax.

*coughdubbiecough*

The original YGO was actually nothing about Egypt, it was all Yami No Games.

Card games on motorcycles!!!!

Well its only half on MotorCycles. And it adds another dynamic' date=' like JACK's ability to crash more often than any other character in the whole series....and have a head injury every time, he's also most beaten up and the rival to lose the most. (Or did Manjoume lose a few times more?)

Yusei is a natural born worrier, and he does smile a few times.

You said it, sis. I understand the statement, "Mods have humor".

*In Jack V.S.You Say*

You Say: I attack, and win

Jack: WHAAAA!!!! *gets thrown off, crashes to the ground, and gets blood all over his face*

*In *abbriviated* V.S. Macho Boss*

Macho: I use...what was it again...oh yes, Wira...whatever!'s special ability to make Jack's LP one!

Jack: WHAAAA!!! *gets thrown off, crashes to the ground, and gets blood all over his face*

He's got serious problems with the gears. It's not a wheel of fortune at all. And he has too much blood loss.

On topic: GX was horrid as a fact. No ones loves it except for trolls.

But, the Dark Signer Arc was amzing. The gore and background story was awesome. And whoever created the name "Zero Reverse" is a genius.

Well for me its a toss up between the Original and 5Ds.

The Original had moments that made me lol' date=' it probably would have been better if it stuck to the manga even more I would have enjoyed it more. I think I prefered the Kaiba brother's devious side.

DM was alright loved the last season the most, it just made me =O alot of times.

GX had its moments, S4 was better than all of it. Shame they didn't bring Fujiwara in earlier, I loved his backstory. Along with the Haou plot.

5Ds I prefered it when it was doing the Dark Signer's plot, although the Crashtown/Kiryu plot was awesome and JACK does great fillers.

[/quote']

I must agree. To me, either 5d's, or the original was the best. I never did get to watch every episode in every series of course, but I loved the three legendary dragons plot. It was rather interesting.

Meanwhile, with 5d's, as some random guy said before, it's more in the future. I'm thinking the original was supposed to be in the past, GX was supposed to be present, and 5d's in the future, even though it's not so future...ish. Anyway, the Nasca lines in the dark signer plot was good, since it connected to the real world.

COME ON AND GET YOUR GAME OOOOOOOOOON!

Yu-Gi-Oh! Season 1 [APPROVED]

Yu-Gi-Oh! Season 2 [APPROVED]

Yu-Gi-Oh! Season 3 [RENEWED*] *Filler arc needless and presents variety of strange events. Approved over objections of other council members.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Season 4 [APPROVED*] *Filler arc needless and contradicts some canon, but still awesome.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Season 5 [APPROVED]

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Season 1 [DENIED] *Council unanimously rejects subject on grounds of unmitigated awful.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Season 2 [DENIED] *Council unanimously rejects subject on grounds of unimitigated alien dolphins. Improvements have been made, product remains rejected.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Season 3 [APPROVED] *Shocking turn from previous seasons. Presents mature themes and some awesome stuff. Some new side characters badly designed and/or implemented, some poorly played duels, ultimately not detracting from experience.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Season 4 [APPROVED] Continues to ride previous high. Problems with filler episodes, but a strong showing from Mr. T (who pities the fool) and epicJudai (who OTKs the fool) complete a solid dueling experience.

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Season 1 [DENIED]

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Season 1.5 [RENEWED] *Fortune Cup cliched and somewhat dull, but a variety of decks and duels improve the experience. We expect better.

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Season 1.8 [APPROVED] An extraordinary showing! Keep up the good work!

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Season 2 [APPROVED] New plot seems strange and villains odd, to say the least, but we'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Season 2.5 [DENIED] Worst showing since Season 1 of GX. Crashtown started off bad but ended within sight of watchability. Kiryu saved it, and we all know it.

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Season 2.8 [APPROVED] This was a difficult call, but ultimately approved over some objections due to Yusei vs. Placido. You are now abominably screwing your own canon with Scar-Red Nova, and Operation: Capture Jaeger II and its accompanying episode could single-handedly trash a lesser franchise. Please turn that around, pronto!

It's hard to even understand the (supposed) rules of a Riding Duel.

1. They play on D-Wheels, usually running around a track.

2. Speed World is active and permanent, allowing only Speed Spells to be played and players gain Speed Counters.

Seems like rule 1 isn't even necessary. The only argument that I can think of for the motorcycles is that they increase the pressure during duels, making the duelists need to think better and use more skill in order to win.

I give up, if you're gonna say Yu-Gi-Oh PLEASE say dub....since that's what you mean.

Well they don't always play on a track, heck one duel was in a turned off garbage shoot that joined Satellite to Neo Domino. A track is required because of the 'first round the corner goes first rule' (Started mainly after the state of the WRPG), although recently they've played on the 'new' Duel Lane network. ('new' because its atleast 6 months old)

Don't diss Crashtown, its my fav spin off arc of the series, it was nice to see that Kiryu suffered still, whereas Carly was 'blessed' with not remembering anything.

JACK likes Ramen and we know it.

Dueling on D-Wheel gives them chance to add new rules to the game and a new dynamic. Thing of it as adding a new concept like they did with Duel Academia in GX, something to add to games like Wheelie Breakers.
