This card can only be Special Summoned by sacrificing "Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo Daedalus" or 2 Level 7 or higher WATER monsters on your side of the field. This card is not destroyed as a result of battle while "Umi" is face up on the field. Damage calculation is applied normally.
