I would like to face someone 1 on 1. I'll make the rulings for the card when someone joins. Also I'll only face someone if they have 3 stars or more. Nothing personal its just the majority of people 2 stars and under don't really know what their doing. (Notice how I said majority meaning not everyone.)

Card Rulings:

1: Make a FIRE monster

2: LV 8-9

3: Special Summoning effect. (Doesn't matter if it Special Summons itself or another monster.)

For each Pyro-Type monster removed from play, this card gains 800x ATK and DEF. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, destroy all cards on both you and your opponents field.If you Special Summon this monster from the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your Deck.

Although the last effect of the Golem cannot be activated (for 2 reasons: 1. The card never mentions it can Special Summon himself form the grave and 2. It cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect, so you cannot used "Call of the Haunted" and similar cards on him to trigger the effect), it is basically a Pyro-Type version of "Megarock Dragon" and "Evil Dragon Ananta", so with the required dedication it can become an OTK card easily, which is obviously good. It could work well as a finisher in Volcanic Decks, which dump Pyro-Type monsters to the grave quickly.

 

While the Legendary Phoenix is plain card loss:

1. Tributing 3 cards is too much for a 3000 ATK monster. The ATK should be at least 4000.

2. The last effect generates a lot of disadvantage, because it is NOT optional and you would have to waste a draw only to get a monster that will difficult to summon it again considering its high summoning conditions. And not only that, but also summoning him again would be equal to losing again 3 cards.

 

In other words, you could lock yourself with this card for some turns if your opponent keeps destroying it and you foolishly continue Summoning this card.

Its second effect is actually good, but it's not worth the disadvantages of this card.

Not really but words jumbled together can be confusing to some people.

 

Frex: I hate 4000 ATK. Makes me think of some kinda god card. Plus that would make the card oped Simply because a 4000 ATK monster is capable of putting itself back into your hand. I actually wasn't trying to make that last effect manditory. That was a mistake on my part. Oh well.
